Tas atrodas industriālajā zonā, tādēļ gaisa kvalitāte atkarīga no vēja virziena, vakarā gaiss smirdēja pēc ķimikālijām, bet no rīta šī neērtība bija jau pazudusi. Numuriņā ir apsildes elements, bet man tāpat pa nakti bija auksti, prasītos biezāka sega. Olas brokastīs nepasniedz. Pie baseina nebija sauļošanās krēslu.

• Ksenia (8/5): A good option for an overnight stay near Catania Airport - We rented a separate cottage with its own kitchen for a day. The property is very large and well-kept, with olive and lemon groves. The farm is home to numerous animals and birds. Breakfast includes cold meats and cheeses, coffee from a machine, boiled eggs, and jams. The cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There's an Italian restaurant nearby. I didn't really like the location next to the oil refinery, which is overlooked from the pool.

It’s an ideal place for children, with a relaxed, family-friendly feel. Breakfast was delicious, and the family who runs it made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. (9/5): Geweldig! - Prachtige locatie met fijne kamers gecentreerd rond een pleintje met ruim parkeergelegenheid, een fijn ruim ontbijt, heel behulpzaam personeel en ook een vrij groot zwembad waar je echt baantjes kon trekken. Behulpzaamheid van personeel kwam ook duidelijk naar voren toen wij ettelijke spullen waaronder brillen, en andere zaken hadden laten liggen die keurig bewaard werden totdat wij die een week later kwamen ophalen aan het eind van ons rondje Sicilië. Wij hebben een superieure 5 dagen gehad in Il Vecchio Frantoio en konden vanuit daar een aantal attracties op Sicilië waaronder Syracuse, Ortygia, Noto, Ragusa, Taormina bezichtigen. Warm aanbevolen!

• Britta (10/5): Schön war es, daher gerne Empfehlung. - Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Elena und Octavio sehr genossen. Es sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Der Pool und die Außenanlagen sind schön, die Zimmer sind sauber, das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr umfangreich und lecker. Es gibt sogar einige Tiere zu sehen vom Hase bis zum Vogelstrauß. Die Lage ist recht ruhig und trotzdem ist die Autobahn nicht weit, so dass man verschiedene Ausflugsziele leicht erreichen kann. Alles wie beschrieben, keine negativen Überraschungen.

• ISRAEL (9/5): - Estupendo lugar como base de operaciones para conocer el este de Sicilia si uno quiere, además, relajarse en un espacio tranquilo en el campo. El apartamento forma parte un bonito conjunto de viviendas levantadas en lo que era una antigua granja. Nuestra casa era muy amplia y con todo lo necesario. El desayuno bufet bastante variado. Lo mejor la piscina, que nuestros hijos disfrutaron muchísimo, y la mesa fuera, para las cenas al aire libre. El anfitrión fue muy amable y su limoncello, el mejor que he probado. Si tengo que decir algo, el hecho de subir y bajar escaleras para acceder a la habitación no es lo más cómodo, pero ello forma parte del encanto del lugar. Los colchones un poco blandos para nosotros, pero no nos impidieron un buen descanso.

Point fort : Piscine partagée avec tous les logements , calme, espace, nature. Il doit y avoir en tout environ une dizaine de logements, pratique si voyage à plusieurs. Petit déjeuner inclus très complet. Voiture obligatoire, emplacement à 20 min de Catane et son aéroport et 20 minutes de Syracuse (accès rapide à autoroute). Parking disponible. Nous avions une cuisine dans notre logement mais elle manquait un peu d'équipement pour manger tous ensemble.

Un havre de paix incroyable avec les enfants : la piscine est très grande, il ya des jeux dont un trampoline et une multitude d'animaux (dont des autruches!) It’s kid-friendly, with animals on site that the children loved. The pool is beautiful, large, and spotless, with lovely views all around. The property is run by a genuinely kind and welcoming family who made us feel right at home. They speak English as well, which made communication easy. Breakfast was very good, with fresh options each morning. One thing we really appreciated was that they let us use the pool and other facilities even after checkout, since our flight was later in the day — a thoughtful touch that made a big difference. • Scerri (10/5): Loved it would 100% stay there again - Family run accomodation, owners/staff incredibly friendly & accommodating, excellent for kids with animals & a slide/swing, great pool area, great breakfast, we got the deluxe room which included a kitchen definitely worth paying a bit extra for it, has a porch too, and the property has a bbq you can use.... its better than it looks in the pictures It's in the countryside so there are a few bugs & wasps around just a heads up, also definitely helpful if you speak Italian although 1 of the owners does speak English
• Yvonne (9/5): Geweldig! - De locatie was niet top, tussen de snelwegen en naast een olieraffinaderij maar als je er eenmaal bent zie of hoor je hier niets van, muv af en toe de oliegeur maar dat hebben wij niet als hinderlijk ervaren. Rustige locatie, fijne bedden, mooi schoon zwembad, prima ontbijt, mooie grote kamers (wij hadden 2 appartementen en voor de laatste nacht ivm een vertraagde vlucht ook nog gebruik gemaakt van 2 hotelkamers, super geregeld!) Hostes was erg vriendelijk en praat goed Engels. Iemand had tegen onze huurauto aangereden en zij heeft ons geholpen met contact leggen (was ook een gast) en het papierwerk. Echt een familiebedrijf wat met hart en ziel wordt gerund. Wij hebben een fijne week gehad, goede uitvalsbasis naar Taormina, Catania, Siracusa en Noto allemaal binnen 1/2 uur tot een uur met de auto. Niets

Insomma consiglio vivamente di vivere una stupenda esperienza in questo angolo di paradiso.

Lontano dal trambusto cittadino ma nelle immediate vicinanze di Augusta, Brucoli, Siracusa, Avola, Noto ecc. Personale cordiale e sempre disponibile. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene. La seconda invece, siamo usciti dopo colazione e dopo rientrati alle 20.30. All arrivo abbiamo subito notato l’allestimento di un lungo tavolo e sedie per cena, altre per buffet, un Dj con casse altoparlanti e microfono, circa 40 persone compresi bambini. A quel ora la musica era già alta e il DJ continuamente parlava al microfono motivando gli invitati. Ci siamo seduti all esterno della camera per uno spuntino veloce e il signore responsabile della struttura è venuto a nostro incontro, chiedendomi se avessi gradito un calice di vino… segnalando solo in quel momento l’evidente festa in corso. Forse qua da loro basta un calice per scusarsi? Per non dire altro. Sin da subito ho manifestato la mia preoccupazione con il rumore ad alto volume poiché noi eravamo a pochi metri della festa e il rumore erano molto sentito all interno della camera nonostante le finestre chiuse con aria condizionata accesa. Il signore ha sempre minimizzato la situazione, sottolineando che per loro fosse un momento piacevole (si capiva che era un compleanno di una parente). Alla mia domanda: ma fino a che ora si farà rumore ad alto volume? - fino a mezzanotte ! Potete immaginare la mia indignazione, perché innanzitutto eravamo in un piccolo agriturismo familiare e la festa era proprio nel cortile d’accesso di tutti gli ospiti! In effetti, eravamo in almeno 3 famiglie con bambini piccoli. Quando ho chiamato Booking per segnalare la situazione, il signore è stato chiamato da loro e dopo è venuto da me a chiedere spiegazioni: come mai avessi chiamato Booking? Ci raggiunge anche un altra donna, credo la figlia del Titolare, perché abbiamo pagato a lei la tassa di soggiorno. Entrambi erano stupiti dalla mia reazione e addirittura continuava a dire che per loro era un momento di festa. Era mezzanotte, la musica era ancora ad alto volume e l'animatore continua ad urlare al microfono. Nessuno riusciva a dormire.

À mi chemin entre air b n b et hôtel chaque invité dispose de sa petite maisonnette, très bien aménagé, le lieu offre l’opportunité aux enfants de jouer avec des jeux et une petite ferme éducative. Le personnel est super gentil, le petit déjeuner est très bien ainsi que la piscine :) . Rien. Sauf la route pour y aller ce n’est en aucun cas la faute du propriétaire mais les routes secondaires en Sicile font peur

• Máté (10/5): Csodálatos szállás - Gyönyörűen rendben tartott, régi tanya komplexum, fantasztikus kerttel, közös terekkel. A szobánk, ami egy apartman, hatalmas volt, minden jóval felszerelt (casa vacanza 1). Az autópálya a közelben fut, de mégis hatalmas a csend. A szállást üzemeltető család nagyon kedves és vendégszerető. Érkezésünkkor házi limoncello-val is megkínáltak, ami nagyon kedves gesztus és közben jót beszélgettünk és hasznos tippeket is kaptunk látnivalók és tengerpart kapcsán is. Vannak állatok is a tanyán (strucc, kecske, birka, tyúk, liba, kutya, macska) tehát, aki ide érkezik ezt vegye figyelembe, mi nagyon élveztük a társaságukat. Aki erre jár és szeretne egy kellemes, csendes helyen megszállni, akkor ide foglaljon mindenképp! Köszönjük a vendéglátást! Egy dolog nem tetszett, hogy véget ért a nyaralásunk és haza kellett jönnünk...

• Gernot (9/5): Schöner Kurzurlaub mit guter Verkehrsanbindung - Nettes Personal, super Ausstattung des Apartment, gutes WIFI, schöner Pool, viele Tiere zum beobachten, Insektenschutz bei den Fenstern Autobahn und Öl-Raffinerie recht nah. Dadurch ist der Lärm der Autos leicht hörbar und in Abhängigkeit vom Wind hat es temporär stärker nach Öl/Benzin gerochen! Losgelöst davon hatten wir einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt.

Mooi zwembad, kindvriendelijk met een trampoline, speelhoek bij het ontbijt, klein speeltuintje naast het zwembad. Het ontbijt met verse honing, jam, lekker brood en taart was ook echt heerlijk! Hele lieve familie. Gewoon boeken!

Beaucoup d’animaux (autruches, poules coqs, brebis, mouton. Malgré l’heure tardive nous avons été accueilli avec un verre de limoncello maison. Merci Ottavio. Max devrait sortir plus souvent !

• Silvia (10/5): Perfekte Lage um die Umgebung zu erkunden - Das Zimmer ist groß genug für 2 Personen mit Kleinkind. Es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Frühstück war abwechslungsreich. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Für uns war die Lage perfekt, etwa 25 Minuten zum Flughafen Catania und Orte wie Siracusa und Taormina mit dem Auto recht schnell zu erreichen. Perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Kann ich sehr gerne weiterempfehlen.

• Rebecca (7/5): Keurige B&B naast pittoreske raffinaderij - Fijn bed, ruim en schoon appartement. Bij de juiste windrichting een heerlijk zwembad in een spik en span onderhouden buitenruimte. Centraal gelegen als je de oostkant wilt bekijken. De geur van de naastgelegen raffinaderij. Kennelijk afhankelijk van de windrichting, maar enorm penetrant. Bijzonder dat dit in de reviews amper wordt benoemd. Toen we ernaar vroegen deed men of men niet wist waar we het over hadden, wat heel bizar was. Wij mankeren vanalles, maar nog weinig aan onze neus. Omdat we laat in het donker arriveerden zagen we de volgende dag pas wie hun buurman is: een hele grote raffinaderij... Misschien is hun reactie begrijpelijk en houden ze daarom struisvogels... 😊 Als je niet van zoetigheden zoals gebak houdt, is het ontbijt karig en eentonig. De keus bestaat dan uit steeds hetzelfde schijfje kaas en vlees, een gekookt ei of een bekertje yoghurt. In de 7 dagen dat wij er verbleven is daar geen enkele variatie op aangebracht. Misschien kopen ze wekelijks in? En op is op, aanvullen werd niet gedaan. De meeste gasten konden er wel om lachen, maar een tikkeltje ongastvrij blijft dat wel, toch? De koffiemachine maakte voor ons veel goed. Traag, maar met veel opties en vers gemalen koffie. Op ons terras hadden we een leuk maar keihard buitenzitje. Met de hoofdkussens van het bed erop konden we er daadwerkelijk gebruik van maken.

Camere pulite e grandi il giusto. Servizio lavatrice a gettoni che per soste lunghe salva la vita. Il migliore soggiorno che uno può immaginare.
