- Přemysl (8/5): Oáza klidu v hlavním městě - Určitě stojí za zmínku umístění v klidné lokalitě Lublaně, přitom autobusem do 10 minut do centra, pěšky pěkná vycházka, obzvláště když jste to vzali přes Golovec, kde lesem dojdete až k hradu. Pokoj byl velmi pěkně vybaven, včetně ovladatelné klimatizace. Super je prostorná terasa v prvním patře. Možnost parkování u domu je též skvělá, i když je to někdy logisticky náročnější. Jedna sdílená koupelna spolu se záchodem na celé patro dělávala problém, ačkoliv byla prostorná a skvěle vybavena. Alespoň jedna toaleta zvlášť by byla moc fajn. Stejně tak to byl jediný zdroj vody, pokud jste nechtěli zasahovat na terase do prostoru ubytovatelů. Těch mi bylo při našem pobytu na terase někdy drobet líto, protože hosté chtě nechtě zasahovali do jejich rodinných chvil u jídla či jen relaxu po práci. Parkování je mnohdy pro zručnějšího řidiče.

- Rihards (10/5): Cozy stay near Ljublana - I would like to thank the owner for greeting us and showing us the apartment. There is a spot to park a car, ig you drive. Rooms were quite, comfortable. Fridge, electric kettle available in the room and microwave available in shared terasse.

- M (8/5): Saubere Unterkunft in einer angenehmen Wohnumgebung - Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen und angenehmen Wohngegend. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, das Bett ist gut, alles sehr sauber. Auch die Terrasse zu nutzen war fein. Mit dem Motorrad ist man in 5 Minuten in der Altstadt. Der Empfang war sehr unfreundlich. Wir sind anderen Gästen gefolgt um einzuchecken und ohne zu wissen, dass wir in deren Apartment stehen, wurden wir vom Sohn des Hauses angeblafft mit: „what are you doing here?“ Und mit Handbewegungen hinaus gewunken. Auch ansonsten kam ihm kein Lächeln oder irgendeine Freundlichkeit über die Lippen. Die Hausherrin hat abends auf der Terrasse nicht mal gegrüßt. Also alles in allem ein schönes Haus und ein guter Aufenthalt aber Gastfreundschaft braucht man sich nicht zu erwarten.

Ліжка зручні, скрізь чисто, в номері є холодильник, чайник, чай, кава цукор, чашки, склянки і ложки. Сучасні нові меблі. Ванна кімната велика, чиста, є шампунь, гель для душу і мило. Простора тераса, де є обідні столи, мікрохвильова піч, тостер, чайник для загального користування. Господарі дуже гостинні, допомагали потрібною інформацією і порадами. І я можу з впевненістю стверджувати, що це найкраще помешкання, в якому ми зупинялися за два тижні подорожі

Higijena toaleta i sobe je bila na nivou, koju je takodje momak održavao. Sa druge strane žena koja je pretpostavljam host, bila je drska, naprijatna i u krajnju ruku bezobrazna, bez konkretnog razloga. Toliko da nam je bilo veoma neugodno i jedva smo cekale da odemo. Takodje u opisu pise da poseduje kuhinju medjutim kada smo dosli zena nam nije dozvolila da koristimo kuhinju ni na 15 minuta da ispecemo belo meso koje smo prethodno kupili misleci da cemo imati kuhinju. Ne preporucujem i ne bih opet boravila ovde.

The room was not super clean, but adequate for a short stay. Biggest drawback was the shared bathroom, were seemingly most of the guests shared one, which was a bit of a hassle. The bathroom itself was clean and nice!

The room was clean, very quiet, and private, with a comfortable bed, plenty of natural light and very good Wi-Fi. Comfy bed. Although this is a comment about lodging, I have to say that Ljubljana is a fantastic and charming city The photos of the room show a kitchen, but guests are not allowed to use it. This was a big disappointment and made the stay more expensive, as eating out was the only option. The city tax is not included in the listing price and must be paid in cash at check-in. This makes the overall cost higher than it first appears. One thing to keep in mind is that there is only one bathroom shared among several guests, which may require some waiting. The bathroom is quite spacious and could potentially be divided into two to better accommodate guests. Unfortunately, it looked like it was not cleaned during my stay, which was disappointing. The location is in a quiet suburb far from the city center, I had to take the bus, which runs infrequently, especially in the evening. It would be a great improvement to add hangers in the wardrobe. Also, a space for washing clothes or at least to wash the glasses and cups provided with the room. I had to use the bathroom sink.
- Kimberly (10/5): Loved it - What a lovely place! We weren’t sure what to expect so was pleasantly surprised to be received in a sparkling clean, incredibly spacious area. The room was massive with a lovely balcony, a comfy bed and clean linens. The kitchen has everything you need, with multiple fridges for guests and plenty of space to relax or dine. Supermarket and shopping mall within walking distance, and a 10 minute drive into the city centre. Parking on-site was a lovely bonus. Nothing!

Parking space in front of the house is a great bonus. The beds are a bit uncomfortable and squeaky, might be a problem if you're a light sleeper like me. But all in all still a very good value for the price. Would definitely recommend.

- James (8/5): Great value stay in Villa with friendly hosts. - The room was comfortable and clean, it also had good facilities with a fridge and microwave so some food can be made. The neighbourhood was nice and safe and there was an Hoffer/Aldi supermarket near. The location was slightly far out the city but it was still fairly easily accessible by bus. One time I had to wait 30 minutes for one person to finish using the bathroom.

- Yossef (6/5): Decent value for money, good solution for tourists traveling with cars, but quite low on comfort. - For people traveling with a car and e-bikes on a trailer, this place was perfect in terms of safe private parking. Very easy to go into town using either bus or our bikes. The staff is a small family who operates the place was helpful (but dont seem to be the owners....) . The couple's son gave us an introduction and advice on how to move around, bus ticket app, and where to eat nearby, the father helped me with a little problem with my car. Room rates where on the low side. two main issues: 1. bed mattresses have seen much better days..... ours where mushy and too soft, time to replace 2. Just one shared bathroom with all the guests that are using it, is way too little! We often had to wait in the morning till we could use it. As a constructive note, the bathroom itself is way too big for no reason, nobody will use a bath shared with others, that takes a lot of place. So split and make two bathrooms....will improve experience big time. Our double room also had no table, chair or anything to put stuff on, so really minimal in terms of amenities.

The mattresses were uncomfortable and the place could use improvement in terms of both cleanliness and facilities. The shared bathroom and toilets are hardly enough for the number of people sharing it - we found ourselves waiting for a long time to use them. The shared terrace is crowded with objects hence hardly available for the guests. All in all, mediocre experience.

Additional advance is the private parking for your car or motorbike. City center is easy reachable by taxi for 7 EUR, or by bus for 1 EUR. Great shopping center and food options are next to the house. The whole area is calm and tiny My rating could be much better if the house would be more clear and maintained. The common kitchen is dirty without any essential equipment. Terrace looks like a storage, with many stuff, and trashes, you can feel the lack of attention in the house. It's not about the money, it's about the care and attention from the owners.

- MariaJesus (8/5): - Estuvimos a gusto,a pesar del baño compartido, no tuvimos ningun problema. La propietaria nos dejó su tarjeta de autobus toda la estancia,lo que es de agradecer. Está un poco lejos del centro , pero es muy silencioso,tranquilo y relajado en un marco de casas con jardin muy idilico. Hay un centro comercial muy cerca con todo lo necesario y un supermercado más cerca todavia. Fue una buena experiencia, lugar tranquilo y personas muy amables.

- Patricia (10/5): Very happy - We found this apartment well worth staying. It is located in a quiet residential area a short bus ride away from central. It was very comfortable, and clean with large spacious rooms. A welcomed change from hotels and hostels. We were all happy with our choice to stay here.

- Adrienne (8/5): Good for students. - A room in a house is what you are getting. A futon mattress and a shared bathroom. It was clean and the staff is friendly. Bed was uncomfortable so I would not go back. Not cheap enough for the poor night sleep.
- Guillermo (8/5): LUGAR MUY BONITO Y CÓMODO - Buen hotel lo único que para nosotros no nos agradó es que no tuviera baño dentro de la habitación pero es un gran lugar con muy bu n estacionamiento
- Natalija (6/5): - Charges at site didn't mach charges listed. Common outdoor area was a mess. Images don't picture the actual state of the room/propetty. The prople were very friendly tho, so that's a plus.
- daniel (10/5): Perfekt für die Familie - Wir haben es nur als Übernachtung zur Durchreise benutzt. Es war sehr geräumig für uns als Familie. Alle Annehmlichkeiten waren vorhanden. Garten, Parkplatz genauso wie Parkplatz. Es ist auch so , wie abgebildet. Ruhige sichere Lage. Auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt für eine Städtereise.
