• Daniela (8/5): - Die Lage ist für ein Städtetrip optimal. Sehr zentral - in 2min bei der Kathedrale Santa Maria del Fiore. Das Check-in und Check-out war super unkompliziert - Luca, der Rezeptionist, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich direkt willkommen gefühlt. Hier und da etwas renovierungsbedürftig aber für das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis kann man nichts sagen.

El agua caliente se acabó a la mitad de la segunda persona. Llegamos sobre las 20:00 y no había nadie en recepción y no nos llegaron instrucciones para acceder. Llamamos a Booking y un operador nos dio las claves para el acceso y estaba todo lo demás en un sobre a mi nombre.

• Massimo (9/5): Nel centro di Firenze che volete di più , non eravamo in un periodo fuori stagione e non abbiamo pagato molto, è stata u - Struttura realizzata su di un palazzo in pieno centro a due minuti dal Santa Maria Novella proprio dietro alle tombe medicee delle quali si vede la cupola dal terrazzo sul tetto Che però purtroppo non abbiamo utilizzato perché trovata una giornata di pioggia Camera calda e acqua calda quasi bollente Bello il ristorante che funziona da colazione davvero Cordiali e disponibili i ragazzi del servizio Ovviamente gli antichi palazzi hanno di soluzioni architettoniche che non erano pensate per le attuali esigenze turistiche Ma me potessi migliorerei senz’altro la dimensione della cabina doccia che così come è sacrificata e aggiungerei alcune lampade sui comodini per permettere di evitare di accendere la lampada centrale o magari per leggerai un libro alla sera Bisogna prendere un po’ di confidenza con i percorsi originali e mai scontati ma è il bello di queste avventure

Posizione centralissima e dimensioni della camera e del bagno superiori alle normali dimensioni di un hote/bnb della stessa categoria. Personale gentile ed affabile. Le condizioni generali dello stabile: si tratta di una palazzo d'epoca con enormi potenzialità, purtroppo pare che ci sia poca manutenzione o scarsa attenzione alla cura dei dettagli. Forse poco investimento successivamente alla ristrutturazione iniziale. La nostra entrata (entrata secondaria) era in condizioni poco gradevoli e in più punti dello stabile c'erano attrezzi da lavoro/ secchi per la pittura nascosti da un separé. La colazione viene servita in un locale accanto, molto bello ma anche quest'ultimo sembra un pò in abbandono. La colazione è abbondante e il servizio molto gentile, ma i prodotti sono quelli da grande distribuzione.

• DORIS (9/5): Evviva Firenze con la sua gente, la sua cultura e le sue prelibatezze!!! - Ospitalità e cordialità sono stati davvero il Top! Andrea, il nostro receptionist, è stato fantastico. Ci ha accolto e spiegato con molta tranquillità come vivere al meglio il nostro breve soggiorno a Firenze, in modo da sfruttare al meglio il tempo a nostra disposizione: ci ha consigliato sia cosa e dove visitare che cosa e dove gustare i piatti tipici toscani...senza perderci il meglio di Firenze. Ci ha anche consentito di lasciare i bagagli in deposito senza alcun costo, sia all'arrivo che alla partenza. Posizione super...tra la stazione e il centro storico di Firenze...comodo a tutto per spostamenti a piedi....non abbiamo avuto nessuna difficoltà. Possibilità di usare l'ascensore o le scale per uscire ed entrare dalla struttura. Camera "Botticelli" da quattro con bagno interno pulita, ampia e attrezzata di tutti i confort: condizionatori, cassaforte, asciugamani, coperte, cuscini, asciugacapelli, prodotti per l'igiene, frigo e bollitore con bustine di te e camomilla a nostra disposizione e tutto compreso nel prezzo. Bellissimo terrazzo con vista su Cappelle Medicee, dove Andrea ci ha permesso di rilassarci quando e come volevamo. Colazione in convenzione da Eataly, a pochi metri dall'alloggio, davvero abbondante con vasta scelta di prodotti freschi e tipici. Il prezzo pagato presso la Residenza D'Epoca La Basilica davvero modico per ciò che abbiamo avuto in cambio. Insomma, io, le mie sorelle e la nostra adorata mamma, lo consigliamo vivamente!!! Grazie ancora Andrea, continua così e speriamo di rivederci presto. Buon lavoro e buona continuazione per tutto -:) Mamma Rosina, Elsa, Doris e Antonella Ci è piaciuto tutto!!! Ciò che abbiamo vissuto a Firenze in questi due giorni è stato bellissimo. Persino il tempo è stato dalla nostra parte. E' andato tutto molto bene...non potevamo sperare di meglio.

• Nadia (9/5): Stupendo! A due passi dal duomo! - La camera era posta al terzo piano. La struttura presenta due ingressi: uno con scale e un altro con un piccolo ascensore. L'host è un ragazzo gentilissimo e super disponibile. La residenza possiede, inoltre, un terrazzo panoramico sulle cappelle medicee. Per quanto riguarda la colazione vi è una convenzione con il locale adiacente al portone "il konnubio" il quale ci ha regalato tante gioie a colazione. Torneremo sicuramente. I soffitti sono alti, quindi, il condizionatore ci mette un bel po' tempo per riscaldare la stanza. Il bagno è senza finestre ma possiede un aereatore.

Tenía un olor nauseabundo. 30 llamadas perdidas sin que nos atiendan la llamada de emergencia. Nos dieron en otro hotel a 400 m , bajo la lluvia y con las maletas .

Ima mali lift ali nije radio zadnji dan pa nam je tesko bilo se popesti gore s kolicima i bebom. I u sobi se osjećao čudan miris kanalizacije.

• Caitlyn (10/5): Lovely stay in Florence - The family room we stayed in was spacious, well appointed with toiletries, towels, coffee, and tea and the staff were amazing. The room was tidied up daily and when arranged early check out, they ensured a to-go breakfast order was placed for us with the cafe next door that serves their complimentary breakfast buffet. The buffet included several options (meats, cheeses, cereals, egg, bacon, sausage, and several pastries and cake selections). Additionally, we arrived after check in hours but were struggling to find the location as our phone navigation led us to a close but different location and they were kind enough to come and meet us and take us to the proper location. The location is perfect as it is close to all major attractions and the train station. We would definitely stay here again on a return trip :) Nothing, it was great

Le travail de la femme de ménage qui ne mettait que des serviettes pour 2 personnes alors que nous étions 3. (Malgré que nous lui avions fait remarqué) Par 2 fois (sur 5), elle ne nous a pas remis de papier toilette et par 3 fois (sur 5) pas de gel douche... Assez énervant et surtout ch... quand vous revenez d'une journée de visite sous de forte chaleur.

Hanno sistemato e preparato tutto ancora prima del nostro arrivo. La struttura che ci hanno assegnato era ancora più vicina al Duomo (lo si vedeva dalla finestra) camera spaziosa, personale gentilissimo in entrambi i posti! Ci torneremo sicuramente

Metterei più mensole in bagno e in camera: e’ molto grande ma priva di superfici per appoggiare le cose! La pulizia della stanza potrebbe essere più accurata ( letto e biancheria erano perfetti però, mi riferisco a piccoli gesti dettagli della camera)

Οπότε χρειάστηκε να μιλήσουμε ήταν εκεί για λύση και συμβουλές για Πάρκιν κτλ. Η καλύτερη Local καφέτερια , ακριβώς απέναντι (Vintage caffe) Μη σαφές εξωτερικές επιγραφές , μη σαφές χώρος εισόδου αλλά όλα άλλαξαν όταν ανεβήκαμε στον όροφο . Επίσης πολύ basic πρωινό σε διπλανό πανέμορφο χώρο .

• Chrysostomos (4/5): unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. - The only positive aspects were the good breakfast and the polite staff, but unfortunately these were not enough to make up for the overall poor experience. I cannot recommend this hotel based on what we encountered. We stayed at this hotel in the center of Florence and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. When we first arrived, we left our suitcases at the hotel and were told to return at 3 PM for check-in. However, when we came back, the receptionist informed us that our room had a bad smell and that we were being transferred to another hotel. He reassured us that this was a “big upgrade” and that he would cover the price difference. In reality, the room we were moved to was not an upgrade at all — it was actually cheaper than the one we had originally booked. Although the location was slightly more central, the room itself was very old, smelled strongly of mold and moisture, and was extremely uncomfortable. Two of us slept in proper beds, while the other two had to sleep on a sofa bed with a mattress barely 3 cm thick. It was impossible to sleep comfortably. The room also had no natural light and no natural ventilation, which made the situation even worse.

• Michał (1/5): great personel & sewage odor - We came to the Residenza D'Epoca La Basilica early afternoon. We were welcomed by nice resident who told us everything what we needed. Later, when problems occurred, after reporting them by phone, we were in another hotel within 30 minutes. Unfortunately, despite the professional service, this apartment is not suitable for renting. The smell from the sewer was so intense that our belongings, which had only been there for a few hours, became foul-smelling.

Riidepuud kapis ripuvad nii kõrgel, et neid saaks kasutada ainult korvpallimeeskonna keskmängija. Sahtleid pole. Asju pole kuhugi panna. Laud on imepisike, selle taga ei saa mitte üksnes teha tööd, vaid ka kohvi juua. Personal, paistab, pole huvitatud, et külalised end mugavasti tunneksid, nende soovidega ei arvestata. But we paid 10 Euros to have a car meet us to take the family and luggage to the BnB. They never showed. We tried to get an adjustment to the bill at the BnB. The reception person informed us that they don’t have a car! We stood in a mess of a taxi waiting line for about 30 minutes. Health issues prevented our walking! The room was scented with an overwhelming incense smell. We removed the incense, we went touring and returned to a sewer gas smell that we could not get rid of. We booked a Triple room. My wife and I had a double bed. Our son was forced to sleep on a fold out couch with a very thin mattress. For two nights he had the metal fold out bar in the middle of his spine , plus sewer gas I wet a hand towel put it over the shower drain, left the bathroom window open, closed the door to the bathroom. No Relief. Spent a lot, dreaded going to the sewer gas room. Again, the room (No. 6) had an overwhelming incense oil smell when we first entered. We removed scented oils, opened windows and un packed. We booked a triple room. A double for us and a single for our son. He got an older fold out couch with a thin mattress and the fold out bar in the middle of his spine. We closed up windows, locked the door and spent the day touring. We returned to a smelly room (we understood the use, need of oils/room freshening/incense products). We set about opening windows,covering shower drain with a wet towel, closing bathroom door- little to no relief- after two days we’re glad to leave! That smell was on our clothes in the dirty laundry bag in our suitcases. We could still smell it after going to to Rome and ultimately getting home to do laundry! Not worth the time, trouble or expense!! I would never go back.
• Emilie (10/5): Fantastic hospitable customer service and a really cool area! - There was plenty of space for 5 people and a very nice set of accommodations. But more than anything we just really appreciated the customer service from the front desk. Andre checked us in and helped us plan out a day itinerary through Florence and then also called a driver on our behalf and was super helpful. He communicated with us through the entire trip checking in and always able to help or give advice. Overall the area was quiet and it was a very pleasant stay. N/a

• Heather (6/5): - Location, location, location! This place is in between the Duomo and Santa Maria Novella and is literally next door to the Medici Chapel and Casa Martelli. Location can't be beat! Breakfast every morning was well stocked, with lots of variety, and nice staff. The hotel staff was basically almost never there, but the one time we caught Luca at the desk and.paid the city tax, he was a wonderful and kind persob. Downsides - the place has an odor! This has been mentioned in other reviews. Our particular room wasn't bad, but the common area near the elevator and reception and presumably the rooms on in that area have a very unpleasant smell. Another downside, the rooms need a deep clean. They did change out sheets and towels and cleaned the bathroom daily, BUT the duvet that was on our bed (between 2 flat white sheets) was filthy with stains and evidence of past bedbug activity. We didn't see any bedbugs on the mattress, but the brown spots and blood dots all over the maybe never before washed duvet tell a story - gross! Also, chandellier above the bed is caked in dust. What can you do? The pros outweighed the cons, but with just a deep cleaning and figuring out their odor issue this place could be a real winner. With the location they have, I guess they don't have to put in that extra effort which is too bad.
