Lanell (10/5): Loved the apartment and Venice. - Very large by European standards! Love the antique furnishings. No view from the terrace but at least we could let fresh air in and hang our clothes out to dry. Also Fredrico was very helpful! It was hard to find at first. Once we found it and got our bearings it was fine.
béatrice (8/5): Appartement très bien situé et fonctionnel. - Très bon emplacement. Quelqu'un nous attendait sur place pour les clés. La présentation de l'appartement était un peu rapide. On sentait qu'il était pressé. Nous n'avons jamais réussi à mettre le wifi.

Thea (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment's location is great if you want to be in the middle of the city and have short ways to lots of bars and shopping options. The apartment is also spacious and the little balcony facing the patio is lovely. The rental agency was super helpful when I brought repair needs to their attention and everything was fixed next day. The apartment was much darker than on the pictures and the floor quite sandy when I arrived. I brought some mold stains in the bathroom and a not fully functioning shower to the rental agencies attention and both was fixed next day. Not sure why this was overlooked by the maintenance staff.

Leonie (10/5): Good size apartment in the heart of Venice for a good price. - For quality, decor, facilities and location we think it’s at the top end of its price bracket. A tea towel would have been good🤷🏻‍♂️I’m sure just an oversight.
Postolache (9/5): Quiet stay and close to San Marco, full of shops and restaurants at a short distance - Self catering with all kitchen accesories. Rule of garbage. When you pay 100 eur money for cleaning as state din invoice you want other person to take the garbage.

Floriansteiner (8/5): nice accomodation for a trip to venice - the location is just perfect. close to the rialto bridge and the docks for the ferries in the north-east (to murano and burano) lots of space in the appartement with kitchen and all you need. also a corkscrew (bc we weren't sure when buying a bottle of wine haha) staff who handed the keys was friendly and on time at the agreed arrival time. we went there in december and the appartement was very cold whe we arrived. we assume there was nobody in there for a few days and the heating system was turned off - it never got really cozy during our weekend stay. but the heating is working - it was just to short to heat the whole appartement.
