• Albert (9/5): - Good spacious apartment, well equipped and in a great location very close to the beach. The bedroom was quite small and the two single beds took up most of the space.

• Miguel (5/5): Decepción - La ubicación muy buena, la urbanización tranquila y limpia La entrada al apartamento la hicimos a las 17:30, no a las 16:30 como estaba en las condiciones del contrato, con el agravante que solicitamos entrada a las 15:00 y nos dijeron que ok. Estuvimos dos horas y media dando vueltas hasta que os avisaron. Un apartamento sobrio, con lo justo,, se nota que lo utiliza unicamente para el negocio de alquiler, la habitación pequeña y sin luz, el armario sin vestir, el sofa del saloncito viejo y sucio, se clavan las lamas al sentarse, el toldo viejo y raido, tuvimos que avisar a mantenimiento porque faltaban los anclajes del toldo, Admiten mascotas y pagamos por ello, por lo que entiendo que debería de adaptarse y si no, no las admitan o no cobren. Solicitamos una malla para que nuestra mascota estuviera segura y no cayera por el balcón y la respuesta fue que cerraremos los ventanales y vigilasemos a la mascota (brillante respuesta ¿en pleno mes de agosto?). Lo solucionamos con una malla y unas bridas (17€).por nuestra cuenta, era muy fácil solucionarlo. Respuestas por parte Booking Benidorm como: La próxima vez pregunte antes. Los apartamentos no podemos adaptarlos a las necesidades específicas de cada cliente. El apartamento es el que es y tiene las fotografías en la página... No me parecen nada serias ni empáticas ante el planteamiento de un problema por parte del personal (guardo las capturas de pantalla).
• Lisiu (4/5): Nic ciekawego, nie polecam... - Lokalizacja bardzo fajna - ok.50m do plaży. Ładny widok z okna na plażę i promenadę. Apartament nadajacy się do kompletnej renowacji a nie do wynajmowania na wakacje. Brudny i bardzo zniszczony. Każda rzecz znajdująca sie w apartamencie albo jest uszkodzona i nadaje się do wymiany albo była już uszkodzona i została naprawiana(dołanczam kilka zdjęć poniżej). Kanapa jest zarwana, bezpieczniki prądu wybijało co chwilę, ściany brudne i klejące się, pralki, która prawdopodobnie nie działa - nie da sie otworzyć bo przeszkadza lodówka, patelnie nie do urzytku, deska toaletowa okropna, deszczownica brudna!!! Mógłbym jeszcze długo wymieniać co jeszcze mi sie nie podobało...Nie polecam tego apartamentu, gdyż w tej cenie można znaleźć o wiele lepsze apartamenty w tej okolicy.

• Nelson (8/5): - El alojamiento está bien, tal cual las fotos. Ofrecen Parking y la verdad es un fiasco, entras y no hay puesto (aunque no haya uno asignado) no deberían asegurar que tienen parking y el mando del portón no funciona está pegado con celo y no tenía batería
• María del Pilar (8/5): Si te quieres apañar, y no hay otra cosa, esta genial. - La ubicación, se ve la playa, tiene un buen aire condicionado , que al entrar estaba fresquito el apartamento. No había alojada mucha gente extranjera por lo que no había ruidos. Limpio en general, con todos los electrodomésticos. La hora de Check- In. A partir de las 16;30. Muy tarde. La ducha no funciona muy bien, ni el agua caliente/frio. El sofá cama, colchón fino e incómodo. Los ascensores, que al parecer se estropean a menudo.

• Christopher (9/5): Superb - Great location, close to beach and great views from the apartment. Close to amenities and nightlife. Nothing to dislike really, enjoyed our stay, unfortunstely the weather was'nt very kind to us, but did'nt stop our enjoyment of the holiday.

• Andreea (4/5): Great location but worn out and poor cust service - Location, parking Worn out toilet seat, shower hose clogged, dirty walls and doors, really small and no exterior window bedroom, MOULDING on the ceiling, NO WIFI, worn out couch, windows were shaking when wind. The host/ admin didn't want to replace not even the toilet seat that was old and stained, we couldn't use it during our stay, and they weren't interested to fix anything in the apt, just told me that it hadn't wifi and they "adjusted" the toilet seat and shower hose, when these obviously needed replacement. Building from ’80, last year I had wifi in a different apt, same building. Nothing done about the moulding in the ceiling during our stay. The host wants to make money but the minimum hygiene standards were not met and without investing anything. A router was in the room but the internet was not connected, this says all about the type of host and services quality. Better to avoid.

• Michelle (8/5): On the whole it was a great holiday 🤩 - The location is great for everything it was clean and a good size for 2 people Sadly, it wasn’t as well maintained as it could have been. There were tiles missing from the shower floor and more came loose while we were there. The shower riser rail didn’t hold the shower head up properly and there was the usual leak from the shower that you usually find in Spanish properties-something we’re quite used to 😉

No lights in hall working so when you go in at night it was difficult to unlock door. The shower tray leaked. The sliding door rattled when ever it was windy which was every night so kept you awake. Property very shabby and not like the pictures
