Ich würde mit dem Auto direkt hinfahren und den Valet-Service in Anspruch nehmen - das lohnts ich auf jedem Fall Gar nichts

Joanna (10/5): Einfach perfekt und wirklich aussergewöhnlicher Service! - Das Hotel befindet sich an perfekter Lage, mitten im Zentrum. Das Zimmer welches wir hatten war sehr sauber und auch sehr gross. Das Gleiche gilt auch für das Badezimmer. Die Ausstattung war sehr schön und gemütlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das, was aber wirklich ausgezeichnet war, war die Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter. Wirklich aussergewöhnlich. Alle waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns für jeden Abend das Restaurant empfohlen und gebucht. Egal, was man benötigt hat, es wurde umgehend organisiert und bestätigt. So einen super Service haben wir noch nie erlebt und wir reisen viel. Herzlichen Dank dafür!!!!

We stayed in Palermo for a week and, with the assistance of Alessandra, we used drivers for day trip excursions and wonderful restaurant suggestions/reservations. They also suggested a wine /appetizer pairing at their sister hotel that was delightful! The rooms were unique, clean and beautiful. The service and welcoming attitude of all of the staff made our stay in Sicily memorable! GRACIE!
mobysfo (10/5): Quiet, Comfortable and Historic Boutique Hotel in the Heart of Old Palermo. - This is a very beautiful and historic small hotel right in the heart of Palermo's old city and just steps away from its famous "Four Corners." The hotel is clean, comfortable, quiet (even given its central location!), and well-equipped, and the entire staff, from reception, kitchen, and housekeeping, couldn't be more welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Guests can look forward to a delicious customized breakfast each morning in the hotel's dining area. We greatly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend the Palazzo Natoli to everyone coming to Palermo. Thanks to everyone for providing us with a memorable and enjoyable experience!
Edita (1/5): Disappointing - Location These are apartments, not a hotel, and the place feels like a classic tourist trap. The photos do not match reality. We were placed in a basement room (there was no information about this in advance), with windows at street level and balcony doors facing a wall. There is no proper ventilation in the room. The room has almost no sound insulation. There are garbage bins right at the entrance, and people are constantly throwing trash there. At one point, someone even relieved themselves right in front of our window. Breakfast was very disappointing. You have to order it a day in advance, and the breakfast area is extremely small. The worst part was the food quality—it was not fresh (the croissants seemed to be one or two days old). Considering we paid 250 euros for a room, this is definitely not good value for money. There are many much better, real hotels in Palermo—avoid this place.

Super walkable to the 4 Corners, the water, and the station. The staff was so friendly and helpful with local tips. Rooms were small but very clean. The only minor downside is having to pick your breakfast items the night before, which is a bit of a hassle, but the actual meal was delicious and the service was great.

Not very comfortsble The room was located outside of the hotel in an apartment building about 30 yards from the hotel. The lobby of this building had absolutely no furniture. Nothing! A feeling of getting into a bad place. The room was in two levels. The bedroom was upstairs and the bathroom downstairs. Very dangerous if you have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. The shower had no doors nor a curtain. After taking a shower, the floor of the entire room is wet.

Garden Room~ Bathroom: Poorly designed with limited shelving. Impractical single basin that seems to splash everywhere. Lovely, abundant, white Lux bath towels. Bathrobes are old and scratchy. Disappointing amenities - no hair conditioner. Had to ask for cottonwool pads and earbuds. Shower water pressure was good although the hot water was more tepid than hot. Open-plan room: Spacious yet lacking ambiance. No pictures, decent floor rugs or ornaments. Severe lack of packing space and an outdated wardrobe resulting in us packing clothing in the kitchen cupboards. This space is clearly an afterthought with no effort made in design or completion. Tiny, wall-mounted TV and horrible vases filled with outdated dried grasses - really awful. Mattress is very worn and soft - we didn’t sleep well here:( Kitchen has limited crockery and again, we felt short changed. Housekeeping: Room is sporadically cleaned. I had to ask for our linen to be changed. Lots of hair on the floor with little initiative to vacuum - again had to ask twice within our five day stay. Probably the worst housekeeping department encountered on our holiday which is a shame. This is a small request that may has a BIG impact on guests. Diningroom and Breakfast: Pokey, impractical space with poor ventilation and too cluttered. Breakfast is ordered and prepared at preferred time slots. We opted for breakfast in our room as it was just too “tight”. Choices are good but the chef couldn’t get our egg order right. Lovely cold meats, ample cheeses, olives, bruschetta, fruit, delicious pastries - really generous. Service is efficient and friendly. Concierge: World Class! All the restaurant recommendations were on point. Thank you Andrea! Communication via WA is efficient and the team is 100% approachable. One of the best concierges I’ve encountered on my numerous global travels. Trust me, this is a definite asset and can honestly elevate one’s experience within a busy travel package. Hotel isn’t cheap- I do feel more effort needs to be implemented into better storage and decor in the Garden Suite. Also very noisy with poor sleep quality. Management needs to look into this seriously. Room Number 1 was a complete disaster. Location is excellent and we loved the private peaceful patio area. Would I stay here again? Definitely not, extremely expensive for no luxury, limited storage, excessive noise and no common unwinding area. Extremely disappointing.

The room had a small balcony with table and chairs that you could sit on and enjoy the tea provided on our arrival. The bathroom was clean and well appointed, good hot water flow. Chris (10/5): Best location in Palermo with the best staff - Let me start by saying this hotel has the best staff. Everyone was accommodating, and friendly. They have a fantastic breakfast. The night before they ask you to select what you would like for breakfast from excellent pastries, eggs, cheese and fantastic caffe. I don't think you can find a better location right in the center of Palermo. The main cathedral is a few minute walk in one direction and the Quattro Canti in the other direction. Our room had a small balcony on Via Vittorio Emanuele. It was nice place to sip some wine and watch the people go by. The hotel has clean bathrooms and rooms. Make sure to check out La Galleria a fantastic restaurant a few minutes away. Also, for a quick bite or drink go to Retrobottega near the Quattro Canti.

My husband and I had a beautiful room in a beautiful, charming building, and were taken very good care of every day by the young men and women who worked at the front desk. The way the hotel is laid out, a guest cannot enter the palazzo, leave it, or go to the breakfast room, without passing the front desk, and always receiving a warm and friendly greeting and offer of help when needed. And any issues with restaurants, tours, etc. were happily and efficiently handled by them. And did I mention the large croissant with nutella I had every morning at breakfast with my cappuccino? For those who don't love chocolate the way I do, there were many other tasty sweet and savory breakfast options. If I were to go back to Palermo, I'd be lucky to be able to stay there again!

camave (10/5): Wonderful Staff - We really enjoyed our short stay at this hotel. The front desk staff was very helpful. They provided lots of information about the area and made a dinner reservation for us. Our room was huge and had a balcony. We spent a night here when we first arrived to Sicily and we were suppose to spend our last night in Sicily here, but do to a flight cancellation we had to leave Sicily a day early and the hotel was kind enough to cancel our night and not charge us for it. I'm still sad we had to miss our last night here because it truly was a lovely hotel in a great city.

Getting to the hotel (the last 3 blocks) was very difficult, but the staff helped us get into the historic section of the city and provided car parking and retrieval. Marco Gabriel (10/5): Einfach hervorragend! - Hervorragende Lage direkt im Zentrum von Palermo in unmittelbarer Nähe zum historischen Stadtkern, zur Kathedrale und zu den vielen wunderschönen Märkten. Zimmer war einzigartig und gemütlich ausgestattet mit einer wirklich sehr guten Grösse. Frühstück war aussergewöhnlich, der Service äusserst herzlich und die Qualität ausgezeichnet. Highlight waren die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter des Hotels, die uns stets zuvorkommend und herzlich behandelt haben. Da das Hotel sehr klein ist, ist der Service der Mitarbeitenden wirklich äusserst persönlich und massgeschneidert, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Empfehlung: Wir haben für die An- und Abreise zum Flughafen einen privaten Transport direkt über das Hotel organisieren lassen, was wirklich absolut reibungslos geklappt hat und jeden Rappen Wert war. Die beiden Fahrer waren jeweils äusserst professionell, freundlich und zuverlässig. Einziges Manko war die Isolierung im Zimmer, da man leider auch nachts die Stimmen anderer Gäste hören konnte, die sich im Gang lautstark unterhielten. Da das Hotel klassisch und historisch ist, liesse sich allenfalls an prominenten Stellen Schilder anbringen, die die Gäste darauf hinweisen, im Gang leise zu sein.

The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and beautiful historic churches. Breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options including made-to-order items that were fresh and delicious. Breakfast room is tiny and can’t accommodate that many people and I don’t believe food is made on premises. Also we had a larger room that was supposedly to be next to the hotel. It was down two creepy alleys and a few buildings away. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Our room was huge 40m2 on a duplex - Breakfast was excellent-- they prepare your order from the night before, they expect you upon arrival and they present it so beautifully! The seasoning was superb and italian espresso delicious! The restaurant is also very well decorated and charming. if you have rented a car and need to get there, it's tough as you need to navigate through a pedestrian zone. I guess the Sicilian are used to it and they do not mind at all- in the end, a nice Sicilian gentleman driving a tuk-tuk helped us and open the way for us and he called our hotel to accompany us.

Mimi (10/5): Such an amazing stay at a little luxurious boutique hotel - This hotel is a peaceful, quiet, luxurious sanctuary in busy and sometimes chaotic Palermo. The staff is impeccable and everyone and everything was so accommodating to our needs. We particularly appreciated their efforts to provide delicious vegan breakfast options. I communicated in advance and every day and they also ask for everyone to fill out the menu form with what they would like for breakfast the next morning. Our room was beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed. It is a very well run boutique hotel. It was overwhelming at first to be in Palermo after coming from peaceful Switzerland, as the city is a little overwhelming at first. This hotel is a true little sanctuary and a great place to rest and rejuvenate to explore the areas. We loved all of our sightseeing, especially Cefalu, and the hotel recommended eating at a restaurant they called Bastione and Constanza - what a fabulous recommendation for cefalu dining! The place the most amazing vegan food in a beautiful setting — thank you staff! We really can’t say how glad we are to have stayed at this peaceful hotel. Everyone who works there was so kind and attentive! They were always very helpful! They were great at communicating prior to our trip. We had questions about parking and driving and they were so helpful and kind. they made it easy for us and even booked our parking for us with the city We loved staying here. On this vacation, we stayed at many places and this was in my top two! He definitely went above and beyond, and the place is an amazing little boutique Hotel. I could not find anything I didn’t like, except it would be nice if the vegan croissants were served heated and maybe a little crispy, but that is really nitpicking when everything else was served so beautiful and they made effort to bring a vegan. People at breakfast were always working so hard and they made it seem like they were happy to help us. The food was delicious!
