Verified traveler (2/5): Bad experience, dirty, strange place - The pictures on Hotels.com are much better than the reality. Our experience was very bad. In the bathroom were worms and the beds were not clean, we feared bed bugs and left the hotel during the night.
Krzysztof (10/5): Recommend! - Authentic little boutique hotel with very friendly owner Lorenzo! The rooms are spacious and clean and the hotel pool large and clean as well. The mansion is located in a quiet area and there is a short drive to pretty small cities near by. We had a really great stay there and only regret we didn't stay longer...
Per Damgaard (10/5): A once in a lifetime experience - Staying at Palazzo Cavagna is an authentic once-in-a-lifetime experience. The place, the people, and the scenery were truly unique. The host, Lorenzo, is friendly and knowledgeable, and he and his staff will take good care of you. The place is a mansion from the 1700s century, with most of its decor and furniture from that period and style. The surroundings are beautiful, and there are almost no other tourists around. So, this is the place to go if you are looking for a truly unique experience.

Jan (8/5): Bed- and breakfast udover det sædvanlige - Dejlig bed- and breakfast, hvor der er ro og skøn natur. Her kan man bo uforstyrret. Stedet er en ældre gård i skøn italiensk stil. Der er en dejlig lokal restaurant i gåafstand. Ellers skal der køres til nærliggende byer for indkøb, caféer og restauranter. Værten er meget venlig og servicemindet. Vi havde fire overnatninger i forbindelse med lidt arbejde i Milano.

Benoitparis (10/5): An amazing place, renovated rooms deserve the name 'Palace' and 5 stars. Loved the garden old style. - The garden is awesome. Also far from perfect as the Palazzo is progressively renovating, and it has the charm of a familly house. The rooms are already renovated and could be rated 5 stars hotel rooms : Huge and beautifully furnished. The restaurant nearby is expensive and of low quality (the restaurant does not depend of the hotel), better follow Lorenzo advices to eat in cities at 20 mn by car.
