• Veronica (10/5): Good hotel in Zhangjiajie City - We loved everything there and we feel like home. This family run hotel is just 15 minutes walking away from Tianmen Mountain and short ride from everything. The breakfast was delicious and the service from all of them was excellent. Also the rooms are good sized and cute. So, thanks to Sata and family, we hope to come back soon :) Nothing. All was so good.

Recomiendo comer ahí mismo ya que la comida que hacen ellos es deliciosa! Agregaría en el desayuno opciones occidentales como frutas, pan tostado con manteca y mermelada, yogurt con cereales, café, etc. ya que no estamos acostumbrados a comer fideos o arroz a esa hora. De todas formas estaba delicioso todo🙌🏼

• Aleksandra (10/5): Как дома - Невероятно приветливая и гостеприимная хозяйка, самая гостеприимная в мире. Встретила нас в аэропорту, взяла нам заранее билеты в Национальный лесной парк, подсказала, что еще можно посмотреть в Чжанцзяцзе и окрестностях. Очень уютная и душевная атмосфера, стильное оформление, есть все необходимое и великолепный вид на горы. Десять из десяти, если мы еще однажды будем в Чжанцзяцзе, остановимся именно тут.

• Spacetravel (5/5): You can make your conclusions.. - I appreciated the receptionist's kindness. She was extremely friendly. She came to pick me up and arranged for a taxi to take me to the station on time, at an additional cost. I appreciated that she prepared me an express mini breakfast, well before breakfast time, so that I could go to the station with something in my stomach. Highly appreciated, and the reason why the score is not lower. So where can I start.. I will try not to be too harsh, because the lady was super nice.. But some things have to be said.. The hotel is filthy. There's dust everywhere. It looks like they clean with the lights off. It must be. And it's everywhere, because I was going to be given a two-story room, which luckily wasn't mine, and I noticed that the stairs were completely covered in dust. Then I noticed that mine was too (shelves, baseboards, walls...) When you walk into a room and don't even want to go to the bathroom, you know you shouldn't have booked it. The bathroom window cannot be closed. So it stayed open all night without being able to be locked. As it also does not seal properly, all the heat escapes from the room during the night. The entire bathroom gets wet after someone takes a shower, and if you want to use the toilet afterwards, you'll get your feet wet because the water from the shower floods the entire area. The bathroom was poorly designed/built. Another super annoying thing is that the outlets are from the 1980s, it must be, no plug fits properly, and the equipment is always disconnecting. I was afraid of damaging either the charger or the equipment. The lights all turn on and off at the same time. Anyway, I'm glad I went to this hotel alone and only for one night, arriving very late and leaving very early. And even that was too much.

Perdi un vuelo y en el proceso trataron de ayudarme en todo, me cuidaron la maleta por una noche mientras iba a furong y ademas lavaron mi ropa. Esta muy cerca de tianmen, del teleférico, un poco lejos del parque forestal, pero en didi se puede. Ademas, tienen un servicio para el puente de cristal y el gran cañón. No se lo pierdan!! Con desayuno de fideos chinos todos los dias, muy ricos! Hice un viaje por japon, china y korea del sur y este fue sin duda el numero 1 en personal, calidez y ayuda al viajero. Un 10 de 10.

The house is new, spotless, and very quiet, with a beautiful view of Tianmen Mountain. It truly feels like home – warm, comfortable, and relaxing. The host is incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We were even offered free airport pickup and a ride to the Tianmen Mountain cable car station, which made everything so convenient. This is by far the best quality and hospitality we’ve experienced for this price ever. Highly recommend Dao Bian Homestay to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie – you’ll love it!

But the best part was Sata and her parents, who took such good care of me. I fell a little sick and it was so nice to have a family look out for me. They made sure I was fed and had medicine. У меня было мало времени - всего 1.5 дня. Выбрала посещение парка Аватара и гору Тяньмень В первый день встретили, помогли оплатить вход в парк, дали карту по которой очень удобно ориентироваться, рассказали как лучше пройти если мало времени, организовали такси туда и назад... А на следующий день отвезли к горе Тяньмень. Очень внимательное отношение к гостям. Трансфер в аэропорт и обратно. Рекомендую всем путешественникам. The owner of the hotel, Sata, is a magician. Very cozy, clean, tidy, the price is good. Hospitality by 20 points. I didn't have much time - only 1.5 days. I chose to visit Avatar Park and Mount Tianmen. On the first day, they met me, helped me pay for the entrance to the park, gave me a map that is very convenient to navigate, told me how best to get through if there is little time, organized a taxi there and back... • Raffid Alexander (10/5): Un’esperienza Magnifica - La Struttura è in una posizione magnifica, avevamo la camera vista montagne e si intravvede benissimo il Monte Tianmen con la porta del Cielo! Lo Staff è stato veramente super cordiale, ci sono venuti a prendere all’aereoporto, oltre a questo sono sempre stati super disponibili per qualsiasi cosa (se dovete organizzare qualche escursione con una guida magari prima chiedete a loro perché noi abbiamo prenotato tramite GYG, e nonostante sia stata un’ottima esperienza siamo consapevoli che l’abbiamo stra pagata quindi magari prima chiedete a loro se hanno una conoscenza che può farvi da guida che sicuramente vi daranno una mano in qualche modo e di conseguenza potete risparmiare qualche soldo).Se dovessimo tornare a Zhangjiajie sicuramente ri-prenoteremo qui perché è stata una bella esperienza 😊

• Ruben (10/5): Experiencia maravillosa - El trato de las personas que gestionan el hotel es fabuloso. Puedo afirmar, que nunca antes me habían tratado tan bien en un hotel. Nos ayudaron a pedir comida, nos gestionaron un cobro fraudulento por parte de un Didi, nos recogieron en el aeropuerto, nos llevaron a Tiamen ..... Simplemente comentar que la experiencia ha sido fenomenal y que la chica que habitualmente está en recepción es una persona amable, atenta, simpática y que siempre está dispuesta a ayudar.
• Antoine (10/5): - Sata a été merveilleusement gentille et attentionnée : réservation des billets pour les parcs, chambre prête dès notre arrivée à 9:30, dépose et retour au télécabine, lessive, ... J'ai pu pratiquer mon mandarin avec elle, autrement tout est traduit et la compréhension n'est jamais un problème. La chambre était parfaite : spacieuse, propre, wifi qui fonctionne, avec une superbe table de mahjong qui nous a donner envie d'apprendre à y jouer L'hôtel fait également restaurant ainsi que petit déjeuner : très bon et copieux
• janwillem (10/5): Heerlijk - Dao bian en een relaxed klein hotelletje , prima locatie vlakbij het vliegveld, met uitzicht op de tianmen berg, en met een klein kwartiertje sta je dan ook bij de ingang van die berg. Sata de knappe eigenaresse stuurde een auto om me bij het station op te halen, en hielp met alles gedurende mijn verblijf, vertalen - vervoer - eten - drinken, alles wat je nodig had, zeker als je de taal totaal niet spreekt is dit handig en fijn MaoMao is te schattig en sata is te knap, wat een kanjers, ik wilde ze mee nemen naar huis maar dat mocht niet
• Wilfrid (10/5): Exceptional - We liked the quality and kindness of the welcome. They purchase for us the entrance tickets for Zhangjiajie forest Park and they came to pick-up us at the airport late in the evening.

• Julia (9/5): Great views of Tianmen mounatin and great staff - We recommend this hotel without a doubt. The stay has been wonderful, room with views of Tianmen Mountain, everything very clean and comfortable. But above all, we recommend it for the service. They have been so kind and helped us with everything (they picked us up from the train station, ordered food for us at the hotel one night when it got late, they even helped us fix a zipper on a backpack that had broken!!!) optimal stay, we would certainly come back again.
• Siralexis91 (9/5): Peaceful hotel with great views of Tianmen mountain - Very helpful staff with recommendations and ticket bookings. The views from the hotel of the Tianmen mountain are amazing. Nearby the main landmarks with 10 minutes taxi and 5 minutes from the airport by car. Big room with nice bathroom. Just to mention something, the shower was very intermittent between hot water and cold water, not achieving a mid point. But honestly, it's something silly as the hotel was great.
• Melissa (10/5): Exceptional - Great accommodation looked after by a lovely couple. Our room was like a lodge, and had a homey vibe. The best part was the customer service! I checked out but left the luggage to explore TianMen for the day, when we returned, the couple offered us tea, fruits and snacks to relax and drove us to the airport for free. Fantastic customer service and made you feel like part of the family. They also have a cute ginger cat on premise to say hi 😊
• Kuruppug (10/5): Loved the simplicity and comfort here. The staff were helpful, using a translator to make sure everything went smoothly. - Staff/owners really helpful. well done guys Furniture setting.
• Garrido (10/5): Awesome service 10/10 - The hosts were really kind. They take care of us and they help us ordering something for dinner with their phone because we didn’t know how to do it by ourselves. The room was excepcional. Incredible views to the mountains and the sunrise. I’m sad I cannot stay more than one night.

Picked us up/dropped us off at the airport and Tianmen mountain, ordered ponchos when there was rain in the forecast, and generally went above and beyond at every opportunity! Building is hip and new, perfect location if you’re spending just one or two nights near Zhangjiajie, with beautiful views of Tianmen.
• Regina (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing and friendly hosts, incredibly helpful in organizing our stay and helping out with any issue we came across (i.e. with a taxi drivers and even giving us a lift)! Spacious and clean rooms. We had a beautiful view on Tianmen mountain. We would definitely recommend to stay here.
