Totul a fost la superlativ — de la curățenie impecabilă, până la personalul foarte amabil și atent la detalii. Camera a fost spațioasă, confortabilă și bine întreținută, iar serviciile oferite au fost exact ce aveam nevoie pentru un sejur relaxant. Atmosfera a fost plăcută și primitoare pe toată durata șederii. Recomand cu încredere acest hotel tuturor celor care își doresc o cazare de nota 10! Cu siguranță voi reveni! -

- Rosu (10/5): O evadare perfectă la mare. - Recent am petrecut o noapte minunată la hotelul New Belvedere din Mangalia și nu puteam fi mai mulțumită de experiență. Locația hotelului este ideală, chiar lângă mare, oferind acces facil la plaja privata și priveliște spre mare. Camera dublă a fost impecabil de curată, bine amenajată și surprinzător de spațioasă. Patul confortabil, cu lenjerie proaspătă și curată care mi-a asigurat un somn perfect. Unul dintre punctele forte a fost serviciul de masă inclus. Micul dejun a fost impresionant, cu specialități românești și opțiuni internaționale. Cina a fost la fel de delicioasă, cu fructe de mare proaspete și specialități locale care mi-au depășit așteptările. Personalul restaurantului a fost atent și prietenos pe tot parcursul șederii mele. Ospitalitatea hotelului a fost remarcabilă, de la check-in-ul usor si rapid, până la recomandările utile pentru atracțiile locale. Îmi doresc doar să fi putut sta mai mult, cu siguranță mă voi întoarce pentru o ședere mai lungă data viitoare.

- Teodor (7/5): For a short sejour, it was comfortable. - The food has been quite good & tasty. Restaurant's staff was very professional. Beach staff, also, was responsive and very helpful. Hotel staff needs training for a customer oriented mindset. Foreign workers need Romanian language training or a better English language training.

Iar daca achiți cu cardul aceasta garanție,stupoare.Ti se returnează intr-un termen cuprins între 3 si 60 zile... Aceste informații nu sunt comunicate la check in, nici necesitatea prezentării cardului fizic,pentru returnare garanție!!! Preturile băuturilor din restaurant si din minibar mi se par exagerate si pentru 5 stele Lipsa unui beach bar e un minus(poate exista in sezon,nu stiu) Lipsa unui lobby bar sau a unei terase unde sa poti savura un pahar de vin seara, iarasi mi se pare un minus

Big safe parking for the car, very large rooms, full of amenities, prime location, private area on the beach, beautiful swimming pool. One thing that stands out throughout is the cleanliness. Everything is pristine. The meals offered everything. The staff is very attentive and always available. Highly recommended. Nothing upset me. All was great.

- Adina (9/5): The historical surprise - Remodeled hotel, tasteful design, large room, welcoming staff, excellent location, close to the private beach. The archeological site is a must see, unique experience. The accessibility for people with low mobility is quite poor. There are lots of stairs to reach the restaurant, the beach, the parking. And although this might be a conscious decision for the guest choosing to stay here, restricting easy access to food feels like a disadvantage. The hotel could improve on this aspect, to welcome all types of guests. The food was good, although quite standard, not quite the feel of a 5-star hotel. The bed mattress has a jumpy effect, which may not be suited for all types of guests.

- Marius (9/5): Sejur relaxant, aproape de plajă, cu personal exemplar — vom reveni. - Locația excelentă, lângă plajă și faleză; piscina este curată. Plaja e îngrijită și neaglomerată, cu șezlonguri bine distanțate. Personalul — român și străin — foarte atent la detalii, săritor și mereu zâmbitor; curățenie bună, mâncare diversificată și gustoasă. Parcarea este contra cost pentru oaspeți. Cafeaua din cameră se taxează cu 10 lei/capsulă; în cele mai multe hoteluri de 4–5 stele cafeaua și ceaiurile din cameră sunt incluse, așa că acest aspect pare nepotrivit. În rest, nimic major.

- Mioara M. (8/5): Placut - Hotelul are o locație excelentă, liniștită, chiar pe malul mării. Personalul este amabil, curățenia bine făcută, iar restaurantul oferă mâncare bună. Din păcate, un miros foarte neplăcut provenit din baie/scurgere a persistat în cameră, mai ales dimineața, făcând imposibilă aerisirea fără a ține geamul deschis. Cu geamul închis pentru aer condiționat, mirosul devenea greu de suportat.

- ciprian (8/5): Un sejur odihnitor - Curățenia, atitudinea recepționerilor,camerele spațioase,amenajări interioare de bun gust,locația hotelului Șeful de sală, destul de obraznic,arogant și nepoliticos cu subordonații străini. Mâncarea oferită obișnuită, fără o varietate prea mare,câteva dulciuri identice la fiecare masă. Excepție o fac felurile preparate de chef-ul bucătăriei,de mare rafinament și deosebit de gustoase de care ne-am bucurat o singură dată din pacate. Lipsa unor cearșafuri de învelit,fiind puse la dispoziție în acest scop un fel de pături extrem de mici, incomode.

- Mihaela (8/5): - The hotel is conveniently located in Mangalia. It s close to the beach and the area was quiet. The rooms were clean, spacious and modern. It had all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was clean, well stocked and the overall comfort level was satisfying. Unfortunately, I felt the hotel was overpriced for what was offered. While the location and basic amenities were good, I expected more for the cost. The overall experience didn’t justify the high price tag. One major downside was that they didn’t provide much for our older son (16 y) even though he was considered an adult. The only option for him was wine ( at dinner), which seemed like an odd and limited offering. This lack of consideration for families or non-alcoholic drink preferences was disappointing. For the price, I expected a more comprehensive experience, especially in terms of offering more for families or guests who aren’t looking for wine as their only option. I would consider other hotels in the area that offer better value for money in the future.

- Adina (9/5): Pentru o vacanță tihnită în doi e ok - Amplasamentul cat mai aproape de mare Balcoanele noastre erau în dreptul cupolei restaurantului și împiedicam un pic vederea către mare .Desi am cumpărat două camere duble cu pensiune completă pt 5 zile,aș fi preferat niste balcoane cu vedere “ intreaga “ la mare .
- Andrei (9/5): Relaxing stay - This is our second time at this hotel and it was really nice to return. Room: spacious and clean. Perfect for a family of four. Food: all the meals are very tasteful, good diversity for lunch and dinner. Nice that this year it was offered a glass of wine at dinner. Very good coffee. Private beach: organized and good atmosphere. The staff there is really helpful. Parking: good private parking and supervised (requires an extra fee) Hotel: beautiful garden with a lot of flowers which makes your stay even more pleasant. Might be nice to add some possibilities for children activities or a playground in the garden. An evening with live music can also be a nice addition. The sun beds used in the pool area look nice but are not very comfortable. The gym area needs more attention. Only few of the training equipment was actually working.

De locatie is prachtig – dicht bij de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden, maar toch rustig en ideaal om te ontspannen. De kamer was schoon, ruim en goed uitgerust, precies zoals op de foto's. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en attent, altijd klaar om te helpen met een glimlach. Het ontbijt was lekker en gevarieerd, en alle voorzieningen (wifi, parkeren, airconditioning) werkten perfect. We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf en komen zeker terug! -

- Adrian (1/5): Dezamăgitor - Nimic agreabil Prețuri indecente Hotelul este o capcană turistică cu prețuri astronomice, în care oameni de la recepție de naționalitate română sunt zeflemisti și necooperanți, singurii care muncesc sunt nepalezii/de altfel și cei mai prietenoși, veniți pe contracte determinate de muncă care fac muncile de jos, inclusiv recepția pe timpul nopții. Meniu sărăcăcios, un deget de vin din partea casei și pensiunea completă e gata. Încearcă să jumulească tot de la putinii turiști pe care îi au, omletele,ouăle prăjite le fac pe loc,nimic rău în asta, dar e sustenabil pentru un număr mic de turiști care le calcă pragul, dacă ar avea mai mulți, și mă îndoiesc datorită prețurilor practicate, nu ar face față. Percep garanție 450 de lei pentru cameră și o taxă de parcare de 50 lei pe zi fără rabat nici măcar pentru persoanele cu handicap. Din parcare până la hotel valizele trebuie urcate pe scări echivalentul a două etaje.Lipsa dus pentru îndepărtare nisip la revenirea de la plajă.In prima zi de cazare se oferă doar cină în costul camerei.

- Mihai (9/5): Raport pret-calitate excelent, vom reveni cu siguranță - Unul din cele mai bune hoteluri din zona, cu un raport excelent pret-calitate. Este la 10 km de Vama Veche, sau 15 min cu Uber, ceea ce îl face util celor ce prefera Vama dar detesta cazările de acolo. Camere curate, confortabile, excelent utilate. La un hotel de o asemenea categorie, te-ai astepta ca anumite facilitati sa fie incluse în preț, nu sa le plătești separat. De exemplu, pt o capsula de cafea disponibila în camera, trebuie sa plătești 10 lei. Sau dacă vrei sa beneficiezi de parcare ai de achitat 50 lei pe zi. Chiar nu se găsește o modalitate sa fie deja incluse în prețul camerei?

- Vladimir (9/5): - I was in the entire hotel alone between January 1 and January 4, 2025. Breakfast was brought to my room. It was a bit strange but an interesting experience. The room had a sea view. It was so quiet in the morning that you couldn't miss the sunrise.

- Gabi (9/5): Sejurul a fost perfect, multumim New Belvedere! - Locatie excelenta, langa plaja, camera mare, frumoasa si confortabila, cu balcon spatios si vedere la mare, foarte curat, toate mesele tip bufet, mancarea excelenta, personalul foarte amabil, plaja privata perfecta. Am avut tot ce trebuie pentru un sejur minunat la marea noastra. Ar fi fost foarte util un suport-uscator in balcon, pentru prosoapele de plaja, costumele de baie, etc.

- codrin (10/5): Minunat - Mi-a placut totul: hotelul, camera, locația, restaurantul, personalul. Prin natura serviciului ajung destul de des prin Mangalia si de fiecare data doar la acest hotel ma cazez. Pana acum nu am fost dezamagiit.
