Grosses Zimmer („Junior Suite“, einfach ein geräumiges Doppelzimmer mit Badewanne und Whirlpoolfunktion). Übertriebener Preis für die Leistung. Einige Kleinigkeiten, die für diesen Preis nicht sein sollten: z.B. war die Badezimmertür nur mit Kraft aufzumachen, weil sie über den Boden kratze, die Unterkante war mit dem Alter aufgequollen; beim Bezug des Zimmers waren zwei lange schwarze Haare auf dem Bettlaken unter der Decke; die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Der Fernseher und das Lachen der Frau aus dem Nachbarzimmer waren so gut zu hören, dass ich dachte, sie sind auf dem Gang oder haben die Zimmertür offen gelassen; Schäden am Laminat; Fernseher ging jeden Abend kurz vor 11 an, ohne dass man etwas macht, etwas eigenartig. Frühstück einfach, nicht besonderes, Toastbrot, immerhin Croissants, etwas frisches Obst neben Dosenobst. Kaffee aus einem no name-Automaten oder Filterkaffee (habe ich nicht probiert, als Espressoliebhaber trinke ich in Italien nur Kaffee aus einer Siebträgermaschine, die gab es nicht). Es wurde auch beim Frühstück nicht gefragt ob alles ok ist, einfach ein kleiner Selbstbedienungsladen. Schlechtes English der Betreiberin. Für die Standard-Erklärungen beim Check-in reicht es, mehr nicht.

A special thank you to the owner, who truly went above and beyond to make both me and my best friend feel completely at home. That personal touch made our experience unforgettable. One of the highlights was the beautiful private spa. It needs to be booked in advance since it is exclusively for private use, which makes the experience even more relaxing and special. Having the space entirely to ourselves was simply amazing. The location is perfect as everything is within walking distance, making it very easy to explore and enjoy the city. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Brindisi. We will definitely be coming back.

Je recommande très fortement cet établissement ! Difficile de ne pas aimer cet établissement…

Room was spacious, beds were really comfy. Quiet room so we had a good sleep. Balcony looking onto the street. Tv had good options, we watched a film. Water in the fridge upon arrival. Good amenities in the room. Wish we were staying longer so we could have used the spa. Breakfast we managed to have toast & jam with fruit ( vegan options). The host was so lovely I would happily recommend and stay again if I was going to brindisi. Really helpful with travel recommendations to the airport. Location is perfect, walking distance of everywhere. Tried really hard to think of something I didn’t like but it was perfect!! Amazing!!

• Magdalena (10/5): Cudowne Swięta/Wonderful Christmast - Dominique kocha swoją pracę i lubi ludzi i dlatego były to najlepsze moje święta. Dominique specjalnie dla mnie uruchamiała basen i strefę SPA, użyczyła czajnika z całym zestawem herbat, mogłam korzystać z dystrybutora wody o każdej porze. Pozwoliła poczekać w obiekcie na nocny lot i podwiozła mnie na lotnisko. Udostępniła mi też dane kontaktowe do siebie i miałam poczucie, że zawsze mogą na nią liczyć. Nigdy wcześniej nie spotkałam się z tak ogromną życzliwością. Dziękuję za wspaniały czas. Dominique loves her job and people, and that's why this was the best holiday I've ever had. Dominique opened the pool and spa area especially for me, lent me a kettle with a full tea set, and I could use the water dispenser at any time. She let me wait at the facility for my night flight and gave me a ride to the airport. She also shared her contact information with me, and I felt I could always count on her. I've never experienced such overwhelming kindness before. Thank you for a wonderful time.

The Hotel required minor repairs spa tub Parcelly not working properly, and broken toilet fixtue Also, the spa jets did not work. For the spa charge everything should work as designed and it did not. The breakfast was very good along with the staff.
• Francois (8/5): Prima voor een kort verblijf op hele goede leeftijd lokatie - Dominique is ongelooflijk aardig en bezig met haar bedrijf. Hard werken. Het hotel is waanzinnig gelegen tov centrum en haven. Spa is heel mooi en luxe en de massage is werkelijk waanzinnig. Al met al rekening houdend met de prijs is het allemaal prima. Maar met een kleine investering hier en daar is er iets nog mooiers van te maken. De kamers zijn wat simpel. De douche voor iemand van 1 m 90 te klein. Het ontbijt is oké, maar misschien zijn wij te verwend geraakt tijdens de eerdere 2 overnachtingen in Puglia.

L'hôtel est très bien situé dans la ville. Les chambres sont très propres. Ascenseur. Dans la réservation, il était question d'un balcon. Il y avait tout au bout dans un angle de la chambre une porte avec une vitre blanche qui donnait sur un rebord extérieur de 30 cm. On pouvait poser juste son pied, mais rien à voir avec un balcon. J'aurais dû refuser cette chambre qui , en plus, était sans fenêtre. De plus, les corridors sont plongés dans le noir. Il y a juste une minuscule fenêtre dans la salle à manger et les heures où il y a quelqu'un à la réception sont limitées.

Hotelmanager var tillgänglig 24/7, mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående. Hon ordnade taxi utan problem och ville att vi skulle vara glada under vår vistelse. Liten restaurang/bar på hotellet saknades

• Jesse (9/5): I would highly recommend staying here within the city of Brindisi. Don't forget to book your spa! - The staff and accommodations were lovely. The proximity to the city of Brindisi was amazing and if you drove to the location, and were lucky enough, the staff would allow you to park near the entrance. The shower situation in our room was odd. It was a jet-powered bathtub only, no walls or anything. So, if you decide you'd like to shower, you have to be extra careful not to turn the bathroom into a swimming pool. Also, our toilet was malfunctioning and not flushing correctly, but staff was responsive and able to fix the issue almost immediately.

• Herman (8/5): Prettig rustig verblijf in het hart van de stad. - Een verborgen plekje in het bruisende oude centrum van Brindisi. Een prettige plek net uit de drukte. Daardoor geen last van mede toeristen in de straat. De kamer was ruim en groot en was goed verzorgd (ok het bedboord kraakte wat). Met een paar stappen loop je zo de winkelstraat en ook het oude centrum verder in. Ook de Spa hebben we nog even gebruikt en dat was wel even lekker. Het was aan het einde van onze reis dus in de massage stoel de kuiten laten masseren was zeer prettig. De boiler maakte af en toe wat geluid. Maar met de deur van de badkamer gesloten hoorde je deze amper.

• Rosario (10/5): Exceptional - The structure is amazing, we loved the SPA with the pool, garden area where you can quietly enjoy a coffee, the position of the room with all the comforts and the area where the structure is located, which is perfectly away from both the city centre and the seafront in the port area.The staff is amazing and Dominique is a phenomenal host, she treated us like family and made us feel like we were home and not in the city as tourists.

• Alan (9/5): Great central hotel with friendly staff - Superb breakfast for an Italian hotel. Having savoury options for my wife who is pre-diabetic was very good. The choice of fruit and yogurt was also good. Having a jacuzzi bath in the room was amazing. We made full use of this. Comfy beds and the amount of space for hanging up clothes was also great. The room key system. It took me 3 days to get it working properly!
• Diana (10/5): I had a great stay - Clean and comfortable, hosts were very friendly. Very nice breakfast. A little dark in the hallways and rooms. Parking was a couple blocks away and €18 per night.

• Lana (10/5): Absolutely brilliant! - Dominique is a brilliant host and went out of her way to give us change for parking and accommodate our vegan dietary requests. The spa is open 24/7 and we had it all to ourselves coming back from a night out at 12pm (obviously respecting other visitors).

• David (9/5): A very pleasant last night after a week in Puglia - A unique property where rooms have been thoughtfully designed and decorated. Dominique is a charming and helpful hostess. The shuttle service to the airport was a bonus. Possibly because of building constraits the corridors and rooms themselves are dark with few windows and not entirely satisfactory lighting. The spa appears to be run as a separate concern and Nettare guests did not have full access without paying extra.
• Lyndanjohn (10/5): Great choice in Brindisi - We had such a warm welcome from Dominique and were made to feel at home straight away. She gave us recommendations for dinner and also looked up train times for us for when we moved on. The breakfast is tasty with plenty of continental options. We spent a few hours in the spa and had a massage. Would highly recommend.
• Alexandra (10/5): Très belle adresse - Excellent accueil, belle chambre patronne exceptionnel petit déjeuner correct dommage que la jeune fille du petit dej soit tout le temps sur son téléphone et qu on soit obligé de lui dommander de remettre toasts ou autre … Mais c est vraiment le seul point on l on a été déçu … merci encore pour votre excellent accueil
