• Yvonne (10/5): A perfect panoramic sea view - We had a fantastic 4-week stay at this perfect apartment,the location was great views were amazing it had everything we needed for our stay... i must mention the bed 😍 it was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. We would definitely recommend this beautiful apartment, and we would love to come back 😊.... The only thing that would comment on was the windows, I know that the apartment is on the 23rd floor, but the windows were really dirty 🤦‍♀️and spoilt the perfect views they did shake when it was very windy but I'm really just pointing it out, it didn't spoil our stay and we would love to come back...😊

• Kees (9/5): Fijne vakantie gehad en hebben al weer gereserveerd voor volgend jaar. - De lokatie, het uitzicht en dat alles naar behoren functioneerde. De verlichting is te fel en sfeerloos. Geen enkel wandlampje of sfeerverlichting. Het rooster van de airco bij de deur zit vol schimmel. Dit is een algemeen probleem in Spanje. Er wordt geen onderhoud gepleegd aan de airco-installatie, waardoor ziektekiemen zich snel kunnen verspreiden. Verder wat klein achterstallig technisch onderhoud zoals kapotte schakelaar, afvoer wastafel loopt te langzaam door, douchewand lekt water, deuren keukenkastjes waren niet gesteld (heb ik maar gedaan) etc. Maar dat was voor ons allemaal geen probleem.

• marielle (8/5): Bien mais pourrait mieux faire - La vue extraordinaire,l emplacement direct sur les remblas et la plage,proche des lieux animés et du centre ville Le logement tous les équipements nécessaires sauf un peu de couverts Le manque de couvert 3 petites cuillères,peu de fourchettes obligeant a laver a la main,l absence d un petit guide a l entrée dans le logement avec un plan de la ville, quelques bonnes adresses,pas une notice d utilisation des appareils electro ménager appartement vides pas de pastille a Lv ,de quelques dosettes de café,de sel poivre etc ,pas de petites bouteilles d eau pour la bienvenue Ayant l habitude d utiliser des locations sur Booking ou autres c est la première fois que nous rencontrons cela Drôle d impression en arrivant sentiment de visiter un appartement temoin , ambiance froide, dommage sinon cela aurait été parfait Le lave linge était en panne,le personnel est venu rapidement, nous a indiqué commandé une pièce et plus aucune nouvelle sur comment laver notre linge, l'adresse d une laverie en self service,dommage pour. cette absence de communication

• Michelle (8/5): Had a lovely time in Benidorm. - Great location and view. Leek inside apartment near front door. Awful Smell through the air vents occasionally. No loungers around the pool only a couple of plastic chairs.

• John (10/5): Great stay, great location. - The views are excellent, plenty very hot water, location great. Facilities in the apartment were very good. Air con excellent. There doesn't seem to be much sound insulation between apartments. We could hear TV's and people talking in other apartments quite a bit. We also had a couple of issues with groups of young people playing music very loudly. I asked the English ones next door to turn it down, and they did. On another occasion there was what sounded like a large group of Spanish lads in the apartment underneath us playing very loud music and shouting etc. I didn't want to confront them myself, so I asked the security guard to have a word, he did and we didn't have any more bother from them, think he threatened them with the police. I don't mind loud music at the right time, but don't like people being disrespectful of others. When we first arrived the TV remote wasn't working properly and the first time I used the shower it flooded the floor because the waste was blocked. I emailed the agent and they sent someone round, by then the remote was working, I think it had had something sticky spilt on it, he had a look at the shower and said he couldn't do anything with it and left. I plunged the waste myself with a mop and cleared it. We had a couple of other small issues, but they were sorted o.k.
• Enn (10/5): I had an excellent experience staying at this property during my holiday. - The location of the property is excellent, offering superb scenery that includes Levante Beach, the ocean, the surrounding mountains, and the city skyline. The property provides a wide range of facilities and is very spacious. Every staff member I met was friendly and helpful. The area around the property is filled with shops, restaurants, and supermarkets, making my stay very convenient.

• Vonlandau (8/5): Very good just needs a bit of fine tuning - Location - extremely comfortable bed - views -very spacious Need more hooks in bathroom, & bigger bath towels, instruction manuals for heating & cooker ! Tv needs fixing thought it was a battery issue but no it kept turning off what ever button you pressed & the choice to have a welcome pack on arrival a simple box to tick when booking ppl will pay extra for that ! Bigger glasses the wine ones are so sml
• Joseph (5/5): It wasn't the best for the price we paid, disappointed, wouldn't go back! - Panoramic view. Comfortable bed. Decor. Security. Location. A starter pack of basics.( kitchen roll, salt/pepper, more than one small bin bag and more than two small toilet rolls should have been supplied) They need to change towels and bed sheets when people are there for more than a week. The tv was supposed to be fixed three times in our stay but just lasted a few hours. When a tv is advertised it needs to work and show English speaking programs. Induction hob didnt work on arrival and had to be fixed next day

• Anne (10/5): Great appartment torre levante 23c - The appartment was very well furnished and equipped, also it was very modern and most importantly very clean The people that give the keys at immobriio milanos are very nice and helpful Will book through them in the future Nothing, everything was great , only small negative , the drain in the shower flooded very easily and we had to be careful , I hope . The people at milanos see this and try to clear the drain and turn down the water pressure , we were very careful but some people might not be as careful and flood the floor
