- marysK5413YX (6/5): Being an older person, I wouldn’t stay there again. Rooms are smaller than they look in the pictures. - There is no elevator! We had to carry our luggage up three flights of stairs. Definitely not ADA friendly. Their idea of breakfast is just Tea and coffee. The next door neighbors 4 dogs bark every morning. It’s very clean. Great for college kids. Great Irish Pub across the street. But no place close to get breakfast.
- Culture07068908492 (2/5): No refund for refundable deposit and breakfast is only cornflakes and milk during weekdays, no lift to take luggage - Stayed in this guest house for 1 week, when arrived I was asked to pay 100 Singapore dollars as deposit though I had paid full amount in advance for stay, secondly was in the 3 floor, had to carry all luggage myself to third floor, there is no lift in this place, morning was surprised when I was told breakfast buffet was only cornflakes and milk, lastly while checking out was informed that informed my 100 Singapore dollars paid by card would be refunded to the card, its 4 months and I have not received the refund, no proper response when I keep asking about it.
- Sankar26 (2/5): WISH TO LOOSE SG$100 IN THE NAME OF CAUTION DEPOSIT THEN YOUR CHOICE. FIND A BETTER PLACE ELSEWHERRE - The hotel is clean; rooms are ok. BUT NO ELEVATOR. So, elderly people better stay away. IF YOU ARE DEPOSITING SG$100 AS DEPOSIT THEN MAKE SURE YOU COLLECT IT AS CASH AT CHECKOUT TIME. ANY OTHER MEANS LIKE REFUND TO YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD IS NOT GOING TO WORK. I STAYED HERE FROM APRIL 29 to MAY 3; 2024. I paid SGD 100 at check in time as deposit which by itself is VERY VERY BAD practice. Anyways, I paid the money using my international debit card. At checkout time, I was given an option to take cash or refund back to debit card. I chose the later and now the miserable situation. Even after a month, the refund didnt happen. THEY DONT RESPOND TO MY EMAILS> DONT HAVE BASIC COURTESY. MY SGD 100 HAS BEEN ROBBED; TRUE WHITE COLLAR FRAUD.

- samsonleechianwee (6/5): average stay, low price low standard low maintenance - did not expect much from this small guest house, with low rate. however it would be better if the furnitures and walls are well maintained and have servicing. the walls are dirty, the doors does not have double lock for safety, the aircon in the room i stayed at top level is noisy and old. service at the front office is average, not very interactive. the toothbrush kit provided has expired toothpaste. no fridge, no tv. if you are here in singapore to enjoy, this place is not really recommended until all of the above mentioned are improved, it feels like youre living in an old room. if youre just looking for a room and not expecting much, just to stay and sleep, sure this should be fine.

The owner well friendly, helpful, kind negotiable and listened our need during this period. The staffs also well friendly, helpful, kind and hardworking. Please maintance the standard and keep up the good works.

The rooms were reasonably comfortable (I just would have liked a window) and the wifi worked. The location was convenient for public transportation and there were several restaurants, convenience stores, and massage parlors nearby. I would book here again.

- cornwall15 (8/5): very nice for a hostel - The four of us stayed here on our visit to singapore. The front desk lady charged or room deposit instead of merely taking a credit card number to charge later in case of damages (this was against policy I discovered later). We stayed in a room with a queen bed and two bunk beds, ensuite bathroom, plus a small balcony. The room was clean and comfortable - all features functioned properly. The location is far from the main areas of the city and on the other side of singapore from the airport. A subway station is about 10-15 minutes walk away. A bus stop is directly in front of the guesthouse. It's a solid 30 minute trip away from little india or little china. Being a hostel we had concerns about noise at night but were not bothered by any. We did not utilize the breakfast option but did eat at the restaurant across the street and found it acceptable. On checkout I found that they could not refund the deposit. After working with the manager over the next several days she refunded the deposit to me via paypal instead of a credit to my original card. That was not desirable at all, but was the best she said she could do. On the whole this was a nice stay, I only advise you to be cautious about your room deposit.

Booked the family ensuit and did not know that i have keyed in 2 adults during the search. the room is the biggest room (1 queen and 2 bunk bed) and is available for stay up to 4 adults. Because of this, i was charged sgd66 for additional 2 adults. It is super overcharged. Did a quick search on another day, same room 4pax vs 2 pax, there is no difference in price but i was told by K2 guest that there is a price difference hence they need to charge me. This is not true. Called hotel.com as the service provider, i was informed that there is nothing they can do. This is unfair. This is the last time to use hotel.com. No after sale service. Blame my own eye side for failing to key in the correct number of guests in the search box. Blame myself for making the wrong choice to choose hotel.com. Text K2 guest as well, no single response, again no after sale service at all.

The team is very accommodating with perfect customer care: family like. Thought there are some Filipino from them and Filipino are the most accommodating people on earth! Nice choose of staff. Wonderful place to be with.

There are a lot of different rooms to be assigned and the team do their best to accommodate your requirements. My requirements were a comfortable bed and AC... Plus some other things but mostly a clean comfortable place to sleep... Definitely fit that. The staff were fantastic as I said they greeted me with a smile all the time and they made sure my stay was a good stay.

Bed is squeaky, watermarks and dirt spot all over the walls and toilet drain is clogged, you can imagine yourself stepping on dirty water when you’re showering. The positive light about the place is the staff are friendly and location is near to Sentosa.

We were told that there will be daily housekeeping upon request but the cleaner just left the Housekeeping tag back to our room with no cleaning done. Truly disappointing. On top of that the room is old and poorly maintained. Toilet was clogged. There’s no feasible public transportation available unless you own a car. Not recommended! For the price you’re paying, you can definitely can better place.

It feels like home. Not that alone, youll get more than you paid for because the price is very affordable and yet youll have a very spacious room, good to manage all your things specially if you are travelling as a family. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

- Shishi (8/5): - It's a great hotel with all the basic things you need. The environment is also quiet with fresh air. The staff was nice and patient. The restaurant right in front of the hotel is very good. But the hotel is not very close to the MRT. You need to walk around 15 minutes from Haw Par Villa station but the route is quite straightforward. And the pillows were too soft for us.
