• Anne-Katrin (7/5): Schön und modern, preislich sportlich - Das Studio war offensichtlich kleiner als bei der Buchung angegeben. Der Preis dafür war allerdings sehr sportlich! Der Lage zum ÖPNV allerdings super. Der Personal war sehr freundlich. Alles modern und schön gemacht. Die Zimmergrösse für ein teures Studio war nicht so groß wie angegeben und sehr dunkel. Es hat überall an Lampen gefehlt - selbst im Eingangsbereich des Zimmers gab es keine. Sehr merkwürdig. Parkhauspreise sind sehr teuer.

• ulrike (9/5): Bester Ausgangspunkt für einen Aufenthalt in Amsterdam - Das Cityden ist praktisch an der Tramlinie 5 gelegen, die einen flott in die Amsterdamer Innenstadt bringt. Die Apartments sind gut auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet. Frühstück gibt es a la carte, was etwas ungewöhnlich ist. Aber die Auswahl war ausreichend. Aussicht auf Amsterdam und Amstelveen. Die Betten waren sehr gut.

• Elnaz (7/5): - The location is away from the crowds in a nice small town. Has a nice bar/resto. Room with sofa bed was nice and spacious. ATTN: they make you pay 150 euros as guarantee. They say they will refund in 2-5 days after departure. When leaving we were told that it will be in our account soon. Its almost 10 days and we have not received the money back yet. This is very deceiving! No where does it say they take this money as guarantee. Our colleague who had booked another room was annoyed because she depend on that money from that card.

• Tal (9/5): A comfortable and modern stay with large rooms and great amenities - A very nice and clean apartment hotel with spacious rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and large bathrooms. The lobby is modern and welcoming, with a convenient 24/7 mini market. The location is also great — close to the tram and the center of Amstelveen. Both the restaurant and the mini market are quite expensive. Also, if you plan to visit Amsterdam frequently, the location may feel a bit far compared to other hotels in Amstelveen.
• Julien (9/5): Excellent but god please provide the base GDPR training to staff - Everything was very good. Well maintained, spacious, good facilities. The staff did not know anything about GDPR and where my card data goes when I asked where my card number was entered for the 150 deposit. Even their superiors or head office are totally clueless. Their website general conditions does not even list their data processor mews.li, I had to find it myself. They also ask your email as mandatory and don't tell that it is forwarded to inguest.com and mews.li. This was very surprising in contrast with the good work running the facility otherwise. I guess there are enough dataleaks in Europe these days to start managing IT properly

• Quentin (7/5): Un super séjour dans Amsterdam - L’emplacement de l’hôtel est super, proche du tram et dans un quartier calme. Ensuite l’hôtel est très bien les équipement fonctionne bien, le personnel est agréable et respectueux Malheureusement le parking est très chère, dans notre chambre il n’y avait pas là possibilité d’ouvrir une fenêtre. Le petit dej très bon mais ne varie pas et n’est pas à volonté

Literie parfaite et propre. Nous avons pris un petit déjeuner au restaurant de l'hôtel, parfait. Le bar et l'ambiance est un +. Nous recommandons fortement cet hôtel, pour nous c'est un 10/10.

Zaparkowaliśmy auto na pobliskim parkingu Q-PARK, polecam - warto tam zarezerwować sobie wcześniej miejsce parkingowe. Trochę wysoka cena.

Il tram diretto per il centro si trova a meno di 5 minuti a piedi dagli appartamenti. Ottima la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli prima del check in e dopo il check out.

The location was very convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. It was perfect for our family trip. The host was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!

• Weiqiu (10/5): EXCELLENT - I had an amazing stay at CITYDEN STADSHART. It boasts an excellent location with beautiful surroundings, a peaceful atmosphere and wonderfully fresh, clean air. The rooms are odor-free, incredibly spacious and well laid out. Both the 2-bed and 4-bed rooms offer plenty of room for comfortable movement and activities. The sound insulation is outstanding, ensuring a quiet and restful night. The air conditioning works perfectly, and all facilities are complete and well-maintained. Transportation is very convenient as well. In addition, the breakfast is delicious, and their coffee tastes great too. Highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and relaxing stay!

Персоналът е много любезен. На първия етаж, освен рецепция има и ресторант. Далеч е от центъра, но пък трамвай тръгва почти пред хотела и те отвежда там.

L'inconfort du canapé lit ( matelas trop fin)

The beds were very comfortable, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The location is also a big advantage, with very convenient access to public transportation, making it easy to get to Amsterdam.

• Mariya (10/5): Gern Wieder - Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Cityden sehr genossen: Tolles Frühstück, Fitnessraum, Sauna, bequeme Betten, kleine Küchenzeile, nettes Personal. Die Frühstückzeiten sind lang: wir konnten ausschlafen. Sauna konnte privat reserviert werden: Ohne Extrakosten. Nachts kann man leider nicht beim offenen Fenster schlafen: Menschen, die spät ins Hotel zurückkommen stehen oft nach Mitternacht und sind laut. Es wäre echt hilfreich, wenn das Hotelpersonal auf die Nachtruhe hinweisen würde.
