• Ayme (10/5): Besoin de relaxation hors saison ? Wind Blend sans hésitation ! - Accueil très chaleureux et très détendu. Sudath dirige le site avec le sourire, une équipe à l'écoute et beaucoup d'amitié : il aide souvent les touristes à atteindre leur avion dans les meilleures conditions ! Il propose de nombreuses réservations pour des activités variées. La matinée avec les dauphins était mémorable et réussie. Personnel très aimable capable d'apporter de nombreuses solutions aux voyageurs avec le sourire. Cuisine fraîche proposée sur mesure avec pêche du jour, capacité à anticiper et à arranger des repas avec quelques heures d'avance. Excellents fruits. Domaine de noix de coco très agréable et calme : aucun bruit. Douche nocturne sous les étoiles et la lune incroyable ! Tellement agréable !!! Petite marche de 20 minutes très agréable jusqu'à la mer. Village très agréable avec ânons sauvages, chiens amicaux et chèvres amusantes. Plein de lucioles en pleine nuit près de la lagune ! Cabanes très simples mais très vastes, protégées contre les insectes par de bonnes moustiquaires. En dehors de la saison du kite-surf, les bicyclettes, les petites motos et l'exploration du Nord de la presqu'île pourraient être développées comme activités complémentaires. Bien préciser aux voyageurs qui arrivent par Bus du Nord ou du Sud de la côte principale où s'arrêter pour arriver facilement au site.

Stayed for 4 nights...went to explore near by off road bike ride to beach...also visited several temples and caves within 1 h ride.... Distance to Kalpitiya by bike is about 30 min....we went to local food places. Resort also has restaurant on site...food was great.... has a walking distance to lagoon and little corner shop for your snack needs. None

Z przyjemnością tam wrócę bo kocham miejsca gdzie czas jakby zwalnia a wszystko dookoła się uśmiecha do ciebie. Jedno co może przeszkadzać to bliskość meczetu i pobudka tym samym o 5 rano, ale to jest niezależne od obiektu.

La sera hanno organizzato una grigliata di pesce ,la cena migliore in tutta la nostra vacanza in Sri Lanka. Cuoco fantastico,personale gentile e disponibile.Per fortuna ho deciso di fermarmi li con la mia famiglia prima del rientro in Italia.Mi mancateeeee nulla tutto perfetto

Restaurant vraiment très bon Les équipements sont un peu vieillissants , la piscine est sympa mais manque d’entretien tout comme le jardin
• Eddy (8/5): Super relaxe locatie met goeie surf, kite mogelijkheden. - Mooie locatie tussen de palmbomen met klein zwembad en op loopafstand naar de kite lagoon en zee. Het Sri Lanka diner was fantastisch . Als je komt voor te kiten, surfen etc. Super locatie en professionele kite schooltje met goed goed apparatuur en hele leuke en goeie kite surf leraar, verder is er niet veel te beleven anders dan relaxen!

• Leah (6/5): Rustic huts with great staff - The staff were amazing and made us feel welcome as well as cooking great food. The place was very rustic, we booked the family lodge which was massive for 3 people with 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. It was quite open to the elements so lots of bugs especially in the bathroom. Sheets and nets were old stained and had holes. I wrongly thought it was on the beach front, we had to take a car to get to the beach, but did do an amazing dolphin trip.
• Edwards-heathcote (10/5): Don't hesitate, just book! 🥰 - If you're wondering about whether to book, just do it. You absolutely won't regret it. This place is so beautiful it's hard to believe it's real - it's like stepping into a film set. When you arrive, you are immersed in a palm grove where you weave your way through beautiful natural corridors to your very own villa which is totally secluded and private, with its own private porch in the heart of what feels like a jungle. The sounds and sights are breathtaking. Our villa was so beautifully designed, with sea shells for lights, textured walls, and the most incredible outdoor shower so you can shower under the stars. The resort itself has genius little pockets of design everywhere you look - tree houses, canopies, climbing nets, hammocks, a volleyball court, a pool, hidden seating areas, a social space. Real, wild beaches within walking distance with fishing boats and donkeys. The food was home cooked and delicious. But the highlight for us? The people. Hospitality and kindness like nothing we've ever had before. Thank you again for memories of a lifetime - what you have created is magical. We will be back for sure! ☺️🥰 Nothing, perfect!
• Andreas (9/5): Superb - The best thing about the resort is Sudath and his wonderful and helpful staff, who are trying their very best to please their guests. The resort is only a short distance, ca. 15 mins walk or 3 minutes by tuk-tuk (provided for free by the resort) from the ocean, and ca. 3 mins walk from the lagoon. Located in a small village within a coconut grove. We would definitely stay here again.
• Biliana (7/5): Good - Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Entire team is fully designated to help the clients and make their stay as nice as possible. Good and tasty food. You are in the jungle, bungalows are under the lianas and it is very exotic. I faced issue with big cockroaches inversion for couple of nights in a row! This destroy my stay there and I was forced to move to other hotel.

• Hill (4/5): Disappointing - The staff were very lovely and the locals friendly The rooms are very dark, the mosquito nets have lots of holes in and there was a gap in the roof letting rain in. There's not a lot to do in the local area
• David (8/5): Very good - Very helpful and kind staff. Good place to kite or relax. People in the village are very friendly. Surroundings aren't very clean. We stayed at the lagoon, where 2 of the huts are located. Some of the furniture (outside) has seen better days and some of it is broken.

It has a big territory with a yoga hut, veggie garden, little fish ponds and lovely tree alleys. All staff is very friendly and genuinely willing to help. Located in a walking distance from kitesurfing spot.
• Sanna (6/5): - Our stay was 3 nights. Nice staff and they tried to help. The Wifi was not working all the time. There was no yoga available. Kitchen staff did not know much english, so we had problems with dietary issues. The water served in dinners is not bottled water. Maybe better not to drink.

• Benter-lynch (8/5): I booked for 2 nights but stayed for 4 - a lovely spot, brilliant location and awesome staff! - The staff are amazing - super friendly, really helpful and readily available. The resort is ideally located close to both the beach and lagoon. The food is great- best omelette in Sri Lanka! The pool is a great size and nice shaded loungers for reading. Having bike available for getting around was also a bonus! The rooms were simple yet very comfortable- I just would have liked a bit more light in the room.

The location was beautiful, and having bikes available made it convenient to explore the area and reach the nearby beach. While the bikes were a bit rustic, they got the job done. The food at the hotel was delicious, and the rooms were comfortable and in line with the beach vibe. I particularly enjoyed relaxing on the balcony in the evenings. The WiFi worked well throughout the facilities, which was a plus.

Unfortunately the bad plankets are uncomfy and feels like cheap plastic. Many mosquitoes and one of the owner tends to be lazy in service terms… coffee remained there two days and beds did not maintained. Btw/ pls remove the dead fish

• Mette (8/5): Nice bungalows at a great spot! - Nice bungalows, welcome drink, friendly owner, playground for the kids, nice beach near by, they asked us what we want to eat, especially for the kids, they made pasta for them. The shower was a bit cold and a broken shower head.
• Elizabeta (10/5): Amaizing place, great people and good vibes - I came with the family, the owner did everything to make us feel comfortable and good, however not pushy. We loved our house, kids didn’t want to leave. No wonder, food was simply amazing, they adopted all to kids as they don’t eat spicy. Another plus is the organic vegetable garden. Everyone was so friendly. As staff had time they played cricket with my kids and on one occasion really quickly arranged doctors visit. I can not recommend them enough! We liked everything

They will always help if you need something. We had the chance to see and swim in bioluminescence water in the lagoon. it was magical. Thankyou for everything
• Ilse (1/5): Bad experience - It was nice once and it still looks nice in places. The cabins look cool Almost no staff, no drinks available except beer and water, they have an a-la-carte-menu but for dinner you can only have what they serve you. One night it was noodles with a small grilled crab, almost no meat on them. Pool is a walk away, across the road, sits out in the sun with no pump/filter, didn't look very clean. Booked a dolphin watching trip but a lot went wrong there. Close to the road and a mosque, traffic and prayers start at 5. We left two nights early.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Eine Tropenoase ganz aus natürlichen Materialien gebaut. Der lokale Besitzer hat mit viel Geschmack eine außergewöhnliche Unterkunft gestaltet. Das leckere landestypische Essen wird mit Gemüse, Kräutern und Früchten aus eigenem Anbau zubereitet.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Everything was perfect.A very warm welcome by the host and his wife. Food was various and very delicious and organic with vegetables and fruit from the own garden. We enjoyed the short walk to the nice and endless beach as well as swimming and walking along the endless beach.We are no kite surfers but nevertheless we had a lot of fun riding our bikes that were given to us by Wind Blend. The staff is so amazingly friendly that we extended our stay for another week. And we are sure that we will come back by the end of this year.
• NinaAndBob (10/5): - We loved this accommodation. It was the best of all the places we stayed in Sri Lanka. The accommodation is unique, new and spotless clean. The staff were amazing and very helpful with anything we required, and the location was perfect. If you want to experience holidaying in a village, then this is the place. Tourism is minimal here, so you get to see the real thing. We hired a couple of scooters, as the area was quite safe to ride, with very few vehicles on the roads. It was nice to roam through the streets, along the beach and past the market gardens. If you want to experience village life in Sri Lanka and have a nice quiet break, then Wind Blend Kite Resort is the place to stay. Thank you to Sudath and team for the memorable stay.
