- Stacey (6/5): Great location, customer service needs improvement - The apartment was in a great location. It was convenient to public transportation, Battersea Park, and Power Station mall. The layout was comfortable and spacious. The WiFi didn’t work and our cellular service was spotty due to the high rise apartment complex. We barely had signal and couldn’t work or research travel plans in the apartment. After I messaged them about it, the apartment agency said they needed to install new WiFi equipment. I feel like they should have been upfront about that and made arrangements to install it right away. As it was our last day that I learned of this, we told them to wait until we checked out.
The day before check-in I received multiple calls and emails to give a £400 security deposit. I was not aware of this requirement beforehand. I did not appreciate the multiple urgent messages.
There isn’t a manager on site for check-in. We had to arrange to meet them. We were traveling by public transit from York so timing of that was inconvenient. And because there isn’t someone onsite, we didn’t have anyone to sign for the delivery of our lost luggage. The apartment agency would have charged £50 per hour to have someone wait there. Having the option was nice but I thought the fee was excessive.

- Amanda (9/5): Little gem - Close to river and getting about.
Apartment was clean , beds comfortable and well stocked kitchen .
Host met us , very pleasant and good communication. Not a lot , could do with a tea towel in kitchen , and balcony door could be bit difficult to close at times .

- Ezgi (7/5): Yeterli derecede iyiydi - Konumu cok iyi, metroya yakin, guvenli bir bolgede. Biraz eski, temiz ama cok detayli temizlik yapilmamis. Daha bakimli olabilirdi.
- Juhani (10/5): Good to be and easy to go to the sights of the city center. - The apartment was clean and functional. The walk from the courtyard between the fountains brought luxury to everyday life. The own grocery store in the courtyard made life easier. The location near Battersea power station shopping centre and London underground station was a plus. The owners were nice and helped when needed -

- Angelo (9/5): - Great location, proximity to mall, park and bus stops The beds are uncomfortable and I see it’s on reviews dating back to 2023
- Sharon (9/5): Clean, spacious and updated. Reception staff very accommodating. - Well situated, clean and spacious studio with a washing machine and dryer. Reception staff was very friendly and accommodating allowing us to leave our luggage in our apartment before scheduled booking in time. Nothing.
- Gareth (9/5): Top riverside secure location - Location and secure Check in was complicated upon arrival, something to improve with better comms in advance on key collection process etc
- Mark (8/5): Very good -
- Dirk (8/5): Very good -
- Osama (9/5): Superb - Clean and comfortable. Excellent location No faults
- Kay (5/5): Poor standard for booking.com and less than expected for the price. The balcony is disgusting. - It would have been much easier to have had a key box or a concierge. I had to commit to a time to meet to get the keys which is difficult in London with travel and delays. The apartment was very run down and needs a deep clean throughout.
The balcony is covered in bird poop and is unusable as it is so dirty. I’d say it is a health hazard.
The glass on the outside of the balcony hasn’t been washed in a while and the glass on the balcony window and door needs to be cleaned also.
Some of the glasses and crockery in the cupboards were dirty. And I ended up cleaning the dining table and the crockery.
The bathroom sink is cracked. The blind in bedroom one is damaged. And the balcony door does not close properly.
When I addressed how disappointed I was about the balcony with the host he was not very understanding. I also said it was a lot of money for a flat in disrepair. He was then very defensive and I felt uncomfortable as I was alone in the flat with him and the cleaner. I wouldn’t go back there and I wouldn’t recommend it.
I also think it was unreasonable to ask for a £400 deposit for a flat that is in disrepair. And not what I wound expect from booking.com. I have booked a lot of places through this site and never experienced this poor standard.
- Seham (1/5): Avoid This Place: Rude Owner and Unreturned Deposit I had a terrible experience with this flat. The owner falsely accus -
- Saeed (1/5): I didn’t receive my deposit. It was 400 pound. - They didn’t treat me good and didn’t come to me to take the key for the flat i called them

- Muataz (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alex (10/5): Great host and location. - Great communication from host and very helpful. Great location and just the size we needed. Access to private parking a bonus. Everything was fine. Door key was a little bit sticky but ok once I got the knack.

- Brian (7/5): Ok property in good location - Location
Facilities Black mould in wardrobe
Washing machine left full of wet towels which we had to dry
- Chetan (8/5): Very good - The property is well located just across Battersea Park. It’s a beautiful gated community with nice apartments. There are plenty of conveniences available within a short proximity. The kitchen was well stocked and functional. All in all a great experience. Bedroom sizes are a bit compact
- Afrah (10/5): Excellent and safe location and the bed is very comfortable - Everything is excellent, the location is great, 15 minutes close to the shopping mall. There is a grocery store below the complex, a safe area close to the bridge and the bus station, and also close to the train station. The apartment is comfortable, the bed is very comfortable, and it has all the supplies. It is amazing! I recommend it The lighting was uncomfortable, but it did not bother us much. The smell of the entrance was unpleasant, but this situation exists in most residential complexes!
- Benny (9/5): Good value for money -
- Jarrah (10/5): Amazing quick vacation would definitely book this flat again of available - Location was amazing and the flat it self is new and equipped with all new latest appliances and it was clean. Nothing everything was top notch.
- Viktorija (5/5): We wete ar the property but host cancelled out stay. - We like Battersea, apartment was placed in a good area, near Thames river. Host marked that we werent at the property, cause there was dirty, cleaning was awfull, in microwave oven was left food from previous guests, and wasnt toilet paper and everywhere was hair. Also host was very rude, He ask us about the visitors and what we do there, and told me that it was my hair. I thought that he is a maniac and it was scary to stay here. He blocked us after I asked what means that we didnt arrive? Host cancelled our stay so I lost my chance to get Genious 3.
- Sib (7/5): Good - Great location Uncomfortable bed
- Galina (4/5): Good location but very bad facilities - Location very rude owner, reserved money from the card without warning after full prepayment, intimidated us with financial penalties
from the first minutes. The balcony door did not close well and the owner immediately began to intrusively warn that if we broke it, we would pay 1800 pounds, so we were afraid to close it at all and were freezing. In addition, after paying for 3 people, we did not find a set of bed linen for the third person. After we informed the owner about this, we were told that they did not expect three people to use three separate beds and two of them to sleep in one bed. After this he refused to provide bed linen for a third person without paying £50 per day. It's just extortion. But luckily in a while he stopped asking for the extra money.
- Mandeep (8/5): Great accommodation! - Very self sufficient decent size apartment. Everything in the house and especially the kitchen was thoughtfully provided for. One of the bedroom mattresses was not comfortable!
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ahmed (10/5): Highly recommended - Super clean and comfortable stay.
The apartment’s furniture and its amenities exactly as described and in photos.
The host was very flexible, went above and beyond and accommodated all our requests.
It was the highlight of my trip staying in this lovely place, i will definitely be back.
- Susan (6/5): Pleasant -
- Ghada (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ellie (10/5): Spacious Apartment in a Great location - The apartment is spacious and comfortable, Great location with a market store just around the corner. Battersea Park is right across the street. Bus stops nearby and the Battersea Park Power Station tube stop is about a 10 minute walk. Battersea Park rail station is also about a 10 minute walk. There's a nice balcony where you can see the Thames River. There were 3 of us, one in each bedroom and one using the pullout couch in the living room. There's a door into the living area that shuts so you have privacy for all the spaces. There's a washer/dryer that was nice. Check in is a little stressful since our flight was delayed and the owner has to meet you in person at the nearby Pestana Chelsea Bridge Hotel to give you the key and show you how everything works. There were all kinds of cleaning products but no dishwasher detergent to run the dishwasher. The bathtub is pretty high off the ground and slippery, you have to be really careful getting in and out. The shower curtain will stick to you, which was mildly annoying. We also only got one set of keys which made it difficult for our group to do separate things.
- Bash (9/5): Memorable - great location - the lovely Battersea park is only a few steps away in one direction and the Battersea power station a few steps in another direction. very close to the river Thames and easy access to the bus, Uber boat, and tube. the unit itself was generally clean with a lot of amenities & supplies made available: dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, toaster, TV, fans. The beds were comfortable and it was very decent space for 3 adults & 3 kids. I had to wash the soap dispenser for the washing machine before use - it had accumulated way too much gunk ai was very obviously dirty. I also had to descale the kettle. Payment of the security caused a lot of stress for me: I didn’t receive the link until right before boarding my flight, and my home credit card was not accepted for whatever reason despite multiple tries. Thankfully my husband had a UK bank’s credit card which worked, otherwise my family would have been stranded trying to find a way to make an electronic transfer after an 8hr flight
- Nahi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mirit (8/5): Very good - The apartment was comfortable, well furnished, with good equipped kitchen, and a nice balcony. It’s located in a nice complex of buildings surrounded by parks There is no air conditioner at all (the weather was hot). Location is a bit far from the centre of London
