• Roger (5/5): Desebedor - L'ubicació es bona, les vistes desde l'habitació i la zona es tranquila Les dimensions per a 4 persones no son Bones perquè no tens espai, la cuina super petita, al lavabo hi ha una finestra que dóna al passadís que passen els altres veïns i si tens la llum ensesa et veuen, el sofà llit és súper incòmode, el wifi es de pagament,
• Giovanni (7/5): Bom custo benefício para família de no Max 4 pessoas. - Localização muito boa, fácil acesso e possui facilidades no quarto, como máquina de lavar roupa, microondas, geladeira pequena, chaleira e máquina de café com algumas cápsulas de cortesia. Estacionamento ok para carros grandes. Climatização muito boa. Acústica do quarto muito boa, muito silencioso durante o dia e noite. Cama muito mole e com barulho de mola, o que acaba por irritar. O chuveiro tem muita variação de temperatura.
• Dominic (9/5): Good quality for the money compared to other options - The room was well-maintained and appeared to have been recently decorated. The kitchen was tiny but well equipped and included washing up cloth/sponge/sachet of washing up liquid. There were even four nespresso capsules provided. The room included plenty of places to store our things. The route through the complex to the Josep Serra chairlift saved time and energy - bit confusing at first but fairly well-signposted. Shower was a little bit weak but I’m probably spoiled at home. There wasn’t any draining board for the washing up. It was impossible to fit two pans on the hob rings properly as they were all too large in diameter. Still managed to cook ok though.

• Rave (8/5): Great stay - Amazing views, 5 minutes up the hill from the skilifts, in a cute town with a few bars and restaurants .very nice receptionist, clean room, comfortable etc Check out time at 10:00, could not find it back anywhere, and check in time is from 17:00- 20:00, extra cost for WiFi, extra cost for later check-out, 75 euros to help them clean the room, deposit of 130 euros for the room etc

• Juan Ramón (10/5): - La amplitud del apartamento y la ubicación a pie de pista para subir a las pistas y cerca de res tauranres y tiendas todos muy bien Lo que no me gustó nada especialmente a mí mujer que haya perros en las habitaciones mi mujer no consigue entenderlo además ladraban a una hora muy temprana.. debería haber un edificio concreto sólo para familias con perros es el único inconveniente

La tranquilidad del lugar y del recinto, así como las vistas, le confieren un ambiente único. El apartamento es funcional y práctico. Es necesario reservar aparcamiento privado porque de lo contrario no se puede aparcar por la zona. Llevamos varios años yendo, y pensamos seguir repitiendo. Nada en concreto.

• Takako (4/5): 2回目はない - アパートであること 洗濯機が壊れていて何度やっても脱水できず、スタッフに言ったら交換は次の日になるからフロントで乾燥までできると言われたが引き取りに行くとびしょびしょのまま渡された。またチェックインも遅い時間からしかできず、WiFiもない。いろんなことにエクストラチャージ取られる。前泊まった時に良かった印象があったので泊まったが全然良くなかった

• David (8/5): Permite mascotas en las habitaciones - Es un apartamento amplio y cómodo con todos los accesorios necesarios para pasar unos días El apartamento olía a perro. El sofá cama es muy ruidoso. El tapizado de las sillas está en mal estado. No hay jabón en la ducha. En los espacios comunes del hotel encuentras meadas y cagadas de perros. La gente deja a los perros solos en la habitación.

El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario estuvimos muy agusto. En caso de volver, elegiría otra vez este sitio sin dudarlo. Para aparcar, o pagas garaje o parking o es imposible

• Susanne Marion (3/5): Schlechter Schlaf, energieraubend und anstrengend. - Praktische Familienunterkunft als Zwischenstop. Wenn die Ausstattung funktioniert hätte, wäre es gut. Kaffeemaschine und dazugehörige Caps vorhanden. Wir hatten zwei Superior Appartements. Bei beiden Zimmern funktionierte die Waschmaschine nicht einwandfrei. Die Wäsche blieb nass und das Waschmittel klebte an der Wäsche nach Beendigung des Programms. (Beide Zimmer!) Matratzen sind durchgelegen und müssen erneuert werden. Duschbrause hängt auf über 2m Höhe und lässt sich nicht justieren. Wasser fließt in der Dusche nicht ab. Hellhörig, Störgeräusche von Hunden anderer Familien in anderen Appartements. Verdunklung/Jalousie hat Macken. Seifenspender in Dusche und Waschbecken waren leer.

Only had a swipe card . Had no key to unlock door. • Stephen (7/5): Enjoyable stay but a few issues to resolve. - The location and the views were great. The apartment was clean and well-equipped (on the whole). The WI-FI was of poor quality and an extra cost. There was no provision of basics like washing-up liquid or sponge or a few coffee capsules. They expect you to provide these consumables, even if you are only staying a few nights.Nothing to get you started. The shower had virtually no pressure. I mentioned this to reception but not action was taken. Lastly, we could not get the washing machine to work properly and it left our clothes wet. Birds dropping on our window. Check in time is later 17h and check-out time early 10h. It is not a lodge it is some apartments in a communal building. All this said, we still enjoyed our time here but more attention to detail is needed.
