Emmanuel (10/5): Amazing prime location. Bring breakfast back - This is the only place I stay. I always feel safe. It is always clean and welcoming. This location is close to everything which makes it so convenient. No more free breakfast. I was so disappointed. They no longer give the breakfast card to go to The Haven to eat on the rooftop. Not too happy about that because that was one of the best parts of the trip. You guys already took the bar away, but not breakfast.
Emmanuel (7/5): Location is clean, convenient, and secure. No hot water, and lot of noise from construction on both side of the building - The property is at a prime location. A short work to convenient stores, restaurants, and the night life. Very clean area, and I felt secure. There were no hot water for me to shower. I told the front desk. Someone came to check on it, and it still didn't work.

Paola (5/5): - La ubicación es perfecta. He de decir que este hotel permite activamente el turismo sexual y que creo que es algo que se debe mencionar en la descripción. Ya sé que es only adults pero yo no sabía porque hasta que vi que la única familia que estábamos allí éramos nosotros, lo demás eran todo americanos acompañados de señoritas que luego a las 3 de la mañana salen dando portazos y gritando. Sé que no pueden coartar los acompañantes pero quizás si poner un filtro de que no se permita añadir acompañantes a partir de cierta hora o controlar los ruidos…no repetiría por esta razón y si alguien va al hotel es mejor que lo sepa. Además de que tenía la cama llena de hormigas voladoras.

Medero (6/5): Memorable como quiera <3 - Andres Gutierrez fue excelente desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos. La localización es muy buena, aunque en las noches, dado que estamos durmiendo, a veces era difícil. El apartamento con 3 cuartos y baños individuales es muy recomendado Lamentablemente, mi mayor queja fueron los baños. Necesitan arreglos urgentes, tanto en mantenimiento como en limpieza. Había hongo y mucha humedad, y el piso se mojaba completamente hasta el inodoro cada vez que uno se bañaba, ya que no hay puerta, solo una alfombra, lo cual no es higiénico. Esta alfombra permanece constantemente mojada, lo que aumenta la probabilidad de acumulación de hongo. En una ocasión, uno de los baños expulsó desechos por la tubería, ensuciando toda la bañera. La situación fue muy desagradable y el olor se propagó por todo el cuarto master, causándonos malestar. Adicionalmente, recomiendo instalar espejos de cuerpo completo, ya que no hay y son necesarios para poder arreglarse y alistarse antes de salir.

Gabriel (6/5): Un excellent potentiel gâcher par l'isolation sonore inexistante ! - L'emplacement, l'espace dans les chambres, employés sympathiques, jacuzzi... L'hôtel ne possède aucune isolation phonique, vous entendez tous des autres chambres, ainsi que de l'extérieur (heureusement, partie calme de Provenza), le sommeil est ruiné ce qui est un comble pour un hôtel ! Et même si il s'agit d'un quartier festif, un minimum d'atténuation du son est requis...ajoutez à cela les travaux environnants qui débute très tôt le matin, votre séjour risque d'être déplaisant, c'est dommage car l'endroit à un bon potentiel, avec des corrections adéquats l'endroit serait parfait.

Jhon Deyvi (10/5): genial, pero... - La ubicación es muy muy buena, a pocos pasos de la entrada a la calle Provenza y parque Lleras también, por ubicación muy recomendado, hay recepción 24h tema limpieza tienes que hablar con ellos para las horas que te vengan bien y la comunicación excelente. aceptan visitas solo hace falta porte su documentación y no hay ningun pago extra. el ruido si eres de sueño ligero te va costar dormir, el apartamento da a la calle ambas habitaciónes por eso al ser concurrida se suele escuchar mucho ruido de coches.

GioBettaz (8/5): Due notti nella zona più sicura di Medellin - Posizione perfetta, molto vicina a locali e ristoranti, in una zona sicura della città. Appartamento molto bello con 4 camere e 4 bagni molto funzionale. Consigliato. Abbiamo chiesto che venisse pulito l'appartamento (che era incluso nel prezzo) ma non è stato fatto. Non è possibile fare colazione all'interno della struttura.
Marta (5/5): No lo recomiendo - La ubicación excepcional y las camas muy cómodas. Desconozco cómo son el resto de apartamentos, pero no recomiendo alojarse en los de la planta baja. El balcón que aparece en las fotografías está cerrado con llave y no se puede abrir. Por tanto, no hay ventilación ni ventanas que den al exterior, y el apartamento está en un sótano (no una planta baja). La consecuencia de que no haya ventanas ni ventilación es que se acumula una cantidad de humedad que no se secan ni las toallas. Por otro lado, el suelo estaba sucio, había pelos de anteriores huéspedes en el suelo del baño y los muebles muy descuidados. No fue hasta llegar y hacer el checkin que nos dijeron los del propio hotel que era un hotel específico “para fiestas”. Las habitaciones están preparadas para hacer fiestas, y hay bastante ruido por las noches. En general, si buscan una estancia tranquila en Medellín y un alojamiento cómodo, no lo recomendaría. No tiene nada que ver con lo que parece en fotos y en la descripción.

SERON (7/5): Mal aislamiento de sonido - Limpio y zona segura La habitación está muy mal aislada y se escucha cada bocina, cada frenazo de coche y cada grito de la calle, incluso a las tantas de la mañana, lo que impide un buen descanso.
GERMAN (6/5): Estancia mejorable - Ubicación. Jacuzzi. Amplitud del apartamento y que cada habitación tiene su baño y buena provisión de minibar. En primer lugar, era un sótano con apenas posibilidades de iluminación, ventilación que provocaban malos olores (humedad). Ademas, estaba sucio en algunos sitios como los baños. En alguna habitación, como producto de algún desagüe, se producían charcos de agua.
Ilia (7/5): Muy buen alojamiento - Muy limpio, correcto y muy amables. Muy buena ubicación aunque ruido de fiestas por las noches. El ruido de la calle y que las ventanas fueran con vinilos opacos.
Cristina (1/5): Humedades y moho por toda la habitación - Lo único bueno del apartamento es la ubicación. Aún así, hay que tener en cuenta que está lejos del metro (unos 30 min). Cuando hicimos la reserva en ningún momento se indicaba que el apartamento estaba ubicado en un sótano sin ventilación ni ventanas (pese a que en las fotos aparece una especie de balcón el mismo está cerrado y no se puede abrir, lo cual preguntamos y nos dijeron que no había acceso) La primera noche el nivel de humedad era alto pero no tanto como al despertar, cuando nos levantamos era insoportable estar allí, no se secaban ni las toallas que usamos para secarnos. Cuando por el día observamos todo más detenidamente comprobamos cómo las paredes estaban llenas de moho y humedades. Se estropeó el deshumidificador (no controlan el mismo y tienes que estar pendiente de vaciarlo porque si no deja de funcionar) y el porcentaje de humedad subió a cerca del 80%. Era imposible estar en la habitación y ni que decir dormir. La propia ropa de cama está humedad en todo momento y se te queda olor a humedad en toda la ropa con las incomodidades que eso provoca cuando estás de viaje y fuera de casa. Al preguntar en la recepción no nos dieron solución teniendo que poner una incidencia en booking (tras muchas llamadas al teléfono de atención al cliente y numerables quejas por email) que la única solución que nos dio fue reembolsar las dos noches que quedaban de estancia y que buscáramos otro hotel por nuestra cuenta (con los inconvenientes que eso tiene) y la imposibilidad de conseguir algo al mismo precio. Solo podemos recomendar tener mucho cuidado a la hora de reservar y comprobar que no es en la planta baja.
Gianluca (5/5): Si vas en familia y quieres descansar no lo recomiendo! - El alojamiento estaba limpio y Alejandro de recepción bastante agradable Esta en una zona muy ruidosa y no se puede dormir de noche es como estar dentro de una discoteca. Estuvimos 4 noche y la segunda hubo una pelea en la habitación de al lado a las 4 de la mañana con policía y todo, la última noche en la habitación de al lado también pusieron la música a todo volumen y fue imposible descansar. Es una pena porque por el resto no está del todo mal.

My favourite part is that they have a ground floor porch where you can people watch and hang out with your own personal drink of choice. Comfortable beds and pillows, clean rooms. This hotel has flexiblel rules and friendly staff. …the bad...there is construction going on next door and like any place in Latin America you can hear all the noise outside the room. But the hotel does provide ear plugs. My particular room smells musty. But the hotel provides a dehumidifier in the room. Don’t let the negativity discourage from staying here.

Joel (5/5): Don’t book downstair rooms - Close proximity to night life. Good value My review is based on the down stairs rooms. These rooms have very poor ventilation. They are very humid and smell moldy. Also found mold behind doors and around base boards. Needless to say this is a huge health hazard that should be taken care of.

Emmanuel (10/5): - This is a fantastic place to stay. The staff is excellent and friendly. I've been staying there for years. Many more affordable places exist, but I refuse to stay anywhere else. I feel more secure at this location. One thing you should know: there is no parking if you are thinking about renting a car. Uber and taxi pick-ups are easily accessible. There are many stores and restaurants within short walking distance from the hotel.

Christopher (9/5): Excellent choice to be close to the nightlife, but not in the middle of it. - Excellent location. Right in the middle of the party district. It was a relatively quiet street, but only 5-10 minute walk from much nightlife. The room was nice and spacious. Very clean. The staff was very friendly. Security was good. Tons of excellent restaurants within walking distance. No elevator. Loud music coming from a club nearby, every single night. Fridge was so full of stuff that you had no room to put anything you bought. Beds were a little hard.

Grasiela (10/5): - Provenza lofts is the perfect stay in a hot spot of medellin, PROVENZA!! Prior to our stay we booked a patagliding experiance through a neighbor hotel haven, which is right around the corner! Haven also has a rooftop restaurant super cute and fun. Provenza lofts is in the perfect spot walking distance from provenza plaza where youll find fun nightlife, literally like 3 blocks away! We would def stay here when visiting Medellin again! 10 fpr 10 recommend.

Louis (6/5): - We had issues with the hot tube all week. Its an old water heating system that required a staff member to empty and re fill the unit once a day. The water was not warm at all for the first two days. Then for the next day or so the water was incredibly hot and we couldn't sit in the hot tube. Finally by day three they figured out a solution... All visitors to the loft had to pay to enter, which is very inconvenient and costly. We have family in colombia that would come and meet with us and couldn't come up for a drink or to sit and wait for us to be ready as the fee would be in affect 100.000 pesos each person (visitors)

David (2/5): Beware - On a positive note good location and pics are accurate but beware of this place that will charge you for having a visitor over at night when no one is at the front desk (which doesn't seem safe). Also they would not check us in on time and made us wait while they checked someone in down the street at another property. Not reasonable people to deal with if there are any issues.
