• Stephan (5/5): - Leider gab es bei der Bezahlung eine Komplikation. In der Buchungsbestätigung von booking standen sämtliche Karten- Zahlungsoptionen, die Gastgeberin wollte bei Abreise Bargeld. Das ist unangenehm, weil man sich wie ein Zechpreller vorkommt, obwohl man auf die Angabe in der Buchungsbestätigung vertraut hat.
• Annegret (10/5): Tolle großzügige Wohnung - Freindlich wurden wir empfangen. Wir hatten eine sehr große Wohnung mit viel Platz.Es war alles da, was man braucht. Schade,dass wir nur 1 Nacht benötigten. Wir empfehlen sie weiter!!! Für uns war es kein Problem, dass wir erst 18:00 Uhr in die Wohnung konnten.

Wir ko - Lage der Ferienwohnung sehr freundliche Vermieter Sauberkeit für Fragen und Probleme ein offenes Ohr es gibt keine großen Kritikpunkte, höchstens kleine Anmerkungen (z. B. Toilettenbrille, kleines Küchenmesser)

• Volker (9/5): - Nach telefonischer Anfrage konnte ich sogar vor der eigentlichen Check-in -Zeit in die Ferienwohnung. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat mir Tipps gegeben, wo man richtig gut essen gehen kann.

Ich kann diesen Ort mit voller Überzeugung empfehlen. - Die Unterkunft ist mit allen notwendigen Geräten für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt ausgestattet. Es wäre allerdings schön, wenn ein paar Teebeutel und etwas Kaffee zur Verfügung stehen würden – das würde den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machen.

• Jitka (9/5): Přespání na cestě do jiné destinace - Velmi milá a ochotná paní domácí. Parkování zdarma a bez problémů. Velmi pohodlné postele, v pokoji naprostý klid, žádný ruch z ulice nepronikal. Naprosté soukromí. Dostatek místa na uložení věcí. Velmi mile mě překvapilo množství věšáků na oblečení. Kuchyňka k menšímu vaření dostačující. K dispozici i pračka. Malou nevýhodou je množství schodů v ubytování. Není vhodné pro starší osoby či hůře pohyblivé. Místy u oken či u stropu drobná plíseň, ale nic katastrofálního.

• Varaidzo (8/5): My stay was incredibly comfortable and peaceful, with a cozy atmosphere and a warm, welcoming host. - The apartment was an absolute gem— impeccably maintained, with everything in perfect working order! The space was filled with natural light, creating an inviting and cozy atmosphere that made me feel instantly at home. What made it even more special was that the host, a Pastor, radiated warmth and kindness. As a fellow Christian, I felt an incredible sense of peace and comfort in the home, like I was truly welcomed and surrounded by positive energy. It was the perfect retreat, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The apartment was amazing, but a few thoughtful touches would have made it even better! I wish there were a few more pots and pans in the kitchen for those of us who like to cook up a storm. It’d also be a game-changer to have some modern appliances, like an air fryer, especially for busy travelers looking for quick and easy meals. And let's not forget a few little comforts - some tea bags and sugar sachets, or a fruit, would have been the perfect treat after a long journey, instead of needing to buy everything from scratch. These small additions would really take the experience to the next level!

Very functional. Comfy beds. Having coffee/tea/sugar items provided would have improved things. Host took some time to respond, which which on the day of arrival was slightly stressful. Clearer sign to find the place (at night) - maybe in English?

Location was great to the motorway and the beds were comfortable Beware of hidden extra charges. £7.50 tourist tax and £ 10. Use the wash machine was not aware of this when booking and lots of stairs not shown in the pictures

• Agnes (10/5): Comfortable and clean. - The apartment is comfortable and exceptionally clean. All good on arrival, the owner greeted us and explained everything. Paying cash was the only expected option. It was not agreed in advance.
• Ian (4/5): Booked Ferienwohnung am Kurpark but didn’t get to see it… - We liked that the host seemed friendly and found us alternative accommodation. Firstly we had requested an early check in and received a message that this was fine. Host was not present for early check in and uncontactable on the number provided. We received a call from host at 5:50pm and they met us just after 6. We were then informed that we couldn’t stay and that we were to follow them to alternative accommodation. The accommodation offered did not have the same facilities as booked ( we had bought groceries and couldn’t cook them). We were disappointed that we were not informed earlier about the problem with the accommodation… arriving to check in is not the time to be told the accommodation you booked is not available. Especially with their check in time of 6pm. Communication from hosts could have been better.

• Anthony (10/5): it was a great stay, the owner was very nice and informative. we will be trying to stay here again with future trips to - it was within walking distance of everything we needed. it was a four minute walk to the store & my friends aunt’s house. it was a eight minute walk to the rest of the party we were in Germany with. we couldn’t stay longer!

• Tetiana (2/5): Charge deposit with no return - Not far from the road. comfortable & clean I stayed at this apartment for one night with my little daughter after a long drive from Ukraine to England. They charged me 40€ from the card as a deposit for booking as a guarantee of my stay, then I paid 50€ (full price) for a night in cash. I tried to reach them to ask for the deposit to be paid back to my bank account, but nobody has answered. I read good reviews about your place and that is why I had chosen your house for my overnight stay. but I even couldn’t imagine that this situation could ever happen to me…
