Christina (10/5): Accommodating - I had originally booked through a third party and when I arrived, my reservation could not be located. Rick, at the front desk did everything possibly to help— search my name, email, confirmation number, etc. Thankfully there was availability. He helped me book a new room. I was so happy to have a place to stay because I needed to be in town for Mother’s Day. No complaints

Would recommend - Relatively new, very clean and comfortable, good bed and coverings/sheets etc., well thought out restroom though small, nice kitchenette in room, plenty of storage for suitcase and other items, relatively friendly staff (see exceptions below). Great blackout shade for a good night's sleep light/wise. Nice pool area and exercise facility. Near lots of great shopping/restaurants and easy access to the highway No cold purified water available at coffee/tea bar, the water machine in weight room was out of water (only place to refill a water bottle). A few of the staff members were somewhat cold and uninterested in helping us when we would go to desk and ask for help with this or that. The TV was cable and there was NOTHING remotely good or wholesome offered on any channel; we would have preferred there be smart TV availability so we could just log into our own subscription accounts like Prime or YouTube, Netflix, etc. Very noisy bathroom exhaust fan running 24/7 we couldn't turn off (that or refrigerator was loud; couldn't tell if it was both). Breakfast offerings were ok but they told us there would be bacon rather than the ham next day on our first day and we were looking forward to that. Nope, no bacon any of our 4 days. Eggs were a round scramble patty meant to go in a sandwich; we only eat protein/fat so the bacon/egg offering was rather disappointing.

RLDCA (10/5): Another good experience at Home2Suites - I look for Home2Suites hotels when I travel because of their spacious, well-lit and well-supplied rooms, their attractive breakfast lobby areas, and free breakfasts with a wider range of options than at other hotel brands offering free breakfasts. We were especially pleased with the outstanding service received from several staff, including Diego who checked us in, Tommy the very enthusiastic breakfast provider, Luis the morning manager, and the overnight desk manager whose name I did not see. I regret that we had a ventilation issue in our room but, true to Hilton's commitment to make things right, staff responded to resolve the issue to our satisfaction.

Elizabeth (10/5): - This is an excellent hotel for a couple of days to a week or two. The kitchen is decently equipped, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the hotel was quiet, breakfast was decently good (coffee not so much), and the exercise room and laundry facilities were a nice addition and very handy. Would definitely stay there again!

Brian (8/5): - Very convenient location close to I-81 and Carlisle Pike. Spacious room. Friendly staff. Parking is odd and not always convenient, but it's not a large lot. Breakfast was a little lame ("make your own breakfast sandwich" with "ehh" ingredients), but you can make do with options for do-it-yourself waffles (if you want to compete for one waffle maker), oatmeal and one flavor of yogurt out of a machine. The decor seems to be deliberately out of date (retro, I guess?).
Denise (8/5): - Nice stay - comfortable beds, nice bathroom with an actual door (vs these stupid barn doors that make zero sense in a hotel room), decent breakfast (a bit more than a continental breakfast). And I really appreciated the electric car charging stations in the parking lot. My one big complaint is that if you are on a lower floor (we were on 2 of 3) and there is anyone above you, it sounds like a stampede of elephants. Definitely ask to be on the top floor or at least not under a family.
RAFAEL (10/5): - The hospitality in this hotel goes ABOVE AND BEYOND! Everyone was friendly and you were always greeted! If we needed anything, they always provided for us. Thanks goes to everyone for a wonderful stay. One staff member that stood out the most was TOMMY, he greeted us every morning, checked in on us, and was great with our daughter. My daughter had an amazing time. He was ALWAYS positive and in a good mood. This hotel exceeded our expectation and I wish I can give them more than 5 stars. We were treated like FAMILY. We will be staying here next time. At the end of our stay, Louis (my apologizes if it’s not your name) answered any questions and helpful. The staff should ALL get a raise for their hard work to put this hotel together. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!🥰❤️

We were dropped off by the tow truck operator who gave us a ride and Jonathan was ready and waiting for us to check in. He could not have been more accommodating. After a harrowing evening, we were checked in and had a very good night’s sleep.

Barbara (8/5): - Great location nice room and good breakfast. Only thing is they clean room every other day and we came back in afternoon on 3rd day and room still dirty. Didn’t want them in there so a 3 night stay and got no room cleaning.
Angela (6/5): Fine. Large room but small bathroom - The room was large and the beds were large The bathroom was super small. The shower was old and kinda dirty/dingy looking with brown stains around the edges. The shower door did not Close easily. There was not conditioner in the bathroom it was empty. The lights didn’t work in the room only a few switches turned on. The walls looked stained/old. The blankets and linens were also small for the bed and not super comfortable

jefftW7130GK (4/5): Front Desk Glued to His Phone - The hotel is ok but the front desk is basically nonexistent. I did the mobile check in but as we came into the hotel the older gentlemen at the front desk could not be bothered to look up from his phone and even acknowledge we were in the lobby. I probably walked in and out of the lobby right by him at least a dozen times during the stay and not once did he look up from his cell phone game. How do I know it was a game? Because my wife finally had to go to him because the digital key stopped working. He had a computer open watching TV and playing a game on his phone. He was completely bothered that she asked for a physical key. Saying “uggg why does this keep happening? Something must be wrong with the system because you’re the 3rd one”. As a Diamond member I’m in a lot of hotels and I can say I’ve never not been acknowledged by the same person so many times in a single day.
Krystal (10/5): - We were happy with our stay overall, but there are a few areas that could use improvement. The design of the property was a bit odd—when we arrived in the rain, we noticed the overhang had missing sections, and we were met with just a single door entry. With several pieces of luggage, we found the triangular luggage carts a bit awkward to maneuver. When we got to our room, the TV wasn’t working initially, but Luis at the front desk was very helpful and came up to reboot it for us. I also needed to print a document using the shared computer, which unfortunately wasn’t working either. Thankfully, Luis saved the day again by printing it for me at the front desk. Housekeeping didn’t come by after the first night, and it would’ve been nice to have the trash emptied and the room freshened up, but I understand that service is every two days. On the plus side, we were able to get a later checkout, which helped tremendously. I also really appreciated the full-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the room—such a nice touch!

Gary (10/5): - This was an excellent location. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. We liked that they don't use disposable plates/silverware at breakfast. An extra blanket was quickly brought up to our room when requested. The hotel was easy to find and close to many other businesses. We asked for a late check-out which was happily granted. If we are in the area again, we will stay here again.
