La habitación minúscula, no te puedes mover, el armario fuera en la terracita, solo tiene una mesilla por qué no hay espacio para otra . No tienes intimidad. El trato con el dueño fue con falta de respeto por parte de él y mala educación. No volveré jamás. La habitación es la doble estándar. 120 euros. Metros cuadrados útiles descontando baño y terraza minúscula, menos de 10 metros cuadrados
• Elena (5/5): No se puede clasificar como hotel boutique - Localización en el centro de Cambados, cerca del casco histórico y de muchos restaurantes. La habitación daba a un patio interior y al menos no se escuchaban los ruidos de la calle principal. La insonorización de la habitación era pésima, se escuchan ruidos de la habitación contigua y cualquier conversación que hubiera en la planta inferior. La habitación era pequeña y apenas había espacio de almacenaje. El hotel se denomina “hotel boutique” pero carece de zona de desayuno o de alguna máquina de agua o café. En general, la habitación estaba limpia pero en dos ocasiones, las toallas tenían agujeros y se notaban bastante deterioradas. En la entrada al hotel había un olor persistente, además del típico olor a humedad, que podría mejorarse para hacer más cómoda la estancia. No consideramos que el precio esté ajustado a las instalaciones, sino que está elevado.

• Glasmountains (2/5): Ants in bed reluctant to chip in their part of overpriced hotel - Location Ants in the bed, staff trying to gass them before you go to sleep... No sign of understanding by staff. Rude staff member that shushes you away with "take it up with the owner." This is NOT hospitality. Booking.com NOT helping me out on this... :( Big, unexpected dissapointment.

• Alan (10/5): Great location for exploring the area - and stocking up on Albarino wine - We have stayed here before and is great location for exploring the town and is close to bars and restaurants. Breakfast was not available in hotel and we had to go across the road for breakfast at extra cost. Would have been good if the hotel could provide this (vouchers are available at cost to go over the road - but for the price of the room feel it should have been included)

• allan (7/5): Needs a little help in Cambados. - Good old school property right on the main drag of Cambados. Good sized room on the second floor with an elevator. Windows do a good job of blocking light and noise. Very nice staff who tried the best they could to make our stay pleasant. Free parking a few blocks away. I booked this property specifically because it had A/C. After mentioning it was not working the first night, they managed to get it sort of working nights two and three. Probably should consider replacement as it was consistently not very cold and super noisy on start up. Opening the windows wasn't really an option as it is directly across the street from a rather loud restaurant. The shower could use a good scrub down as well. Pretty close in price to the parador down the street so not the best value.

• Gill (7/5): Comfortable hotel in the centre of busy part of Cambados - It is a very comfortable hotel which we have stayed in before. Breakfast is taken at the bakery /cafe across the road and is limited but good and the staff there are very friendly & they were able to accommodate my partner’s gluten free needs. The reception staff on arrival could have been more professional in his appearance & manner. We had to ask if we needed vouchers for breakfast ( we had booked breakfast inclusive rate) and as we were going out on the first evening - several hours after checking in - he asked us to pay our accommodation bill up front. We understand why as the hotel is not staffed overnight & reception is not manned first thing in the morning but if this is required it should be mentioned on booking & could have been done in a more professional manner. Also we were aware that there was no parking at the hotel but a paper map directing us to parking when we checked in would have been much better than having to be shown the parking on Google maps. If staying in busy times of year a room at the back of the hotel may be a quieter option.
• betty (10/5): Hotel con mucho encanto en el centro de cam bados - Ubicación inmejorable , el hotel tiene mucho encanto, las habitaciones son muy bonitas no le falta detalle, con amenitis en el baño( en muchos hoteles de más estrellas brillan por su ausencia) Suso y Pilar son grandes anfitriones, sin duda volveremos pronto.

Habitación amplia, agradable y limpia. Con balcón con vistas a la calle peatonal. El trato con los dueños del hotel fue muy cordial. El hotel no tiene restaurante ni servicio de cafetería. El desayuno no lo contratamos. Enfrente justo del hotel hay una cafetería donde desayunar, tostadas, bollería, zumo de naranja y café. En la habitación no había una pequeña nevera donde poder guardar agua fresca.

El chico joven de recepción, muy amable pese a que no se cumplieron las expectativas que teníamos. Limpieza de la habitación bastante buena. Esperábamos mucho más, sobre todo por el precio del alojamiento. Nos dieron una habitación que dejaba bastante que desear: fría, con mantas que olían a humedad, aire acondicionado realmente ruidoso (imposible de mantener encendido durante la noche) y de tamaño muy reducido. El colchón tampoco cumplía las expectativas, apenas descansamos. Desconozco si el resto de habitaciones son así, pero la nuestra, mal. El desayuno, ubicado en una cafetería frente al hotel, muy escaso, de risa para lo que cobran. La chica de la cafetería muy agradable, eso sí. En definitiva, no repetiremos.
