- N (2/5): Avoid! - Honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. No heating (-5C and you could see your breath in room). No hot water. Food choice dire (pizza or spring rolls). Owner very rude. Checked out early. To top it off owner chased me across the apron as I was boarding my flight to accuse me of leaving without paying! (I’d paid in full on booking through here). Avoid!
- Nigel (4/5): Give this a miss and rely on porter. - Hopeless shower that does not work. Kitchen smoke in room at night. Bad even by Nepali standards
- Janos (8/5): Sleep well and warm - Friendly and efficient, one of the better ones in Phakding, good, warm and clean blankets (THE most important thing in altitude lodges...)
- Suzanne (8/5): Good value for the money - We ended up being stranded here for 5 days due to weather in Lukla and the ability to fly out. Everyone at the hotel did their best to accommodate us and many others last minute. The food was good, and the staff was helpful.
