• Gorman (3/5): - Having to pay to insure my stay. Not able to get in to the apartment. Struggled in the dark to get the key. No mirror in the bathroom. food left open in the kitchen.
• Richard (8/5): Very nice, quiet place - I’ve stayed in 3 apartments in this block and this one’s the best Like the other 2, the bathroom is in need of repair. No bin, had to use the food waste
• Cintia (10/5): Amazing - I loved the stay. The apartment is very comfortable, I felt at home. In addition, it was very clean and organised. Wonderful team, they respond super fast.

• Sandra (2/5): Give this one a miss - The location and the house has potential Poor instructions to locate keys, late sending code when we sent checkin. Wall's very marked, floor dirty, toilet wonky smelt of damp, cobwebs in bedrooms and kitchen. Rug very marked. Fridge filthy. Shower screen fell off and hurt my brother. Maintenance took it away and it smashed into pieces. Photos on website does not reflect the filth and maintenance required. Smoke alarm sitting on the fridge! I thought properties had to have hardwired smoke alarms now. Staged responses when you contact them . Shame it could be great but obviously owners don't want to spend money on property. I was harassed for a deposit , which is a joke when you see the state of the property its disgusting and in its current state won't be back and certainly wouldn't recommend

• Gordon (9/5): Superb - Had a lovely stay in your apartment , we ate out so only had breakfast and cups of tea . Everything we would have needed if cooking was available . Very quiet and ground floor was ideal as we are older generation and one with slight mobility issues at times Toilet seat was loose and bathroom si k was very slow draining which caused a problem as one of our party has dementia and had left the tap running and when we returned had cause a flood even though no ug was used in the sink . I did let your office know by phone and we dried up as much as possible with towel the popped them in the machine to rinse as we had no soap powder with us . We also get a close eye on the bathroom tap after he used the bathroom to make sure we had no more problems . If back at Ayr I'm sure we would use your flat again

• Phyllis (8/5): would definitely go back good value and near town centre - it was quiet and it was on ground floor one of the bins in en suite was not emptied

• Lynne (9/5): Superb - Great apartment, fantastic staff who couldn't have been nicer, checking in with us to make sure everything was OK. There wasn't any cleaning equipment so not ideal for tidying up after using the kitchen, no baking trays etc
• Mohammad (8/5): Would recommend highly - Very spacious apartment The lingering smell of dogs as were both allergic to pets, but I will know that for next time to fund a Donini Apartment that does not accommodate dogs or other pets after all animals aren't always for everyone
• Lorna (9/5): Superb - Really enjoyed staying here and would stay again. The apartment was nice and very spacious. The bedrooms were comfortable and again had plenty of room in them. Just a lovely apartment and handy for everything. Hard see the door because the lighting in the building where the apartment is needs fixed. The WiFi code didn't work but to be fair we didn't contact the owners as we were only staying one night. Also the shower hose could do with replacing as it was rusty but the shower worked fine.
