• Gatto (10/5): Soggiorno consigliato - Soggiorno eccellente al B&B dell'Arco. La struttura è pulitissima e la proprietaria è gentilissima e sempre disponibile. Abbiamo apprezzato molto l'acqua fresca garantita ogni giorno in frigo e la pulizia quotidiana della camera, completa di cambio asciugamani e kit d'igiene. La stanza è dotata di un kit di emergenza e il letto è comodissimo. La cucina comune è fornitissima di caffè e tisane. La posizione è ottima, a soli 5 minuti dalla metro. L'unica pecca è che si sentiva qualche rumore provenire sia dall'esterno che dalle altre stanze, ma nel complesso è un posto consigliatissimo!

• ELENA 65 (10/5): Vedi Napoli e poi Torni - La stanza e 'grande luminosa e con una finestra su un bellissimo vicolo. La posizione strategica. Si trova in una zona storica palazzo Spinelli si vede benissimo dal Vomero. Zona sorprendentemente molto silenziosa nonché la camera e i suoi ospiti. Dalla fermata della metropolitana Piazza Dante sono 10 minuti a piedi . La sorpresa è stata la salita che non ce l aspettavamo ma dopo 2 giorni avevamo preso il ritmo. Palazzo Spinelli ha 2 ingressi uscendo da uno di questi e scendendo a destra si trova una piazetta dove c è l ingresso della funivia che porta Castel Sant' Elmo ch è un po ' come un farò quando si gira Napoli. Sempre infondo si trova un stazione della polizia. In pochi minuti sei su via Toledo il cuore di Napoli. Lo consigliamo senza indugio. La struttura è pulitissima e gratuitamente c è una macchina per il caffe'(buonissimo) e dei biscotti per fare colazione più un frigo dove poter tenere le proprie cose. La Sig.ra Maria gentilissima vi darà delle indicazioni precise per raggiungere il B&B impossibile perdersi. Andate Napoli ti prende il cuore e gli occhi. L unica cosa che secondo me si potrebbe migliorare è bagno. Il box doccia è un po ' datato e il doccino per farsi il bidet è una doccia normale che non risulta facile da usare.

Staff molto disponibile e curato nei dettagli e nelle informazioni. Caffè e té sempre disponibili, come pure la possibilità di utilizzare l’area con tavoli e sedie all’ingresso. Pulizia impeccabile. Stanza e bagno avrebbero bisogno di una rinfrescata, finestra sulla strada abbastanza rumorosa

• Blanco Alquezar (9/5): - María fue muy amable conmigo. Muy hospitalaria. Me dejó entrar antes y me recibió ella misma. Me ofreció un café y agua. Y me dijo que le contactara para cualquier cosa. Había otros huéspedes que eran bastante ruidosos a horas muy tempranas: 6-7 de la mañana, y se oía todo bastante. Sobretodo si hablan fuerte en las zonas comunes de la casa. No obstante, no creo que sea lo normal, sino más bien desconsideración de esas personas en concreto.

• Marion (10/5): Excellent - Une bonne surprise quand on passe la porte d'entrée, très bien aménagé avec un coin petit déjeuner avec tables et chaises très accueillant, frigo à disposition, café, thés, eau et petits gâteux à disposition tout le temps. Maria a été très réactive et disponible à chaque fois qu'on l'a sollicitée. Emplacement idéal pour parcourir le centre de Naples à pied. Je recommande vivement cet B&B! Un petit peu difficile de le trouver quand on ne connait pas Naples

Gratis water, koffie en thee beschikbaar. Een propere gemeenschappelijke frigo en ruimte. Centrale ligging voor een citytrip. 3 minuten wandelen van metrostation Dante. Aangename buurt. Straatlawaai hoort bij Napels, indien ramen gesloten, geen last. Airco aanwezig in de kamer. Top verblijf. Wij komen nog eens terug.

• Elena (9/5): - Мария е любезен домакин и помага с всичко необходимо. Мястото е комуникативно и предлага лесен достъп до градски транспорт и забележителности на пешеходно разстояние. Стаята беше безупречно чиста и уютна, интернетът е отличен. В общата кухня има хубава кафе машина. Улицата е доста тясна и е непосредствено под прозорците, поради което е шумно заради преминаващите автомобили и мотори. Но това изглежда не може да се избегне никъде в тази част на града.
• Gaetano (9/5): Penso di avert trovato il posto ideale per chi vuole stare un paio di giorni a Napoli. Sicuramente se tornerò non valute - Struttura abbastanza ambia con bagno privato. La struttura situa al centro proprio, fai una discesa e sei arrivato. Pulitissimi. Ogni mattina pulizie e cambio delle tovaglie. Zona molto tranquilla. Sig/ra Maria gentilissima. “Non mi è piaciuto” è una parola errata, perché non può essere tutto rose e fiori. Però l’unica cosa un po’ scomoda era la salita (che comunque è ovunque in pieno centro). Ma valutando tutto il resto. Location perfetta

• Konstantinos (10/5): Amazing b&b in best location for tourists - We stayed for 3 nights to see Naples. Amazing location for tourists, it is just in the middle of the touristic area and very near to the historic center. The facilities were quite a good surprise. The room was super clean, large, and quite new! They cleaned the rooms every 2 days, so our room was cleaned during our 3-day stay! The lady for the cleaning was so lovely. There is a shared kitchen and shared dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and also super clean. In the fridge, free water was offered to us. For breakfast there is not much but it is ok. There is a coffee machine with plenty of coffee and cookies the whole day. Overall, it seems that the host is taking care of the facilities as much as it gets in all matters!

It was a bit noisy during the night (we slept with the window open and the AC off,) but that is all part of Napoli charm. :) Coffee, tea, water and cookies in abundance. We would choose this place again.
• Fernanda (8/5): Great place in a great city - Close to everything, metro station close by and the Quartieri Spagnoli also! Maria is super nice and friendly, making our stay better. The kitchen area is very nice and useful with coffee machine and Kettle plus some cookies for us! Neighborhood quite busy and with friendly people The only thing we didn’t like was the noise. I think that’s something you cannot avoid being in a place like that, so Having a ear plug is already a great help.
• Henar (9/5): Superb - The B&B was in a perfect location, a few hundred meters from Piazza Dante, Spaccanapoli, Via Toledo... Maria was super attentive and nice, and gave us a list of recommended places, including the best restaurants in town. We went to a couple of these and they were indeed amazing! She also handled us a map of the city and a couple of tips to walk around the area. The bedroom was a little small but honestly enough for two people. At the end we where there only to rest. The plus of having access to the coffee machine in the mornings was lovely and much appreciated!

• Martin (7/5): Great location for good price, friendly host! - We booked the smallest available room (it was only available at the moment). The room looks exactly like on photos. Bed, closet, tv, a/c and small bathroom. Everything you need. The room was very clean. Very good coffee in the common kitchen (for free!), fridge and some sweets available. Location is TOP. You can get to lot of great restaurants/markets in 10-20 minutes walks. Supermarket is 5 minutes by walk. From airport it is about 30 minutes (15 minute shuttle bus + 10 minutes metro and small walk up to the hill), TAXI costs about 30€ to/from airport. Maria (our host) is very friendly and helpful. There was no issue with check-in/check-out, we got recommendation for restaurants around and she helped us with booking taxi to the airport. You can hardly find anything better for the price, but the room had some negatives. Unfortunately there was a mold in the room on the walls and it smells quite a bit. It was warm in Naples, so we had window open all the time, but even after that you can smell it and it is annoying. I hope they can do something about it, because without it there would be no issues at all! The street was quite busy and there was lot of noise (cars/scooters/people walking directly under the window) and you can hear it even if window is closed.
• Ada (8/5): It was clean and quiet. - Maria gave me very clear direction how to get to the place the night before and also on the day of our arrival. That helps greatly and she was on time to meet us in front of the apartment for handing over the keys to us. She also gave us a map of the city with the main attractions so that was also useful. She also allowed us to leave our bags in two hours before the check-in so that we could come back later when the room is ready. I might have overlooked the booking was a small double bed room so there was no much space to move around with two people in the room. The mattress has passed its best year so we did not sleep well. Nevertheless, we appreciated the courtesy of both Maria and the cleaning lady. Also the location was good if one does not have to commune too frequently to the Napole Centrale train station.

Maria is an exceptional host who takes care of her guests and supporting with everything she can. It was a pleasure to communicate with her. She doesn't speak english but this was not a problem to communicate at all, as nowadays the technology is on our service.
