- Thomas (9/5): Tolle Übernachtung - Das gesamte Umfeld der Anlage war imposant, sehr schöne Nischen mit den Teichen, der Kaninchen und den Hühnern war schön dargestellt, das Restaurant ist sehr schön eingerichtet, das Frühstück findet auch da statt. Es gibt ein sehr ausgewogenes Frühstück, was grösstenteils auf thailändisch erhältlich war, was ich völlig i.O. finde, hat sehr gut geschmeckt, sehr gute Auswahl an verschiedenen Speisen. Es gab auch ein Openairkino mit Liege-und Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Ausstattung, die Grösse der Querschnitt und die Darstellung des Zimmers war schön, der Balkon mit dem Blick auf den Teich hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Der einzige Wehrmutstropfen war, dass die Regendusche völlig verkalkt war und so nur ca 10% Wasser rauskam, die Handbrause war jedoch OK, war jedoch auch einwenig verkalkt, aber nicht schlimm, das Bett war sehr bequem, Steckdosen befanden sich direkt auf beiden Seiten des Bettes. Kurzum wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, vielen Dank. Gibt nichts negatives.
- Maaike (9/5): - Fijne locatie, mooie kamers en een fijn zwembad. Vlak bij het park. Wij hebben een scooter gehuurd en daardoor waren we flexibel, anders is het dorp wel wat ver weg. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk maar communicatie was soms moeilijk omdat sommige niet zo goed Engels spraken.

- Norbert (7/5): Für eine Nacht ist es ok. - Das Zimmer war OK jedoch nichts besonderes. Daas Frühstücksbuffet war sehr klein, leider nicht europäisch. Nur Toastbrot und eine Konfitüre. Zimmer eher dunkel und kein Stauraum für Köffer. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Berücksichtigt man den Preis, dann ist es wieder ok.

- Ekin A (5/5): Great location and staff but the stay was seriously affected by cockroaches and power cut - Location is super close to the national park which was the best part of this stay. Staff are very friendly and breakfast was very good. Unfortunately we woke up at night to find cockroaches on our bed. There was also a power cut in the hotel, which made it difficult to contact the staff for a while and on our first day we also had no electricity in our room for a few hours. To be fair, the hotel staff responded quickly and gave us a different room to sleep in. However, I still don’t think it is acceptable to have bugs in the bed. The general maintenance of the room could also be improved, as some things (such as the shower head) were not working properly.
- Carola (9/5): Het echte resortgevoel met oog voor detail - Er is met zoveel oog voor detail gewerkt aan een echt resort gevoel. Je waant je midden in de jungle maar dan zonder de ongemakken ervan. Het eten op de kaart is zeer smakelijk en de kamers zijn erg stijlvol. Het zwembad is heerlijk. Ik herken me helemaal niet in vorige reviews over troebel water: het werd regelmatig schoongemaakt en er liggen handdoeken bij. Aantal bedjes voor een vol resort is wellicht wat weinig maar wij hebben geen problemen ermee gehad. De bedden zijn wat harder dan ik prettig vind en de kamers zijn wat gehorig (of ik had hele luide buren die hard met hun stoelen schoven)
- Carine (8/5): Un hôtel idéalement placé pour visiter le parc de Khaoyai - Les chambres sont confortables et joliment décorées. La piscine est très agréable après une journée de balade. Le petit déjeuner est adapté pour les thaïlandais mais pas vraiment pour les européens. Il y a très peu de choix en dehors des spécialités thaïlandaises. Le restaurant propose des plats chers et peu savoureux. On peut trouver beaucoup mieux en sortant à quelques dizaines de mètres.

Klimageräte im Frühstücksraum, schmutzig. In meinem Zimmer war das Aussen Gerät von der Klimaanlage vom Nachbar so laut, dass man kaum schlafen konnte.

I especially love the fact that they were very intentional in educating guests about the Isaan culture with cards that displays information about the types of food, the cutlery, etc. Breakfast was just fantastic! - Pitchpanita (4/5): Don’t want to visit this hotel again - Good location The price was too expensive compared to service and facilities. The towel was dirty. There were a lot of ants in the room. Hot water machine did not work well. They did not provide enough food and tables in breakfast time.
- Bert-Ola (8/5): Det började med en liten besvikelse som omvandlades till en härlig vistelse. - Personalen var mycket trevlig och receptionisterna (i synnerhet Fah) hade både mandat och en vilja att fatta beslut för att göra vår vistelse bättre. Frukosten är riktigt bra och priserna i restaurangen klart överkomliga. I det första rummet var det en del saker som inte fungerade/var dåligt underhållna.

The room was nice, overlooking a small pond The last order times of the restaurant seemed to change randomly and this caused a lot of inconvenience. There was no communication regarding this volatile time for closing the restaurant at dinner time.

Water can’t drain off from the shower area. Had to remove the cover from the trap hole. Hard to locate the switches . All over the place and the colour of the switches too dark. Took sometime to find the switches.

- Jurrit Lauren (8/5): Perfecte locatie voor khao yai - Het ontbijt was geweldig met een koffiebar/kar waar ze lekkere verse ijskoffie en Thaise melk ijsthee maken. Ook waren de warme gerechten geweldig! O.a. bijzondere knapperige kokospoffers, maar ook smaakvolle hartige vleeshapjes. De locatie is daarnaast ook geweldig. Heel dicht bij de ingang van het nationale park, wat betekent dat je later de wekker kan zetten als je daarin wil gaan. Onze kamer was daarnaast erg ruim en bedden goed, kussen niet heel fijn. De prijzen van de minibar en bij het restaurant zijn erg hoog. We lazen bij andere reviews dat je alleen koud kon douchen. Dit was gelukkig niet onze ervaring. Wel is het zo dat je niet heel warm/heet kan douchen.

- Christian (9/5): - Das "Concept Isaan" ist ein gelungenes Konzept mit Charme. Die Lage in Mu Si ist nur wenige hundert Meter von der Einfahrt in den Khao Yai Nationalpark entfernt, ideal um Erkundungstouren zu machen oder eine Nacht Safari. Im Ort gibt es die Üblichen 7-Eleven, Tankstellen etc. Das Frühstück ist lecker mit abwechslungsreicher lokaler Auswahl. Der Wäscheservice war einwandfrei. Für die Monsunzeit sind zwei große Regenschirme im Hotelzimmer zum Ausleihen vorhanden. Der Swimming Pool ist nicht groß aber erfüllt seinen Zweck. Die Wege in der Anlage sind aus dunklen Brettern gemacht, die aus einem komischen Material bestehen dass sich in der Sonne extrem stark aufheizt (sehr viel mehr als der Naturstein am Parkplatz), so dass man schwierigkeiten hat, barfuß zu gehen.

- Boxer dog (4/5): - Staff and location Unfortunately the standard of the room wasn’t 5 star level , although staff tried to resolve issues quickly the time we spent reporting and waiting for repairs wasn’t good enough. The issues with the room : toilet constantly running and making noise, safe wouldn’t work, double doors wouldn’t lock or close properly, handle came off cupboard, water pressure terrible and no hot water . We also had a power cut for a few hours and the breakfast could be a lot better if the hot food was kept warm. Not what I expected from a five star hotel.
