• Rositsa (9/5): Excellent stay in Urbino - The location was superb, right in the center of Urbino. The room was spacious and well heated, also with a view of the cathedral from the little balcony. The bed was very comfortable and everything was spotless. Easy communication with the host to arrange entrance. The accommodation really made my stay in Urbino so much more pleasant, highly recommended! Nothing major really, just a times there was some smell in the bathroom.

• paola (7/5): Piacevole - Colazione non compresa. Posizione centralissima. Camera pulita, ordinata, con tutto il necessario. Unica nota negativa, il rumore notturno dovuto alla centralità dell' alloggio. Ma nel complesso siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Insonorizzerei maggiormente gli infissi.

• Alessia (10/5): Host super accogliente e camera bellissima - La struttura si trova in pieno centro ad Urbino ed è molto semplice da raggiungere a piedi. La ragazza che ci ha accolto ci ha consigliato dei parcheggi dove lasciare la macchina e, il parcheggio dove l’abbiamo poi lasciata, si trovava a pochissimi minuti a piedi dalla camera e costa anche poco. La stanza è molto bella e spaziosa, il bagno ha tutto quello che serve e volendo, hanno anche a disposizione una cucina con un frigorifero ad uso delle camere. E soprattutto, Lucia è stata davvero molto dolce, accogliente ed esaustiva nelle spiegazioni. Ci siamo trovate benissimo, grazie ancora!

Camera pulitissima arredata in stile con la location e con affreschi sulle pareti.insonorizzazione ottima dei serramenti, letto molto comodo e guanciale in lattice! Doccia e bagno ampi e comodi. La struttura è dotata di ascensore e volendo c'è uno spazio in comune con macchina del caffè, frigorifero e stoviglie in caso di necessità. Climatizzatore in camera.accoglienza e ospitalità fantastica ed esaustiva in tutto! Consiglio di predisporre alcune prese elettriche in più vicino ai comodini.

• adriano (8/5): Nel pieno centro di Urbino - Ubicazione nel centro storico di Urbino. Parcheggio a pagamento non molto lontano (ma consiglio di prendere l'ascensore per salire nel centro). Stanza quadrupla di adeguate dimensioni. Bagno un po' piccolo, ma va bene. Soffitto della stanza (visibile anche dal bagno, attraverso un controsoffitto in vetro) spettacolare con ritratti. Cucina in comune con macchinetta del caffè (a disposizione una capsula a persona). Presenza di piccolo ascensore condominiale. La strada sottostante è rumorosa, sì, ma se dormite con le finestre (con doppio vetro) chiuse non sentirete niente. Presenza di aria condizionata. Per la colazione basta scendere sulla strada che troverete un bar/pasticceria ed altri bar nelle vicinanze Il prezzo (146€ per la quadrupla) che ho trovato alto. Ma avendo prenotato solo qualche giorno prima di partire non ho avuto modo di confrontare tale prezzo con altre strutture

• Roger (10/5): Great rooms in great city - Nice good value rooms in central location. The host was very helpful in accommodating my arrival time changes. And Urbino is wonderful. Everything was great.
• Kensaku (7/5): Best place to walk around Urbino but not quiet place at all - Location is perfect. Room is clean and big enough. Room is at 2nd floor but you can use a lift. Good owner. Biggest problem is NOISE, especially during weekends. Rock band was playing very loud music just in front of the room which was very uncomfortable. If you want quiet and relaxing holiday, think carefully. Otherwise, best place to walk around Urbino.
• Olga (10/5): Apartment in the heart of Urbino - Situated in the very center of Urbino. Clean and beautifully decorated. Towels are changed and the room cleaned often enough. A helpful host. Nothing. I would recommend curtains on the window as it makes the room more cozy.

• Jukka (9/5): We enjoyed our room and all art and history in Urbino. - A very nice room, equipped with a fresco on the ceiling! Rafael’s birthplace and a superb art museum - and everything else in Urbino - is very close. The shower gave water scarcely, but it was warm.

My room had a fresco on the ceiling and the room was basic, but large with a big bathroom (including bidet). The nearby piazza gets a lot of young people out at partying so there is some noise.

Close to bus stop at the core of town. there was a lot of noice due to a festival and town celebrations. While you could be part of the celebration ( positive) There were people yelling in the street until very late that night ( 2-3 AM) and I needed to have an early departure. It was unfortunate.

Sono presenti tutti i comfort per un piacevole soggiorno: un piccolo televisore, il wifi e una zona comune che funge da cucinino. Un riposo ottimale é assicurato dal comodissimo letto con cuscini in Memory. Il proprietario inoltre é molto disponibile e cordiale! Consigliatissimo!

The next morning cleaning staff explained that the students always party on a Thursday night. If that’s the case, they should never book guests for the room we had on a Thursday night!!!!

• Stefano (10/5): - Appena arrivati abbiamo avuto una bellissima sorpresa: il signor Michele (persona gentile e piacevole) ci ha lasciato la stanza più grande essendosi liberata all'improvviso, anche se non era quella che avevamo prenotato, senza sovrapprezzo. "Quando si può è sempre dare il meglio agli ospiti" e con queste parole ci ha lasciati nella nostra stanza con tutto il necessario e le comodità, provvista di un bellissimo affresco sul soffitto. Bagno pulito e comodo, così come il letto morbido e fresco. La posizione è perfetta per vivere qualche giorno ad Urbino essendo centralissima a qualsiasi punto di interesse storico-artistico, compresi ristoranti e negozi. Anche la signora che si occupava delle pulizie è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Le camere si trovano al secondo piano e lo si può raggiungere in ascensore.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Nel cuore di Urbino - Il bed&breakfast si trova in pieno centro storico, in via Raffaello proprio dove è nato il famoso pittore e dove si trova la sua casa natale. Si possono quindi raggiungere a piedi le principali attrazioni di Urbino, compreso Palazzo Ducale. La stanza è al secondo piano senza ascensore di un edificio storico; è ampia e pulita, recentemente ristrutturata con letto matrimoniale e un piccolo balcone che si affaccia sui tetti della città. L'ambiente è climatizzato e sono presenti asciugamani e kit di cortesia. Il bagno è ampio, ma la doccia non è chiusa su tutti i lati quindi tende ad uscire molta acqua. Per il check in abbiamo contattato il proprietario che si è presentato pochi minuti dopo consegnandoci le chiavi, una mappa di Urbino e il buono per la colazione che si può consumare nel bar pasticceria che si trova sotto casa (colazione molto buona con prodotti freschi). Il segnale wifi è buono. Il check out è alle 10, avrei preferito fosse alle 11, ma ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli anche se solo fino alle 13.30.
