Guest Reviews

- Michelle (5/5): Not impressed with our first visit at a Tru by Hilton brand. - Location One elevator sounded like it wasn’t working well. Made a loud noise and “jerked” when it would start. The TV remote should have had written instructions. Several people that we talked with didn’t know how to operate it and was frustrated with it. Breakfast was ok but one of the pancake machines was down. The place was crowded at breakfast. All the food was too close together in a galley set up.

- Ashey (10/5): First stay - My first stay at your hotel. I found it very clean and staff friendly and welcoming. Nothing.
- Jashvanti (10/5): -
- Mary (6/5): - Very clean comfortable bed friendly staff A little pricey . Small room. No microwave in the room small dining area
- Susan (10/5): Perfect - Location Breakfast over at 9:00

- Jonathan (6/5): - Staff was very nice. Building was obviously in need of maintenance throughout. Spills on the floor in the lobby and by the elevators had not been cleaned, sticky floors like a movie theater. Lots of people in line to check in waiting because for some reason there was only one front desk person to help all of them check in at 4pm though they had spaces for 4 front desk people to work. My first room the TV was broken somehow didn't work, they moved me to another room as they couldn't fix. Second room the thermostat didn't work but a nice staff person fixed it later that night, finally cooled off. Woke up in the middle of the night from dogs barking in the hallway and leashes jingling while owners walked/took outside. Was not aware there would be pets in the hallways and barking in the middle of the night. Another unprofessional thing is that the front desk has a checklist printed out at their stations telling them what to do in problem situations with guests, sitting there in full view of guests, which I read for 10 minutes to entertain myself while I was waiting for the lone person to figure out why the computer couldn't make my room key. I had to park about 75 yards further away from the lobby doors in the pouring rain because the near parking spaces are only for "diamond members", something I'd never heard of or been offered in this whole process (also the spaces were empty at 4pm). Will not likely stay here again or recommend to anyone else.
- The Neills (10/5): - Breakfast, the room, and our dog had a great time. N/A

- Martine (9/5): Je le recommande pour les raisons ci hauts - Hôtel neuve personnel chaleureux
Bon rapport qualité prix et emplacement tranquille
- Lisa (10/5): Peaceful and outstanding!!! - Customer service was above and beyond. They actually came up to my room to help me with my tv. Everyone was always smiling and happy to help anyone if needed. That was outstanding!!! And the pancake maker, what??!!!!!!!! My son loved breakfast 🥳 The left elevator feels like you’re going to crash, noisy and gave me anxiety. I used the one on the right after that.

- Brian (7/5): Decent stay for short term. - Newer construction with clean facilities. There was one staff member that was great. The shower never got hot. When I reported to the employee I was just told that there was nothing they could do about it. The pull in for the parking lot has a step angle so pulling in and out the bottom of your vehicle hits and scrubs.
- Michael (8/5): - Ice machine broken
- Lawrence (10/5): -
- Kathryn (6/5): It was ok - Clean Breakfast and pillows
- Sadeqwa (8/5): -
- Calvin (10/5): -
- Hagist (5/5): - I would have liked to have cups in the bathroom. A coffee pot in the room would have been nice, since the coffee downstairs was lukewarm and only got half a cup even though it said available all day.

- Lou-Ann (10/5): great! - staff was super friendly. the machine that created room keys was out and she walked us up to our room. Place was super busy - holiday week end and traffic was a nightmare. So many of us stopped unexpectedly to simple get off the road! So the lobby had 3-4 guests checking in at a time but she was calm as a cucumber and checked us all in and that walked us all to our rooms and was super pleasant and apologetic for the inconvenience. we went to dinner and again she walked us and others to our room. She got her steps in that day for sure...excellent customer service!! nothing
- May (8/5): Comfortable - Very pet friendly N/A

- Joseph (9/5): Both locations were very clean with a good breakfast. The Tru locations were great values. - The breakfast was very good everything seemed to be fresh and tasted good. The room was clean and smelled fresh. I wish they had a pool at the location. Also over the past few weeks I have stayed at two Tru hotels and I do not like the soap, shampoo and body wash provided in the rooms. The body wash and shampoo doesn’t sud up compared to the other hotels products I have used during this trip. At first I thought it was maybe the one location but the second location was the same.
- Neill (10/5): Great value, service and comfort for our dollar. - Convenient, clean, comfortable and professional, friendly staff.
- Mike (7/5): It served its purpose, staff was nice , bed mattress was comfortable but the pillows were too soft. - Good location, friendly staff Pillows were way too soft and I don’t know about the local hotel pricing, but the cost didn’t seem right. I was just too tired to say anything at the time.
- Cheryl (10/5): -
- William (8/5): - Very clean with nice layout On the more expensive side

- David (7/5): It’s clean and staff was friendly and professional. - Clean and had tile floors instead of carpet. Bed was uncomfortable for me. Hardly any hot water when I started to shower early morning. No microwave so couldn’t heat up my food.
- Barilla (10/5): We would stay again. - This was a quick overnight stay for us during holiday travel. It was very nice. Needed more help, more food at breakfast due to holiday travelers before Christmas.
- Marlene (9/5): Comfortable and clean -
- Mike (9/5): -
- Rosemary (1/5): I will never stay there again - Nothing after they charged me $75 for a 10 lb dog. I have stayed there before and they never charged me $75. My room only cost $103 Nothing after they charged me $75 for a 10 lb dog. I have stayed there before and they never charged me $75. My room only cost $103

- Laquerre (6/5): Fine but I wouldn’t stay again. - Good locations, clean. Staff was rude, no coffee maker in the room, small rooms. Poorly restocked breakfast. No onsite restaurant/ bar. I mistook lounge as a bar setting.
- Pamela (8/5): -
- Nikki (8/5): - Location. Cleanliness. Friendly staff Walls were so thin that even with our noise machine we could hear our neighbor’s tv which they left on all night long. Also no hair dryer in the room

- Terri (7/5): It was fine for an overnight stop. Definitely not a destination hotel. - Close to interstate. Good breakfast bar. Friendly staff. No microwave in room. No mention of $75 nonrefundable pet fee on reservation site. Heavy construction next door. No restaurants within walking distance.
- Michael (8/5): -
- Mona (10/5): - Clean, modern, and comfortable. A microwave would have been nice.
- Erickson (9/5): - Clean
Decent breakfast
- Antoine (9/5): - Fun and relaxing Need coffee in the room
- Michark (8/5): -
- Shaun (8/5): I was able to recharge to continue my drive. - Clean and accepts pets. Morning staff were nice at breakfast. Nice pet walk areas. Pretty views. No restaurant on site or nearby. No food delivery menus. I was traveling with a trailer and a pet that I was not allowed to leave alone in the room. There was no reasonable way for me to get dinner. Evening Desk Staff were indifferent and acted inconvenienced when I asked about local food options.
- Frank 52 (9/5): - New, simple, clean, comfortable beds and pilllows No smart TV, we like to stream Movies.. Not a deal breakers at all but wouod be a nice perk
- Clair (8/5): -
- Vicky (10/5): Super expérience ! - Propreté et service Rien
- Rosamaria (9/5): Hop off/on 81, quiet, good value, king bed, safe, breakfast incl - Right off of 81. Hop off and hop on the next day to continue our drive to NYC. King size bed excellent for tall hubby. Quiet environment. Safe. Great Mexican restaurant 2 mins from hotel. Free 24 hr coffee/ice/water to fill water bottle. Breakfast incl. Room adequate but small. Not a problem, just an observation.
- Kimberly (8/5): Facility was nice, but I would bring my own pillow - We did not eat breakfast. It was a nice facility that seemed to have a lot of amenities. Very clean. The pillows were horrible. Had to flush our toilet multiple times in order to get one piece of toilet paper to go down. One of my friends that was staying with me got sick in the middle of the night and the toilet problem made it very difficult between the pillows and the toilet we got no sleep
