Il faut choisir avec une carte ; Ce n'est pas un buffet J'ai fait plus de 10 hôtels différents en Aout 2025 , tous étaient en self service buffet. J'ai choisi un Yaourt Heatly parmi le choix proposé et l'on m'a servi un grand Yaourt avec Mueslli..et c'est tout. J'ai demandé 2 Pancakes que la serveuse m'a refusé ! C'est quand meme un Hilton !!! C'etait mon anniversaire .. ce jour la l !

La piscina, el desayuno y la amabilidad del personal son buenos. Conseguimos una chiripa pequeña en el calentador de pan de la kitchinette. Espero mejoren la limpieza de los utensilios de la cocina; aunque no todos los huspedes los usan, algunos nos gusta comer una tostada con cafe y es desagradable conseguir insectos saliendo del aparato despues que te comiste el pan.

- Loreta (1/5): Bad - Had to wait 1 full hr to check in waiting in a long line . Front desk lady said she was by herself and was having some issues checking in a costumer. It was already almost 9:30 pm . But to get their money , that was done the first moment you booked in. They don’t accept cancellation.Horrible experience. Very crowded very loud dogs all over , people partying and grilling in the pool, very noisy. If you are looking for a hotel to stay and have some relaxing and peaceful time this definitely is not the place for you!.

- Geraldine (8/5): Excellent comfortable bed - Front dest lady checked in around 4pm July 27 Saturday When we check in the lady in the front Desk was helpful, but something bothers me when we get to our room key didn’t work so I went back downstairs but that is no big deal. She was helping another customer she handed them a bottle of water then I asked a new key she did gave me a new one when I asked if I can have a bottle of water cause she did not offer from the beginning when we check in she stated that the bottle of water is for the honest customer!!! I think that was rude! Treat customers equally !
- Lisann (10/5): - Great for the price. We were looking for something good and inexpensive since we'd only be sleeping there. The room was perfect for both part-time work and part-time fun, with nearby beaches, shopping, and dining areas. Nice apartment feel for the 7-day stay. Breakfast was okay, but appreciate the effort to provide options. Ample parking, but the side door was not working from the outside; had to always enter through the front entrance. The staircase near the room was not lit, so we avoided using it. Overall, great experience. Quick shout out for Peggy, she was amazing at checkin and throughout the stay.

- Leon (8/5): - The Homesuite2 was good but not great. The complimentary breakfast was a "B", but it was free. The ADA showerdoes not keep water from going on the floor. The HVAC goes between cool and heat when the thermastat is set to 75. I will not stay at this hotel again

- Bianca (8/5): - My stay was great and the staff was really nice. I only had one complaint was of Peggy. When I checked in she had already charged my card that was file for the whole stay when I had already paid through Expedia. This prompted a fraud alert on my account which cancelled my card. This was big inconvenience because my trip in Florida was for a whole month and now I didn’t have my card. Peggy had to call her manager multiple times because she had made a huge mistake and she didn’t know how to correct it. She also seemed as if she didn’t know how to even use a computer. She also charged me twice for the incidental fee. Thankfully, they have Kayla that actually knows what she’s doing and reversed the charge. When I checked out, I accidentally forgot a necklace in my room and when I called to ask if anyone had found my necklace, I was told by Peggy that I would have to put a claim on some website. When I went to the website, the hotel wasn’t even listed on the website so I could make a claim. I called back the next day and I spoke with someone else and they took down my information and they said they would check with the staff. Peggy didn’t even bother to say she would check with the staff. I called back a few days later and Kayla said they found the necklace. I went to pick up my necklace and unfortunately Peggy was the front desk and I asked to speak with Kayla and she must have been in a bad mood because she didn’t greet me she just yelled out for Kayla to come out.

- Marisa (4/5): - I had to basically kick the door to open it. This is supposedly an “accessible” unit, which would not be appropriate for someone with deficits at all! Friday night and Saturday nights were horrible! We had our ceiling trembling from the stampede in the room above ours to the point of the place shaking. At first I thought it was thunder and a storm outside. We finally had to threaten to call the police for then people upstairs stop stomping on the floor. At times they would stop, and start again and we would wake up startled. We asked management in the morning to please make sure we could sleep on Saturday night, to no avail. At 1 am the stampede started again. The girl in the front desk felt bad for us, and to my knowledge had to call the police to finally obtain silence. That took two hours + of our sleep, Room service: when we called the front desk the phone got routed to the Hilton garden inn, So, I finally had to go downstairs and ask for pillows and bedding to take upstairs for my daughter that was sleeping on the couch. We had already called twice the front desk about it. I will never ever go back to this place! No gluten free options for us celiacs by the way.

- Gina (6/5): - The room itself was clean but the hallways needed help. Don’t look up in the hall or the vibe will be tarnished. It’s very dusty and dirty. We also had to pay extra fees because we booked through a third party. The lady at the front said they “forgot” to collect the whole payment and charged us more when we got there. They also have a fire pit which I was excited to use at night, except it didn’t work. We were told that it had it been working for at least a year. The room was quiet and had all the necessities but that’s about it.

- Shannon (4/5): Did Not Represent the Brand Name! - This hotel chain is my desired go to every single time, but this one did not come close to even being of quality that I would expect from a Home2 Suites. The TVs are tiny 36” or 42” & do not offer the ability for me to log into any of my own TV services, which is one of the things I seriously look forward to. The rooms and hallways smelled moldy. Breakfast was only available between 6 AM and 9 AM and even by 9 AM they were out of almost everything. I am sorry, but they seriously need to plan better.

- Karlee (2/5): - I was booked at this property, but Hilton moved me to the Hilton Garden Inn which I DO NOT recommend. The property is under construction and the inside is a mess. My room had baseboard tile coming off, the pillows smelled like sweat, the tv remote wouldn’t work (and I did request it to be programmed but no one did it), the side table drawer was cracked, the tv stand/ dresser drawer didn’t close, there was no safe,the tub had a hair in it that wasn’t mine, the tub was dirty, the ice machine on my floor didn’t work and there was a bucket of gross “stuff” next to it. I have an egg allergy and the egg spoon, potato spoon, and bacon tongs were all in the same resting plate. Travelocity did work with me to help me get a discount ($39) but I don’t think that was enough. The rate I paid was for a Hilton and the quality I got was NOT. Oh, and if you want a hotel with a fitness center, don’t bother because it’s closed. I saw a family walk in and demand a refund, saying they weren’t staying there. I wish I had that option but there were two large tournaments in town and no vacancies, and I don’t have family there I could stay with.

We think like other hotels you remove the do not disturb sign so that they clean the room. When I asked why they haven't cleaned the room? They told us that we have to notify them first. when we told them to go clean the room. we told him 2 times. they told us it was ok. They didn't go to clean the room. and then they told us that it has to be 24 hours before. we asked for more coffee and they told us that they would bring it to the room. when they brought us the coffee it was already late and we were leaving for the Ck out. The need to improve the room clean orientation. That’s is my favorite hotel. The breakfast is good, maybe more fruits like bananas

Took care of all of our needs and was always very friendly and accommodating. Only issue was the beds were not regular size queen beds and were more of a full size. And right next to a main road where motorcycles drove by at 3am.

- Eugenio (10/5): It was great to stay at Home 2 Suite Sarasota. - Breakfast was great, front Desk and house keeping personnel were very professional. It was worthy to stay at Home 2 Suite Sarasota and I sure recommend this property to me friends and family members. They only offer house keeping once, during stays longer than 5 nights and every 5 days there after.
- Medgar (10/5): We plan on using this hotel again. - We didn't try the breakfast. The room was really clean. Full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher with dishes. Also a hot plate was available upon request. The hostess Ashley was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. Very pleased.

- Teresa (2/5): - Rooms smelled like animals. Stains on the pull out bed. Tried to move to another hotel but was denied. After standing in true lobby for almost 2 hours trying to straighten things out, we cancelled and was told we would not get a refund because we checked in. You can’t know the room is disgusting without goin go in.
- Kim (7/5): Good - Bed was comfy. Room was big. Breakfasts were good. Light in bathroom was broken, made it hard to see. Asked for it to be fixed, but it never was. Ice machine on our floor didn't work. Pool was DIRTY! If I wanted to swim, I had to clean it. Gross.

- Stephen (8/5): Good airport hotel - A good choice for when flying out of SRQ. Good service with the shuttle bus to the airport. Great staff with a particular thanks to Akira for sorting out an early check in for us. Would certainly stay here again.

- Jonathan (3/5): Poor - unfortunately this Home2 Suites is very different then the ones we have stayed at. The sheets had stains, the a/c unit was really dirty you could see dust blowing out and if was making a lot of noise. it was a hassle to get my money back after just spending 20 minutes in the room after check in.
- kristylgrier (2/5): Roaches in the room - Hilton This issue was reported to the front desk and Hilton Honors customer service. Room #432 on 6 April was over run by roaches in the kitchen area and was going in the bathroom. No rooms available until the next day, we didn’t get much sleep and kept our bags by the window to prevent the roaches from coming in our bags. I was able to inform Akira Peterson who showed empathy for our situation. Offer to put us in another room and hold our bags until the room was ready. She indicated she would have maintenance spray the new room for bugs. She even offered to give us back a compensation in points opposite of Rick the manager was giving me back 5,000 points. No one should have a price to pay when you experience what we experienced that night. The new room #302, refrigerator was leaking and we call the front desk ti clean the water and also had roaches as well crawling on the wall when we woke up to leave Florida. We were supposed to stay until Sunday but canceled the trip due to this disgusting experience. When leaving on 8 April at 6am, I informed the front desk Romona about room #302 and I tried to show her the pictures but she said no need. I asked her has this hotel had bugs issues and she said she had not heard of this hotel having roaches. I thought that to be rather odd due to my experience. When I got to the airport I was speaking with the counter clerk and she ask how was my experience in Sarasota. I explained to her the hotel situation and advised her not to let any of her family stay there and she said “Yes, we have heard about that Home2 Suites and other hotels in that area. So for the front desk employee not to have heard about roaches or bugs is hard to believe if the airport employees have heard about the roaches at the Home2 Suites. I’m glad this trip is behind me and I will not be back for a visit.

- Darra (9/5): Comfortable and safe - The bed was great. The staff was courteous and helpful. The place was clean. They had laundry service and a continental type breakfast which I didn't eat but glad to know it was available. The pillows. I prefer a certain type of pillow. I didn't like the smell in my room once I turned the air off but remedied it with some spray. Wifi was also another thing that bothered me but remedied that with my hotspot.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Overnight stay - Pros: Close to airport, friendly staff, nice pool (not heated), within 5 minutes to eating establishments, big 2 Queen room, nice shower and have shampoo and body wash. Cons: Windows not very insulated - get room on opposite side from airport (over looking pool) otherwise you hear everything, air conditioning in our room was not very adjustable, only one chair - nice to have at least 2 chairs and 2 stools for sitting at table.
