- Neo (2/5): - So I did same day booking at 5pm of Nov 29, did not get any response untill 8pm of Nov 30. I will have this disputed if this gets to my Credit card. Did not get the service at all. Was asking for a contact person since according to the facility, all rooms have hosts to welcome guests at the lobby.
