• Karolina (8/5): - Blisko przystanek autobusowy. Apartament wystarczający na krótki city break. Za tak niewielkie pieniądze nie ma co oczekiwać na standardy hotelu 5* Trochę zimno w chłodne wiosenne wieczory, dogrzewać się można klimą.
• Wdowiak (9/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, nieopodal parku Guliwera i bliskość oceanarium, muzeum nauki. 30 minut piechotą do centrum i na Mestalla. Około 10 minut na metro, w okolicy kanapki i sklep. Mieszkanie na piętrze, jasne, czyste, spełniło nasze oczekiwania. Przyjazd bez żadnego problemu. Polecamy. Brak

• Sergio (5/5): Decepcionante - La ubicacion está muy bien y el apartamento es amplio Hacía mucho frío en el apartamento. Íbamos con niños y lo hemos pasado mal por la noche. Las ventanas no cerraban bien, Instalaciones a mejorar mucho. La cisterna no tenía presión, Camas incomodas. Faltaban mantas y no estaría mal una renovacion de las que hay, Solo hay un split en el salón que apenas daba calor a la estancia.

The worst is: owner not friendly and stop answering and not willing to accommodate and not helpful… staying 3 nights… provide 4 pkts of sample shampoo… ask to buy pegs ourselves…. and a long list…. Not worth the money. Very disappointed… the worst accommodation in Spain. No way back. Sorry for the strong critics.

Y el detalle de no vaciar el cubo del aire (con la advertencia de que no desborde bien claro); no puse el aire acondicionado, pero lo que no parece de recibo es dejarlo lleno para que el huésped se encargue.
• Mark (7/5): Good - The hob wasn't so easy to maneuver, but they assisted on what I have to do. The mattress wasn't so comfortable, felt like I was sinking to the centre. We had no internet for all our stay of 6 days and it was not what I paid for, which wasn't cheap to book this place.

The air conditioner does not work, as does the light switch in the bathroom. In a hurry for the flight, I forgot sunglasses for £500 and they were not returned to me.

• Vasilescu (10/5): Almost perfect ! - Perfect location, spaceos, easy access, nearby supermarkets and bus station and Oceanografic & City of Arta and Science Museum. Excelent street view on balcony. The kitchen is equipped with almost everything you will need. The water boilling device was broken. In winter a electric radiator would be recommended if you go with kids.
• Brendan (7/5): El Coral seven day, say November 2023 - Good location about 30min walk to the centre. Buses are easy to use to get you around. Good lactation between beaches and centre. Great access to the park. Not very comfortable. The couch is very hard and difficult to sit on or relax. One large towel each for a 7 days stay is not enough. I understand I could have requested a move, but we made do. For the rate being paid, it should have more comfort. Things like plastic glasses give a cheap feel.
• James (10/5): Very comfortable stay and a massive thanks to the owner who was very accommodating to us on our stay in Valencia. - The location was perfect walking distance of shops restaurants and the park etc. Would highly recommend it.
• Marissa (8/5): Good bus connections around Valencia and a decent place to stay - The location was quite good and we managed to either walk everywhere or catch the local busses which were very efficient. The apartment was quite large and had many amenities, plus extra things that we weren't even expecting. Air con worked fine. It was so handy as the guests before us left 4 big bottles of sparkling water - much appreciated! The view from the balcony felt very authentic, palm trees, coloured flats, cats walking about the streets. I checked in with no problems, but the door code given means you need to have wifi, which could be difficult for tourists from outside Europe. A few small things could be improved upon: some of the furniture was old and some drawers were tricky to close. As previous commenters mentioned, one of the bathroom switches didn't work, the main bedroom bed was uncomfortable, and we couldn't figure out the hotplates. The apartment feels quite modern but the building is quite old and the views of the block interior from the corridor are ugly and dirty. We are not very used to apartment living, but the walls seemed especially thin, so bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise in the night.
• Michael (7/5): Fantastic Valencia location. - We booked last minute after being let down by another place. Booking was simple, access was simple, location was brilliant. Parked our car on the road, right outside the apartment and there is bus stop just on the corner, on a route that went from city centre right to the beach for just €1.50. Aircon in the lounge worked well and was a godsend after being out in 40 degrees. Local restaurants were brilliant within walking distance and affordable with great quality/service. Owner left a handbook with some do's and don'ts along with some recommendations of places to visit. We went to watch the most fantastic sunset at Albufera lake and then managed all of the other recommended places in a day. All in all for a 2 night stay we had a fantastic time in a great city and the negatives were very minor in the grand scheme ofbthings (but thought worth highlighting). When we return to Valencia we would definitely stay again. Booking last minute the apartment wasn't as clean as we would have liked, especially as there is a €50 cleaning fee and we definitely left it cleaner than it was on our arrival. No Aircon in the bedrooms but with aircon in the lounge with fans strategically placed blew cold into the bedrooms. Bathroom sink didn't drain very quickly and left the sink constantly full or dirty.

• Sergiu (7/5): In general, let's say that was ok but not recommend you to stay here if outside is not hot. - The location of the apartment was very good The cleanliness wasn't very very good. But this wasn't the major problem. The biggest problem is that all windows and doors does not close hermetically.The cold is coming through the windows. Everything that passes on the street you feel is in the room with you. We was here on middle of February when the tempretures on the night was arround 5,6 celcius degrees. In the aparmant it was a little chilly and the only source of heating is the AC, but is not a very good solution.

• marie carmen (8/5): appartement trés bien situé et très propre - appartement situé dans une rue calme accueil trés sympathique et ponctuel il manque un peu de vaisselle...un grille pain..et le lit à ressort pas très confortable si on n'est pas fan des ressorts mais à part cela très bien agencé..propre et joliment décoré le propriétaire très sympathique vous donne plein de conseils sur les visites de la ville
