- Paul (1/5): Disaster - Pools were nice. The management company were a disaster. TV and air purifier broken on arrival. Electric door lock fail and no one able to fix it. Locked out for 12 hours. Multiple problems with the aircon. Requested a TM30 for immigration but property not registered so gave me one from a different hotel.
- Gaynor (2/5): - The location was good.The pool facilities were good. When we got there no one was there to meet us even though we set up a specific time. They didn't show up until 40 minutes later. Bad start. Then they didn't have the key to access the lobby. I was told to go down to the lobby several hours later to get a key from reception. Very minimal amenities in the room itself. No utensils, forks,spoons, knives. I had to buy those. Only 3 plates, 3 bowls, 2 coffee cups and 2 demitass cups, 2 rolls of tp and no paper towels. The TV didn't work and it took 2 weeks to get that fixed. We had hot water in the shower for one day. After that it was between luke warm and cold. That never got fixed. The drain in the shower started backing up after a week. That did get fixed. The shower itself leaked under the shower door and walls and there was nothing that could be done to stop it. The bathroom floor was constantly wet. There are scuffs all over the walls and peeling paint through out. The floor is bubbling and coming up on places. This place needs a complete overhaul.

- edwige (7/5): - Sejour agréable. Toutes nos demandes ont été satisfaites avec gentillesse et rapidité. Superbe site avec 2 piscines (la plus grande en travaux pendant notre séjour), salle de sport (vue mer), sauna et espace de repos à proximité, grands espaces dans le hall d'accueil...Dans le logement le lit était très confortable, le balcon avec vue sur la grande piscine. Le sujet du deposit est pénible mais tout s'arrange avec calme
- Lidia (4/5): De locatie was voor mij perfect qua hygiëne zijn er zeker verbeterpunten - Voor mij was de locatie prima..net buiten het drukke gedeelte van Pattaya en prachtig uitzicht op zee. Ik had geen rekening gehouden met de extra kosten voor elektra. Waarschijnlijk staat het ergens wanneer je boekt maar had het pas door toen ik geboekt had. Kosten zijn hoger dan dat je gemiddeld betaald in Thailand. Helaas waren er renovatie werkzaamheden aan het zwembad en werd de buitenkant van het complex geschilderd waardoor ik niet vrij kon zitten op het balkon. Dit is niet verteld tijdens het boeken. Gelukkig was het maar 1 week van de vier weken dat ik daar verbleef. Ik weet niet wat de standaarden zijn qua hygiëne in Thailand maar vond de kamer niet schoon en het is raadzaam een spray te kopen voor ongedierte.

- Volkan (6/5): There were both positive and negative aspects to my stay. Overall, I would say it as average. - The swimming pool, gym, and balcony are great amenities – I really like them! The room and kitchen are normal size, not too big or too small. There was no Wi-Fi in the room. Communicating with the owner was very difficult during the check-in process and throughout my stay. there were some broken items in the bathroom, the sink drain, bum gun and toilet seat lid. While they were thankfully fixed during the last week of my stay, new guests won't have these issues. And also Tv was not working properly . But it is not a issue for me . my room was located on the 11th floor.

- Lucy (2/5): nice area bad accommodation - the beach is close by and very nice staff forgot to give us the pin code to enter the apartment and we were locked out on the first night till 6:30am. The building staff are rude - would not help us get in the room and refused to let us use the pool while we waited for our room to be ready “you have bags it’s not a hotel”. the air con does not work and stays on 30 degrees no matter what you do so had to have coke showers to sleep. fixtures in the bathroom were falling off the walls. Price is not as advertised as they add on a cleaning fee when you arrive 300baht.
