Martyn (5/5): Nice hotel, nice location but beware you could end up staying in an annex room that is more like prison cell - The location is very good as is the overall look of the hotel. However the room we were given for the first night of our stay was unacceptable.. The room we were given on checkin was a shoe box with two small ventilation windows above head height, it felt like a prison cell. There was no wardrobe or hanging space for clothes. The staff were embarrassed and manager was very apologetic but said the property was fully occupied that night. We were given the best room available for the second night and assistance in moving rooms, however I booked this hotel over 9 months in advance and this should not have happened. Rooms with a letter B are annexes to main rooms for family’s and should not be allocated to guests as main rooms. In addition to the room issue, the fire alarm went off at 5am on the second morning and whole hotel had to evacuate into the street in the rain. The fire crew attended and reset the alarm which then went off a further twice during the next 20 minutes.

Maik (5/5): - Sehr gute Lage Das Zimmer 111 war deutlich kleiner als die in der Buchung angegebenen m2. Die Fliesen am Boden waren mehrfach gebrochen, so das man sich Barfuss verletzten könnte. Der Schrank am Bett ist so kaputt und abgewohnt, dass er vom Sperrmühl stammen könnte. Die Elektrogeräte waren vorhanden, aber so positioniert, dass diese nicht nutzbar waren. Das Fenster ist derart verdreckt das ich das Rollo geschlossen habe, jedoch war dieses ebenfalls verdreckt. Die Klimaanlage ist so laut und Leistungsstark, als wäre diese für die Kühlung einer Lobby gedacht. Ich kam mir vor, als ob ich eine Arbeiterunterkunft in einer Pension bekommen habe, aber nicht in einem Hotel. Ich hatte mich per Mail an das Hotel gewandt, bekam die Info mich an der Rezeption zur Findung einer Lösung zu melden. Leider konnte man mir nicht helfen. Lag wohl an der Zuständigkeit. Ich hatte 50% Preisnachlass gefodert. Am Ende ist nix passiert.

We really appreciate that when we arrived early we could leave our suitcases in storage until the room was ready, and go to the beach ourselves. Christina (9/5): Tolle Lage - Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. . Großes Zimmer Schönes Bad Es fehlte im Zimmer ein Tisch und Stuhl. .man konnte nur auf dem Bett sitzen. Im Bad gab es keine Möglichkeiten Kosmetik unterzustellen. Auch keine Handtuchhalter. Die Schiebetür zum Bad konnte man nur mit einem Spalt schließen ..man konnte nicht alleine die Toilette. Der Pool hatte auf dem Dach mindestens 35Grad.. das war schrecklich..keine Abkühlung bei 30Grad Außentemperatur.

That my room was booked as an upgrade but the bathroom was not comfortable and the view was not good. Booking.com has to communicate better with the hotel since I was charged for my room again. I saw it on time and the desk person took care of it right away and the money.

Emira (8/5): Wir hatten einen rundum sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen! - Das Hotel überzeugt durch seine hervorragende Lage, nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten und stets sauber. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, das den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm macht. Im Zimmer fehlt leider ein zusätzlicher Schrank, der für mehr Stauraum sorgen würde.

With a small bar with was ideal. The bed was horrendous. It’s dipped in the middle and was the most uncomfortable thing we have ever slept on. The bathroom was a glass sliding door as the room was super small and offered no privacy for toilet activities. Coffee machine didn’t work and the whole decor was very well used and all crammed into this extremely small room. We were thankful we only spent two night here.

Music at Sola, hotel’s restaurant, was on till midnight (and was going to continue for at least one hour more as I learned from front desk), was very loud and it woke me up. I had to call the front desk and to ask them to do something with it. Only then they turned off / made it quiet. 2. Shampoo / conditioner / soap are of very bad quality. I would recommend to bring your own products if you want to stay there.

TV didn't work I had to call people didn't speak much English Didn't like the fact that most people didn't speak English. Couldn't find how to work a lot of equipment no one could help you who could speak english. Oh
