• LOUISE (6/5): You get you pay for but did expect the chalet to be of a better standard. It was extremely tired. Did not appreciate hav - The restaurant beside the camp site Chalets are extremely tired. The decking was unsafe and wobbled when you walked across. The outside chairs were rusty, old and legs rusted and ready to collapse.

• Iluminada (5/5): Es pequeño y acogedor muy limpio si que le faltan algunos detalles - Es un camping pequeño y muy tranquilo con acceso a un agradable paseo por el pantano. El bungalow él estaba muy limpio Un bungalow para seis personas solo tenía dos vasos, tenía detergente para la vajilla pero no tenía ninguna balleta, no palo de cocina. En otro bungalow faltaba el estropajo para poder lavar los dos únicos vasos que había. La alcachofa de la ducha se caía y el microondas no calentaba

• Fatimacortesel (7/5): - Bungalow bonito y cómodo con unas vistas maravillosas Faltó el detalle de poner algunas cosas de cortesía por ejemplo poner un poco de gel /champú, una bayeta , bolsas de basura.. Por lo demás bien la cama era cómoda y por el precio estába bastante bien calidad precio.

• Ana María (8/5): Genial - Es un bungalow maravilloso, en buenas condiciones, buen equipamiento y buen mantenimiento La ducha, literal y no exagero, solo hay agua caliente para una persona, las demás aun esperando 1 o 2 horas de diferencia para el baño sale ligeramente caliente, entiendo que el termo es de pocos litros pero si vemos que el bungalow es para 4 personas…. La cosa se complica la verdad

• Michele (7/5): Gut - Netter kleiner Campingplatz direkt an einem See an dem man schön spazieren gehen kann. Der Campingplatz liegt oberhalb des Sees mit tollem Ausblick. Nette Rezeption und zwei Restaurants direkt dabei. Wir hatten einen Bungalow. Für den Preis und eine Nacht war es okay. Die Sauberkeit war grundsätzlich ok, wenn man nicht kleinlich ist. Der Bungalow ist in schlechtem/alten Zustand gewesen (alte Möbel, Fußleisten fallen ab usw.). Man darf nicht zu viel erwarten. Dafür fand ich den Preis vor allem außerhalb der Saison doch relativ hoch.

• Lisa (8/5): Relaxing, love it here - The location is amazing so close to nature walks. Fairly quiet site, the bungalows are very clean. Lack of cooking utensils in bungalow, dated and uncomfy sofa bed, lack of toilet paper.
• Marlene (7/5): Basic accommodation but a great place for a rural getaway! - Perfect rural location with great restaurant on site. The bungalow was very basic, which was what we expected for the price we paid. It was adequate and had everything we needed for our overnight stay. The campsite is situated in a beautiful location by Lake Viñuela and has direct access to a footpath down to the lake. There is a small shop and an absolutely super restaurant on site. We can’t comment on toilets and showers as we used the one in the bungalow. All in all a great place for a getaway.

• Raquel (6/5): Deja que desear ! - Bastante tranquilo Está cada vez más desgastado,intentamos ir varias veces en el año(verano e invierno). Dejadez en las instalaciones (pista de fútbol,parque) zonas de paseos bastantes deteriorada,está vez estaba la piscina muy sucia el agua y los bordes con un verdín que se pega en los bañadores,sofá cama de la ( suite ) es horrible parece que duermes en el suelo. Necesita muchas mejoras

• Asunción (3/5): Decepcionante - Ya conocíamos el camping de otros años. El restaurante, la piscina y la tranquilidad del entorno, fue lo que más nos volvió a gustar. Nos alojamos en la cabaña grande/ superior. El salón , cocina y cuarto principal, si coincidian con lo ofertado. Sin embargo, en booking a fecha de nuestra estancia, la segunda habitación de la cabaña describía que contaba con sofá cama también ( además del sofá cama del salón) Así que una persona se quedó sin cama para dormir. También dimos por sentado que la habitación prqueña tendría aire acondicionado, como en las cabañas pequeñas. Sin embargo ni aire ni sofá. Además, el tamaño de las camas que parecían por su anchura más bien cunas que camas así como el tamaño de la habitación, son definitivamente ridículos. Solo apto para niños menores de 5 años . Nos fastidió nuestro viaje en familia. Hubiera sido una opción mucho más cómoda y barata en 2 cabañas separadas. A pesar de informar que la descripcion de booking no era correcta y el alojamiemto no correspondía con la descripción dada, expectativas y necesidades, no recibimos ni siquiera una disculpa por parte del personal ni del alojamiento.

• Juan Andrés (7/5): Camping correcte i tranquil per Estados - La tranquil.litat de l’entorn La simpatía del personal La piscina Faltava manteniment al bungalow : mampara dutxa despenjada, fuita d’aigua a dutxa i lavabo, cargols oxidats, zòcal trencat… També es troba a faltar vigilància per dintre del càmping I fer respectar les normes de descans a la nit pels que no les compleixen.

• Josue (10/5): Agusto no, lo siguiente. - En general todo, es cierto que no es una nueva construcción, se le nota el paso de los años pero ha sobrepasado nuestras expectativas, ni un ruido por la noche, buen descanso, buenas vistas, piscina enorme, todo muy limpio, el bar/restaurante muy muy bien, nuestra mascota disfrutó mucho con los paseos por el embalse y también de la playa canina que está a 20 minutos. Hemos tenido suerte hasta con los vecinos de bungalow y con el resto de gente allí alojada, personas muy agradables. Damos las gracias por la compañía y la atención a Sergio el socorrista y también a Míriam y su tío por cuidarnos tan bien en el restaurante, el resto del personal también fue muy amable en todo momento. Gracias por la música a DJ Cristobal, nos hizo las tardes mas divertidas. Las malas reseñas, íbamos con un poco de miedo por las "mentiras" que leímos.

• Eva (10/5): Exceptional - It wasn't our first time staying here and won't be the last. The campsite is beautiful and clean,the little cabins have everything you need for a comfortable stay and the views of the lake are incredible. Its not luxurious or modern but its cozy and comfortable. We will be back in few weeks time. The only thing I can say we didn't like was the fact that the balcony didn't have any shade because they were being replaced I guess. Apart from that all was great!

Bank holiday so restaurant closed early and given wrong time but excellent restaurant next door. Not great value for one but few other options. Poor choice in the shop as they assume all visitors have a car
• Debra (6/5): Pleasant - The location was great. It is a nice place with good facilities. The bungalow was a bit drab and some bits were in need of replacing. The glass and metal shelf in the bathroom was all rusty and overall the place needs some TLC. It was expensive to stay for 1 night.

• John (7/5): Perfect for our requirement - Location Tired furniture basic and cheap touches. No plugs in sink , shower fixtures broken , burn marks on dining table( no smoking 🤔) no wine bottle opener. Lack tea / coffee cups. Front door handle not secured inside. Came of 🙀.
• Stephanie (7/5): Good for the money but could be great - Location, access to walks around the reservoir especially if you are taking a dog. Stunning. The campsite is small and quiet and clean. Kettle in the kitchen :) the heating system works well considering it was so cold outside we were nice and cosy. The cabins need to be upgraded. More kitchen utensils and crockery. New pillows. We managed but it would have been appreciated if there were more cooking tools as well as serving bowls. The decking on cabin 14 needs to be refurbished too, very unstable. Cabin 15 had a few strange stains on the pillows and sheets.
• Claire (4/5): We’ve visited Viñuela many times, only stayed at the camping to go to the restaurant in the evening, to find it wouldn’t - The shower was great Too small, no room to walk around the double bed to get in it, no bedside lamps. Mattress too hard. We had to take the single mattresses and put on top, I slept on the sofa , my husband in the bed, not ideal. Outside decking old and bouncy, very dirty old mat at entry door. On site restaurant closed at 1600 hrs, not mentioned on booking as we wanted to eat in the evening, totally disappointed!!!!!!

• Natasha (10/5): A very relaxing, comfortable and reasonably priced escape - We had a great overnight stay. Very clean bungalows, helpful staff, good food and fabulous pool. Everything was adequate for the money.

The site is very pretty and there are some great thoughtful touches in the cabins such as washing up liquid and a sponge, toilet paper and a few towels. Someone chucked up in the pool and it wasn't cleaned so we didn't go back in. Lots of space for a poolside bar and out of hours store that isn't utilised.
• David (5/5): Uncomfortable will never stay again - The only thing I liked is were it was situated The accommodation was run down the toilet didn’t flush unless it was manually filled the towel hooks were falling off the shower wouldn’t stay where it was supposed to make showers very uncomfortable. The sofa was very uncomfortable. Only one pillow per person on the single beds other double had a long pillow which was unless on a single bed. We complained about the toilet on the second, third and final morning no one came to repair it.

• Lisa (8/5): Good for a short stay, great restaurant nearby. - Old fashioned but nice and fairly spacious bungalow, the restaurant nearby is very good. We even enjoyed a dip in the pool. And the small terrace belonging to the bungalow was very nice. It got rather cold at night and the bed was quite small for two people. Staff forgot to mention that the restaurant was closed next morning when we asked if there is breakfast they'd said yes. And as we were hiking we didn't have the option to go elsewhere as it is a bit too far (in the wrong direction) to get to the nearest town los Romanes by walking.

• Anonymous (8/5): An good base for our group on a reunion, it was a shame that all the hard work by the majority of staff was negated by t - it had all the basics and was clean, free parking, nice shaded terrace. Quiet. Competent reception, smiley and helpful. wifi intermittent, some narrow parking spaces. Restaurant next door good choice of food however final morning my small group was ignored by a young, overworked waiter. He took our order but then refused to bring it.
