- JUAN (2/5): JUST SAY “ NO “ and SKIP this one. - Terrible to say the least, no one in the lobby knows what’s goin on, care taker rely mainly on text messaging , broken and unsafe dining chairs, no a/c, shower tile and toilet seat broken, No parking allowed in the condo and have a mile away and end up walking in the rain just to get back in the building. Worst experience all around, spend your money somewhere else and save yourself from total disaster.

- Edgardo (6/5): Wish it was well kept - The good about the place is the view and the wi-fi connection. And then we notice it is not kept good. The ac is leaking some water. And the bathroom as well is leaking and smell like mold. I let know of the caretaker. She also collects 1500 pesos for a safety deposit. They will return it once you leave the place. But they collect a 750 pesos cleaning fee. That they keep. Wish they would take care of the place. They really do have amazing views in the room.
