• roberto (7/5): Léger pour un hôtel trois étoiles. Plutôt une chambre chez l’habitant! - Petit déjeuner correct. Problème à l’arrivée, pas de clé ni de code. Personne de présent. Après plusieurs tentatives la porte s’ouvre. À l’intérieur un petit mot nous attend avec les clefs La chambre est plutôt calme malgré des bruits de tuyauterie… L’accueil avant l’arrivée. • CCW (8/5): Fijne locatie - De locatie is echt top! En Francesca is een uitstekende host. De laatste dag konden we onze bagage achterlaten om nadien nog op te frissen en werden we nog voorzien van een heerlijke espresso. De regendouche daar kwamen maar weinig stralen uit en de handdouche lekte.

Izba pohodlná, raňajky kvalitné - tradičné talianske. Ak si vyberiete toto ubytovanie rátajte s klasickým neapolským ruchom, nie je to chyba ubytovania.

• chabert (9/5): - L'emplacement très central pour visiter Naples. La facilité d'arrivée et de départ. Le fait de pouvoir laisser nos valises jusqu'au soir . . La gentillesse de notre hôte, ses renseignements pour nous aider, ainsi que le personnel travaillant le matin très aimable et serviable. La décoration de la chambre était superbe Le bruit des voitures malgré le double vitrage, mais c'est le centre ville.

• ewa (10/5): Gute Lage, nettes Personal, gerne wieder - Die Lage war sehr gut, sehr zentral, Stadt war fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch vom Central Station fußläufig zu erreichen. Es lag direkt an der Hauptstraße mit großem Verkehr, nachts hat man allerdings nur wenig davon mitbekommen. Die Francesca ist super lieb, man hat sich dort wohl gefühlt, Kommunikation per WhatsApp war reibungslos. Uns wurde jede Frage beantwortet und wir haben sogar Empfehlungen für Restaurants bekommen und somit die beste Pizza gegessen ;) Ich kann es wirklich jeden empfehlen. Eigentlich ist nichts zu bemängeln, das Frühstück war sehr klein mit wenig Auswahl, aber das hat uns nicht gestört.
• Renan (9/5): Excelente estadia - O quarto e banheiro são espaçosos. Tem uma sacada para a rua principal, mas possui persiana que quando está fechada isola o barulho. O café da manhã é simples com mais itens doces que salgados, muito bons, mas me parece ser o padrão da cidade. Francesca nos recebeu de forma muito simpática e gentil, nos dando dicas de passeios. Permitiram deixar nossas malas após o checkout. Fica praticamente ao lado da estação de metrô Duomo e a uma curta caminhada da estação central. Me hospedaria novamente. O elevador é antigo e um pouco barulhento.
• Caroline (9/5): A tranquil sanctuary right in the centre of vibrant Naples. - Our second stay at Napoli Svelata, and chose a different room which was on a different floor but was excellent. Spacious, quiet, despite being close to a busy main road and Francesca was the perfect host, very helpful and friendly. We had to check out very early and Francesca arranged breakfast for us at a local bar so we managed to have something before we left. Great recommendations for local restaurants and landmarks. Can't think of anything, we loved staying at Napoli Svelata. Perfect stay.

Le charme de cet immeuble ancien rénové. Et surtout la situation: suffisamment près de la gare pour prendre le Circumvesuviana mais pas trop pour en éviter les inconvénients. Molto bella l'opportunità di avere la chiave di ingresso anche l'ultimo giorno per tornare a ritirare i bagagli, andare in bagno, bere. Camera e bagno molto spaziosi Posizione comoda Davvero troppo rumoroso. Gli infissi non riescono a bloccare il rumore del corso, che non smette neanche di notte. Anche l'impianto di riscaldamento molto rumoroso. Purtroppo devo dire che la colazione è davvero minimal, senza assortimento (tipologia di yoghurt, cereali, no orzo). Meno grave ma comunque migliorabile il bagno: no porta carta igienica, no scopino, niente ganci porta asciugamani

• eugene (10/5): Ótimo custo benefício com conforto e cuidado. - Quarto com duas camas de casal, mas ainda com espaço. Mesmo estando em uma rua movimentada, não tinha quase ruído. Banheiro confortável. Camas espaçosas e confortáveis. Não tem recepção 24h, mas tudo é fácil de lidar. Entrada, quarto, elevador, etc. No café da manhã, com um serviço honesto, existe um atendimento. Ficamos muito bem e, nossa anfitriã, se mostrou preocupada com nosso conforto, sempre Mandando mensagens atenciosas e dicas importantes. Apenas os degraus do quatro. Mas isso é um detalhe bem pequeno.

• Matt (10/5): - Great location. Walking distance to many things. The subway is a block away and Napoli Central is close as well. The host was great and breakfast included. The room is small but very updated and all we really needed for our short stop before heading off to our next destination. Floor 3 in Italy is the 4th floor to Americans :) The reception is on that floor, fyi. We kicked the steps in the room a few times forgetting they were there; there are a couple steps from the entry to the beds.

• Arthur (8/5): A good hotel in central location with excellent value for money - The hotel can be reached on foot within a 15=minute walk from the central railway station. It is very close to the centre of the city and a Metro station is nearby. Members of staff were extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well equipped within its category. The room was quiet. Much effort is made regarding security, and the place felt completely safe. WiFi signal was very good via a secure connection. We were there for four nights and would choose the hotel again. The breakfast was adequate, but I would have appreciated a bit more variety regarding non-sweet food. Having said this, there was a rich collection of fruits available.

La consiglio a tutti Purtroppo l’unica nota negativa è il parcheggio ma d’altronde, trovandosi in posizione centrale, è difficile trovare parcheggio.

• Louise (5/5): - Plentiful breakfast. Luxurious shower with enough toiletries. Stylish decor. Able to leave our bags until late evening flight. Steps inside the room very dangerous. Dark floors with nothing on the steps to alert you to edge of steps. There are floor lights but these were not sufficient - I fell on the steps and it made me feel worried about walking around the apartment from bathroom to bedroom area. Apartment had hair from previous guests on the floor. Bathroom needs a toilet roll holder as there was nowhere to rest the loo roll. More guests than tables in the breakfast room so if you were later rising, you had to queue and wait until a table was vacated and cleaned. We were at breakfast early enough to bag a table but I felt for the guests who had to stand and wait. This is also uncomfortable for the guests eating as you feel guilty for hogging a table - not the most relaxing breakfast because of this. The most pressing complaint is the dangerous steps - I know it would ruin the beautiful decor, but the steps really should have yellow or white tape on the edges to avoid a serious accident. I fell and hurt my shoulder which was minor but it could have been worse. Be careful. I would have felt more comfortable leaving our bags if they had been out of sight in a cupboard, stored away from reception area. It was fine but only because we were the only guests leaving our luggage that day.

The staff is nice and accommodating, after the end of the stay we were able to leave our backpack at the accommodation. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
• Luca (9/5): Cozy and central b&b with great staff - Perfect location: steps from the train station, metro, and main city center streets. Francesca was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay feel like home. Clean, cozy room and breakfast provided. Highly recommend!
