Laura (6/5): - Das Haus hat Potenzial, die Lage hervorragend, der Garten wunderschön. Sehr nette und bemühte Vermieterin die ihre uneingeschränkte Hilfe angeboten hat. Die Einrichtung ist lieblos, fragwürdig und unzureichend. Die Möbel sind fast durchgehend kaputt oder so abgewohnt, daß sie in meinen Augen unzumutbar sind. Dinge die nicht mehr gebraucht werden, kommen einfach in die Ferienwohnung, zumindest scheint es so. Küchenausstattung mehr als mangelhaft. Bei mindestens 5-6 Schlafplätzen nur 2 Weingläser, zusammengewürfeltes Geschirr und alte, abgenutzte Pfannen, Topfdeckel ohne Griff, keine Schere, Kochlöffel, Dosenöffner ...leider könnte ich ewig so weiter machen. Die Front der Küche löst sich schon ab das wirkt extrem gammelig. Die Vermieterin war zwar supernett und bemüht Wünsche zu erfüllen aber ich kann ja nicht alle 2 Tage anrufen und Gegenstände anfordern, die sollten doch da sein. Ein Föhn ist zwar vorhanden aber defekt. In einem Zimmer mit 3 Betten nur 1 Nachttischlampe, das Sofa....ohne Worte. Es wäre so einfach da eine tolle Ferienwohnung daraus zu machen. Sehr schade. Wir waren im Oktober dort und es wurde nicht kommuniziert, dass es nur warmes Wasser gibt wenn die Sonne scheint, das geht gar nicht. 2 Tage kalt geduscht! Bettwäsche und Handtücher gegen Aufpreis (steht zwar drin aber wer bringt im Flieger seine Bettwäsche mit?)
Dimitrij (10/5): - La casa è situata nei pressi di S. Maria al Bagno (valida sia come spiaggia che come centro serale per cene/aperitivi). Grazie alla vicina superstrada è possibile raggiungere rapidamente Gallipoli, Lecce e tutte le principali spiagge della costa ionica del Salento. La casa è spaziosa, confortevole e ben pulita. La proprietaria si è dimostrata sempre disponibile a soddisfare le nostre richieste.
