• Joshua (6/5): Satisfactory - Location wasn’t awful, around a ten minute walk from the main strip. Three bedrooms and a sofa bed in lounge. Has a large open terrace area. Mattresses very uncomfortable. Air Con only in the lounge, not in the bedrooms. Ceiling fans weren’t adequate.

• MariaJesús (4/5): Una fiesta sorpresa arruinada por un check-in sorpresa - La limpieza está bastante bien en el departamento. La experiencia en este alojamiento dejó mucho que desear. El gran inconveniente fue el check-in: indicamos una hora concreta, pero no se respetó. Tuvimos que esperar 5 horas, que la tarta y otros alimentos como magdalenas, leche y otros dulces los tuvimos que tirar. Al llegar, nos encontramos con que no había champú ni gel en el apartamento; los botes estaban completamente vacíos. Además, en el segundo baño no había ni siquiera un secador, lo cual resulta bastante incómodo. Por último, la falta de un baño cercano a la piscina es un gran fallo en cuanto a comodidad y practicidad.

• Arthur (7/5): Overall was ok. Apartment was very clean and tidy. But very sparse on equipment and also the heater - Location was central There was some faults with decor which we noted and told Booking .com Benidorm office
• James (5/5): Good value for money but lacking in even the most basic facilities. - Good value for money. Safe and secure. Clean. No lamps in the entire property, had to use ceiling lights in the evenings. Double bed has a very thin mattress, uncomfortable for two people to sleep on. Apartment was very cold at night, probably not an issue for most of the year but for a Christmas holiday we were frozen as soon as the sun went down. Sleeping bags were provided but they weren't very clean, some duvets would have been a nicer touch. A couple of small mobile radiators were also provided but again, they didn't make that much of a difference. The lock on the front door of the building was difficult to open, we struggled to get in a few times with the keys provided. Showers weren't great, but suppose this is inevitable in an older building and on the 6th floor. Having to take out our own rubbish was also a bit of a pain. We're always very conscientious when staying in these types of apartments and keep them as clean and tidy as we can, but the "leave it as you found it" policy is not exactly in the holiday spirit. Had to spend an hour on the last morning doing a full clean of the apartment and taking lots of rubbish to the bins out on the street. We'd have been happy to pay a little bit more and have the cleaners do this for us after we'd left. You don't really want to have household chores to think about when you're on holiday.

• Philip (5/5): Very dirty sofa and a 25 euro fine for a second set of keys not returned that we never received - Location Charged 25 euro by benidorm.booking.com who facilitated the stay through booking.com for a second set of keys they said we didn't return. Nothing could be further from the truth as we were never given nor availed of a second set of keys. Countless communications between us after the holiday but the problem was never resolved. We also got bed bugs from the sofa in the apartment. Avoid if possible This is no reflection on booking.com.

We thoroughly enjoyed this apartment... beautiful area with big garden , pool , park and bbq...excellent WiFi service , plenty of storage and space ... thank you again, for a wonderful stay If I had to choose something, it would be the bbq , was a bit run down, and not clean ... A smart tv upgrade would really be amazing

Fans in bedroom really difficult to work out how to operate when lights off would have helped if there were instructions. Blinds were really stiff unable to operate. Keys were terrible really difficult to get in apartment especially when arriving at night.

• Michael (1/5): Desperate apartment - Location was bad. Nothing around it. It had swimming pool but no chairs around it. Complained about this and I was told we should have brought our own. We came from Ireland. Noise from lift my kids would not go in it had to take 6 flights of stairs.we were told it had a bar which it did not this is false advertising. The washing machine did not work. No light on in stairs when we arrived back to apartment at night had to use light on our phone. Would not recommend this place. We go on holidays every year it was the worst apartment we ever stayed in We did not like this place. Did not want to stay there for week so we tryed hotels but all were booked out.

Gate keys were difficult to get into the block and only one set for 5 people meant we had to stay together. Lack of plug points in the kitchen with one which had to be held in the work. Some shelves in the bathroom

• Teresa (7/5): We had an amazing holiday in Benidorm. The apartment was nice and in a great location. - The space of the apartment was great. The balcony was an amazing size. Location was perfect. It would of been nice to have sun loungers around the pool. The double bed was really squeeky from the springs. There was not enough dinner plates for 6 of us if we wanted to eat in. There was nothing to warmer food in the microwave if we wanted to / only 1 plastic jug.
