Marek (7/5): - Duży balkon, winda, sejf, bliskość morza. Personel w biurze miły i pomocny. 1. Dopiero po dokonaniu rezerwacji, która jest bezzwrotna okazało się, że trzeba zapłacić 150€ kaucji przy odbiorze kluczy. Jest ona do odbioru na koniec pobytu po wysprzątaniu apartamentu łącznie z umyciem podłogi. 2. Pościel dostępna za opłatą. 3. Tylko 1 sklep spożywczy w pobliżu a restauracje są sporo oddalone od obiektu.

Tsvetelina (4/5): - The place was not the worst I’ve seen. A parking spot was included in the price. It wasn’t far from the beach and the supermarket. There were waste bins and recycling containers in front of the building. The elevator was working. There was no bedding, no towels, and no soap or shampoo. We had to pay extra for the bedding and towels, and also buy basic essentials like soap, shower gel, dishwashing detergent, a sponge, and a kitchen towel. The kitchen had no electric kettle and was very sparsely equipped. We had to clean the entire place before leaving in order to get our deposit back, including taking out the trash and cleaning the floors. No mop was provided, so I guess we were expected to buy one too? It’s the first time I’ve encountered anything like this. We arrived at the place and were shocked to find that there was no bedding, towels, or soap provided. We had to go back to the agency to request bedding and towels, and they charged an extra fee. I was so surprised that I asked, “Anything else we need to know? Do I need to wash this stuff before returning it?” They replied, “No, just return it unwashed.” So not only did we have to pay extra, but we also had to bring everything back ourselves. There was one washing machine for the entire building, and it smelled so bad that we were able to find it just by following the smell.

Kornélia (9/5): Superb - We really liked the location, close to the beach and shops, about 10 min walk to the city centre. Air conditioning available, big balcony with the clothes rack so you could wash and dry your swimsuit and towels. Owners of the agency are super friendly and helpful, they even organized a garden party. Check in and check out was quick and they speak many languages. Sparse kitchen and bathroom equipment. We knew that we were supposed to bring our own towels and bed linen and we were ok with that, but there was no soap/shampoo/washing up liquid or a dish sponge, not even a bathroom mat or a dish cloth to dry the dishes, so we had to buy everything.
Ilsaslat (8/5): Great stay in Lignano - The staff at Agency Lignano were absolutely super. I would book with them again in a heartbeat. The apartment had everything we needed and location was great. Big balcony which was great. Bed was uncomfortable and no hair dryer, but for the price we were totally satisfied.
Martina (8/5): Cheap apartment, nice treatment from the agency, far from the centre. - The owner of the agency was very nice. When we arrived around 20.15 he drove us from the agency to the apartment. He provided us with the hair dryer, as we asked. The apartment was quite big and clean. It's located in Lignano Pineta, so it was like being in a desert in the first days of October: no open supermarkets or restaurants. The closest restaurant was 20 min by walking, we didn't have a car. Wifi was not working at all, also after telling them. The bed was not that comfortable.
Ioana (4/5): Disappointing - close to the beach very old, the beds were very uncomfortable, the sofa bed was old and rusty, we had to pay extra for linen and towels ( more then €50 )the air conditioning had a bad smell the shower was mouldy .. and after paying almost €900 for 4 nights we had clean , and bring the bed sheets and towels to the agency.. plus pay €150 deposit.. not worth the money.. sorry to say that!!
