- Gismo86 (8/5): Grand spacious apartment - Large apartment with nice balcony. Excellent communication with owner who went above and beyond answering some of our questions and requests. Rooms have everything you need with good hot supply of water. If you have walking difficulties you will find the apartment too far from shops, train stations plus the stairs maybe an issue. This wasn't a problem for us but for others it maybe
- Karin TG (10/5): A taste of traditional Italian life in a spacious and spotlessly clean apartment. - Huge, traditionally furnished apartment with spectacular views over the mountains from the terrace, in a historic building in the oldest part of Cava. This apartment is right in the middle of a residential area, surrounded by locals who've lived their all their lives in Cava. There is a beautiful church opposite, and life continues in the street and square below. You will feel immersed in the culture of a very pretty Italian town in the hills, with property manager Giulio living nearby, who was extremely kind and helpful if we needed anything. A gorgeous experience and we felt there was more than enough space for a large group of 8 of us. We did not have a car so relied on public transport, buses and trains, which less than a mile away down the hill in the main part of town. No dislikes at all - but would warn that it's a hilly area - and in the heatwave we experienced for part of our stay there is no aircon in the apartment. However it's a very old, solid building with extremely thick walls and shutters so if you keep the sun out during the day, the nights are more bearable.
- Julie (9/5): - Le logement était très spacieux et typique. La grande terrasse. Le propriétaire très gentil. Nous avions un minibus et les rues sont très étroites. C'est un peu compliqué.
- Rovarn (10/5): Bellisimo - Very helpful and kind hosts who made our stay perfect!
Very spacious house for the 5 of us. Lovely terrace and marble floors. There is no aircon but plenty of fans which was fine for us (in July). Window shutters can be used to keep the house cooler. Cava is a laid back and very enjoyable place. Good base for trips. Beach at Cetara fab Improvements could be WiFi booster for better coverage and more adaptor plugs for wall sockets.
- Sarah (10/5): A friendly authentic Italian holiday. - We liked everything about the property. It was a beautiful home and the owner was so friendly and helpful.
- Michele (5/5): Spacious apartment excellent for a large group - Lovely building and quiet off the beaten track spacious apartment The kitchen appliances could do with updating
The electrical sockets in the apartment are not the same as standards eu.
Very few bedside lamps worked
- Stacey (9/5): Superb -
- Giota (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely amazing
very well decorated house, very big and comfortable
- Anonymous (7/5): Would stay again, value for money - It was very spacious, secure, well placed in town. It had many rooms for relaxing that weren’t bedrooms. Nicely decorated One shower didn’t drain well during showering, the mattresses are pretty hard, the wall power outlets don’t all work and need a special adapter because of how old they are.
- Kurtis (8/5): Unique, amazing stay in a local Italian town- amazing! - Amazing balcony view with all amenities provided. Lots of space for the family to spread out and use 2 showers/bathrooms. There was no air con. They did provide a fan for each room, however it was extremely hot. The property was perfect except for the air con.
- Libbie (10/5): We enjoyed it and were sorry we had to cut it short due to a rail strike - Location was stunning nothing
- Ivan (10/5): Exceptional - nice big apartment! nice view from terrace
- Jearvin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Matthijs (9/5): Large apartment in typical Italian style - The apartment is very well equipped. 3 of 4 bedrooms are facing the south side, which is quit. The front is in a typical Italian street opposite of a church. Being there for Easter that was a wonderful experience. The host is very friendly Parking in front of the house is most of the time not possible. The host took my husband to show him the best spots to park which was of great help
- Chris (10/5): Exceptional - Very large and comfortable apartment. There is everything you need and on top of that it's kept in a traditional Italian atmosphere. Nice spacious bedrooms and bathrooms (2) as well. Bit cold on February but I guess this can be quite clear for everyone who is familiar with Italian properties at this time of the year. Beds has a good size but matresses were a little to hard.
- Mariana (10/5): Perfect - Everything was perfect! The apartment is huge, exactly what you see in the pictures. You feel there like in your own home. The bathrooms are big enough, in the kitchen you can find everything you need to prepare a quick meal. It doesn't have air conditioner but you don't need it ( we traveled in August). We found every night a parking spot for the car, on the streets nearby. The terrace is very big and with a nice view. I would definitely come back and I recommend the place!
