• Christoph (10/5): Tolles modernes kleines Hotel mit allen Annehmlichkeiten - Sehr schönes kleines Hotel in zentraler Lage zum guten Preis. Uns hat es hier bestens gefallen. Das Zimmer war modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wir hatten sogar einen Balkon mit Sitzmöbeln zum begrünten Innenhof. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und wir haben gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants bekommen. Alles war sehr sauber. Es gab täglich Kaffee und Wasser umsonst. Parkplatz für einen Euro am Tag in 3 min Entfernung und ein großer Supermarkt um die Ecke. Was will man mehr? Wir würden es sofort wieder buchen! Nichts

• Susanne (8/5): Zentral gelegene Pension - Liegt sehr zentral in Nerja, 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum. Ein großer Parkplatz ganz in der Nähe. Freundlicher Gastgeber, der uns noch einige Tipps gegeben hat. Unser Appartment lag nach hinten raus, so dass es trotz sehr befahrener Gegend nachts ruhig war. Das Zimmer ist klein, aber für eine Nacht völlig ausreichend. Kaffeemaschine und kleiner Kühlschrank vorhanden. Supermarkt und Restaurants um die Ecke. Der Europa Balkon ist eher enttäuschend, die Caves von Nerja hingegen sehr beeindruckend und unbedingt einen Besuch wert. wie in vielen spanischen Wohnanlagen war es auch hier sehr hellhörig das Zimmer hat einen Balkon, aber die Aussicht auf Hauswände ist bescheiden ungeeignete Einweg-Kaffeetassen für die Dolce Gusto Kaffeemaschine

• Susan (10/5): Perfect stay in Nerja for one night. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend - Fabulous owner on reception. He was extremely welcoming, explained where to park for free just a minute away. Gave us lots of information regarding places to eat and things to see, he even sent us the bus timetable to get to Frigliana although he advised we should be able to park our car there easily enough. Apt in fantastic location only 5 minute walk from the centre of town. He even carried out bags to our room. Nice balcony to sit out on in nice weather.Room spotlessly clean, lovely bathroom, very comfortable bed, fresh smelling linen on bed .Fridge , safe , coffee machine in room, bottle of water and coffee pods provided. Offered to look after our bags after checkout if required. Would definitely stay again if we were in Nerja, highly recommended Nothing

You could hear people in the next room . Not a lot of privacy if you had balcony doors open .

• Petrus (10/5): 5 Stars - NerjaRooms-Guesthouse was spotlessly clean very well laid out and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was amazing. There is a balcony where you can sit with your coffee in the morning. There is parking two or three minutes walk down the hill not far from the guesthouse for 1 euro per day. Unbelievable. Carlos the owner is extremely helpful with suggesting where to eat and what's available in the area. You are a five minute walk from coffee shops and restaurants and eight minutes to the beach. We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly recommend Nerja-Rooms. We will definitely go back. Thank you Carlos. Nothing - Everything was fantastic

• 김 (1/5): - 없음 숙박 당일까지 아무런 연락이 없어서, 당연히 숙박인가 보다하고 숙소를 찾아갔습니다. 하지만 숙소의 문은 굳게 닫혀있고, 부킹닷컴을 통한 메세지, 전화에 아무런 응답이 없어 대문 앞에서 1시간 30분을 떨고 있다가 결국 다른 숙소에서 묵었습니다. 이 과정에서 부킹닷컴에서는 다른숙소로 갈때 보상금을 주었고, 예약은 자동 취소된다고 하였으나, 예약이 취소되지 않고 호스트가 숙소 비용을 결제하고 난 다음에 제게 보낸 메세지입니다. 구글이나 부킹닷컴에 있는 메세지는 이를 바탕으로 볼때 꾸며져있을 확률이 높습니다. 저는 결과적으로 부킹닷컴측에서 직접적으로 환불을 해주었고, 숙소측에서는 리뷰를 삭제하지 않았다고 환불을 해주지 않았습니다. 숙소의 일처리 과정에서 미숙한 부분, 응대에서 미숙한 부분만 가득합니다. 글을 읽어보시면 알겠지만, 그 어떤 사과조차 없습니다.. 저는 이숙소를 추천하지 않아요. 판단은 숙박예정을 고민 하는 사람의 몫입니다.. in english Because there was absolutely no communication until the day of check-in, I naturally assumed the accommodation was operating normally and went to the property. However, the door was completely closed. There was no response to messages or phone calls through Booking.com. I waited outside the gate for 1 hour and 30 minutes in the cold, and eventually had to find and stay at another accommodation. During this process, Booking.com provided compensation when arranging the alternative accommodation and informed me that the reservation would be automatically cancelled. However, the reservation was not cancelled, and the host only contacted me after charging the accommodation fee. Based on these facts, there is a high possibility that the messages shown on Google or Booking.com do not accurately reflect the actual situation. In the end, Booking.com directly processed the refund for me, while the host refused to issue a refund on the grounds that I did not delete my review. The entire handling process by the host was unprofessional and poorly managed. As you can see from the messages, there was not even a single apology. I do not recommend this accommodation. The final judgment is up to future guests who are considering staying here.

• mike (10/5): Excellent stay, would highly recommend. - This is an excellent, modern place to stay for a short stay in Nerja, being only 10 mins from the Balcon and hundreds of restaurants. The owner, Carlos is very welcoming and speaks good English. He also is good at recommendations regarding Nerja itself. There is a very large car park close to the hotel, 1 euro per day to charity. Other car parks near the Balcon are 2 Euros per hour so be warned. The property is accessed by a simple key card system for entry to the building band entry to the room. The room itself (I believe there are five in the property, all first floor), has a comfortable bed and wardrobe, (only 4 coat hangers). It has very good aircon, and a balcony with a table and two chairs. It also has a fridge and coffee machine. Being English we wanted to boil water to make Tea, so Carlos quickly provided a kettle and tea bags, great service. The room has various power sockets, Inc bed side lamps with USB sockets. The bathroom has an excellent shower with shower gel, hair shampoo, conditioner provided et. The room also has a hair dryer and the room/bathroom is cleaned every day. Outside of the property is a local bus station, ideal for getting to Malaga (west) or Herradura/Almunecar (east). There are also cafes to buy breakfast and supermarkets to get milk, snacks, wine etc. The Balcony area is extremely busy with restaurants too many to list, but we would recommend Gloria street for Tapas and a drink as it is good, has a great vibe and is not expensive. Nothing from my point of view at all, but it would not suit a disabled person as there is no disabled access or lift.
