- Sandra (8/5): - The flat is in a lovely refurbished building, which looks really cool from the outside. The apartment is basic but totally sufficient for what we needed it for - literally to spend the night before catching an early flight. There was water in the fridge and a little breakfast station, which was cute. There were also mini toiletries in the bathroom, which made it feel more like a hotel, which was lovely. The communication was a little annoying. I have booked the apartment quite in advance, in the lead to the stay, I was requested to fill in a form with guest passport information, which I did. I was also sent a separate link to pay for the city/tourist tax on the day of arrival. Apparently, there is also a charge of €30 if you want to check in after 9pm, I either missed this information or it wasn’t disclosed at the time of the booking. Upon arrival to the property, there was a receptionist/security person, who was really nice and helpful, but they asked for the same things again - passports to be scanned and the proof of tourist tax payment. I understand these things need to be done, but here they are done in an inefficient way. Why not include the tax in the price or just request it on arrival? Same with passport info - what is the point of asking for it in advance if physical ID needs to be scanned at the property. Not the end of the world, but small things that can be avoided and save time for the guests, which would make the experience smoother. There were no large towels in the flat, only hand towels and one size up (which I’d personally use for drying my hair).

- Claire (9/5): - The afternoon/evening concierge was excellent. He promptly attended to our request and even found a fan for us.Loved the easy access to the gym and swimming pool. Room was nice , spacious and comfy.
- Adéla (8/5): Good but not worth for that price - Staff were really polite, kind and helpful. Pool on the roof was on point after long sightseeing day. Room cleaning everyday, clean towels, very good job of cleaning staff. Safe place guarded by security, closed by high gate at night. Very peacefull. Well situated, near parks and bus station. Bathroom not in a good condition, full of calcium and dirt from water (not a blame of cleaning staff but the condition of the floors and equipment). Tv connection did not work, as well as sound. Two-placed bed only 150 cm wide, not comfortable for normal couple, one small blanket. The bed was situated in the middle of the room, it means no other space left in the room. The front part of the bed was moving. With the black equipment and no sunny windows it was a dark room.
- Matilda (10/5): - everything was seamless , very neat !!!! emphasis on neat and clean . i loved it there and it felt like home , no doubt will visit again !! only thing not present was an iron , but they explained why it wasnt available , and provided me a steamer instead .
- Ambre (8/5): - Appartement spacieux et propre La douchette de la salle de bain est tombé durant la nuit. Le pommeau de douche s’est cassé, dommage qu’il n’ai pas pu résoudre le problème plus rapidement c’était pas très pratique pour se laver…
- juliana (9/5): - Apartamento moderno, bem equipado, confortável, limpo próximo ao aeroporto Linate e estação de trem. Kit de café da manhã cortesia. Funcionários simpáticos. O único ponto que me incomodou foi a Luz piscante no quarto e o calor dentro já que o ar condicionado ainda estava em modo inverno de aquecimento.

- Hanneke (9/5): Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in Piranesi 246. - Wat een aangename kamer, lekker ruim en schoon. Alles aanwezig voor een klein ontbijtje (koffie, thee, jam en crackers). Aardige mensen en veilige omgeving. Ons stoorde helemaal niets. Gewoon een hele fijne plek.

- Robbie (4/5): - Gym was good, rooftop sun terrace was good. Housekeeping good left room tidy everyday. No iron in rooms but asked for steamer and it was provided no problem. Good access to transport links via bus,metro, train & tram Property was quite far out from everything, however did have good transport links. Hit on arrival from travelling all day for payment of city tax which was not pre warned about. Was told pool was heated which it was not so could not be used due to cold weather. No air con working in the apartment. Only 1 pillow which made it very uncomfortable to sleep. Wasn't provided with any large towels for shower so had to used bathrobes. Shower leaked badly everytime it was on. Floor damage evident from number of previous guests where shower had leaked and water got underneath wooden floor which had then bowed.

Staff were helpful and responsive especially with requests. Would definitely stay again. Next steps- in the apartment consider having an ironing board and a consideration about the temperature in the summer as there didn't appear to be AC..could be super hot.

- Lalou (6/5): - Nous avons passé un week-end dans cet hôtel. Nous sommes arrivés avec des étoiles dans les yeux. L’appartement était propre, chaleureux, confortable… Cependant, la nuit du vendredi au samedi a été CATASTROPHIQUE. Nous aurions aimé savoir qu’il y avait des soirées juste au dessus de notre chambre. Les murs tremblaient et impossible de dormir tellement la musique était forte. Nous entendions les gens marcher, sauter, parler, hurler… Si nous avions su, nous n’aurions pas réservé… Dommage.
- Johanna (8/5): - Kein allgemeines Wc in der Unterkunft welches man nutzen konnte. Es wurde uns eine TV-Box zur Verfügung gestellt, diese konnte jedoch nicht installiert werden, Tv blieb deshalb während des ganzen Aufenthalts unbenutzt.
