Marianne (9/5): We had a wonderful time during our stay at the hotel, and it was worth every penny we paid. - The breakfast was good, and the location is close to supermarkets and a mall. The room is suitable for two people and, in fact, big enough for two people. All the staff were accommodating and friendly. Housekeeping team did a great job.

ayten (9/5): Guzel bır konaklamaydı - Otelin konumu harika, yeni alışveriş merkezinin tam karaısında. Kahvaltısı gayet doyurucuydu. Odalar geniş ferahtı. Karsılama guzeldı. Odalarda yerde halı doselı, halılar pis ve hafıf kokuyordu.

Staff were exceptionally rude specially the night front office executive. Smell in the room AC not working Rude staff Unfriendly atmosphere.

VALENTINA (3/5): Требует отель реновациии !!! - Холл в отеле ! Завтрак Запах в отеле и в номере ! Это просто ужасно воняет сыростью и канализацией! Подушки все в комках , одеяло старое и вонючее от сырости . Постельное белье тоже старое . В душе везде плесень , раковина протекала .шумаизоляции вообще нет ! Соотношения качества и цены ну просто не какой! Так запустить отель !!!

Wojaczek (8/5): - Bardzo fajny hotel. Personel bardzo miły. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie z wymianą ręczników niezależnie czy były brudne czy nie. Śniadania dość duży wybór bufet szwedzki zawsze można było coś dla siebie znaleźć i codziennie było coś innego. Brak kafelek na tarasie i wokół basenu najprawdopodobniej wynika z początku remontu obiektu po sezonie letnim.

Nora (2/5): - Хорошее расположение, прям у моря, вид из балкона шикарный. Гостиница очень старая, видно что давно не было ремонта. Потеки на коврах, с момента заезда в комнате летала моль, так же муравьи по всей комнате. Потолок в ванной протек и образовалась плесень. Не соответствие цены и качества. Для сравнения за эту же сумму (162USD в сутки) в Дохе можно снять хороший номер в 5 звездочной гостинице. Данная гостиница давно не соотетствует статусу 5 звезд. Возможно в момент открытия она и была хорошей, но на данный момент пребывание создало дискомфорт.

Ashwaq (6/5): - مساحة الغرف كبيرة، مطل على البحر والممشى وقريب للسوق. نظيف ماعدا الغرف المطلة على البحر . الفندق بشكل عام دون التوقعات، فندق قديم جدًا، الأثاث قديم، والسرر غير مريحة. مستوى النظافة جيد، لكن للأسف الغرفة المطلة على البحر كان فيها نمل على الطاولة والسرير! كما ذكر في التعليقات سابقًا وتوقعت أنهم حلّوا المشكلة! وعندما أبلغت الاستقبال، كانوا في قمة البرود. خدمة الغرف بطيئة جدًا، والموظف الي وصل الحقائب طلب بخشيش وكانه بالغصب!! والموظفون في الاستقبال يطالعون بالزوار بنظرات غريبة وغير محترمة! لم اشعر بالراحة. إذا أراد الفندق أن يتطور للأفضل، فلا بد أن يحسن من تعامل موظفيه مع الزوار من مختلف دول العالم. الشاطئ عام ومزدحم جدا، اذا كانت إقامتك لأجل الشاطئ فلن تستفيد شيء. الواي فاي سيء لابعد حد. لا أنصح به، توجد خيارات أفضل بكثير. The hotel was overall below expectations. It’s a very old hotel with outdated furniture and uncomfortable beds. The cleanliness level is decent, but unfortunately, the sea view room had ants on the table and bed! This issue was already mentioned in previous reviews, and I expected it to be fixed. When I informed the reception, they were extremely indifferent. Room service is very slow, and the reception staff stare at guests in a strange and disrespectful way! If the hotel wants to improve, it must train its staff to deal better with guests from different parts of the world. I do not recommend it — there are much better options available. The beach is public and extremely crowded. If your stay is mainly for beach enjoyment, you won’t get much out of it. The Wi-Fi is very slow.
Hassan (2/5): Don't book at this facility if service is what you are looking for. - The food is decent, that is all The front counter has no clue of anything. No guest relation present. Keep knocking on our bedroom doors, even when we have the no disturd light on. The concierge has no clue or is not aware of any services available. All questions are answered by "we dont know. Far from being a 3 star hotel. I am very disjointed by this facilities professionalism and service.

Martin (9/5): Ein sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub - Schönes Hotel mit sehr netten und zuvorkommenden Personal! Super Wellnessbereich, Pool, … Sehr gutes Essen! Nicht nur das Frühstück was leider nur bis 10:30 offen ist sondern auch das Restaurant und daher Zimmerservice ist Top! Am Strand vor dem Hotel leider nur Steine aber da kann das Hotel nichts dafür. Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte auch unter der Woche länger offen haben und nicht nur am Wochenende!

عادل بامخرمه (9/5): من الفنادق المميزة فعلا لن تندم لو اخترته - كل شئ جميل في الفندق موقع جميل وفخم وإطلالة جميله على بحر باطومي المدخل غير واضح للسواقين وكباتن النطبيقات يرجى وضع لوحة مكان الحاجز الحديدي قبل الفندق او حارس عندها ليرشدهم ممايضطرنا للنزول إلى الشارع العمومي حيث الكثير من المارة
