• Suke (8/5): - Lokasinya strategis: dekat dari Kereta bandara dan MRT, tidak terlalu jauh dari Mal-mal.. Ketika saya menginap, (1) menemui semut dan seranggga kecil; (2) fasilitas shower berfungsi tidak sempurna (memang tetap bisa mandi, namun sambil terpaksa mengeluarkan air dari keran air).

• Guest (9/5): - It was convenient for me for a short stay in the city. It was a short walk to some good malls nearby. Loved the room size. I could open my big luggage without stepping into it. It was so hot that it would have been nice if the room had a mini-fridge for beverages.

• 島 (2/5): 駅から近いこと以外、良いところはありません。 - Sudirman駅から歩いてすぐなので,観光や空港へのアクセスに便利。 窓があるDeluxe Roomを予約しましたが、窓なしのStandard Roomである306号室を提供されました。トイレットペーパーもありませんでした。そのことをスタッフに指摘したところ、「今日は窓がある部屋は満室だから明日は窓のある部屋を提供する。トイレットペーパーはずいぶん前から提供していない。」との返事でした。翌日に窓のある307号室に移動しました。306号室と307号室のどちらも共通していたのがエアコンがよく冷えない、長い髪の毛が床のあちこちにたくさん落ちていたことです。Bath matの上にも髪の毛が落ちていました。床掃除をしておらず、Bath matの交換もしていないのが明らかでした。

• 776quangh (8/5): Exploring The Jakarta Trip at RedDoorz Plus @ Thamrin - This is my first trip to Jakarta. The hotel is fine with the convenience of the location. Located near a city centre as well as a station is a plus. Staff are friendly, and greet us promptly when entering the hotel. However, the hotel should improve the cleanliness of the room, the toilet still has few small cockroaches, and the table/drawer is dirtied.

• rzerbetto (5/5): Great location, but unclean - The location is great. The bed is big and the room has a small table and chair, so i could work in my room The dirtiest hotel room I ever used, blankets and pillows were dirty and smelly. Towels are old and look dirty.

Todo parecía haber sido usado por otra persona ese mismo día. Pusimos nuestra ropa estirada en la cama para no tocar las sábanas. Horrible
• François (5/5): - Bien si on cherche un endroit pour dormir pas cher Pas de papier toilette, essuies sales et effilochés , pas de fenêtre, lorsque nous avons activé l'air conditionné, l'air sentait très mauvais, aucune pression de robinet. La douche est ok mais pas d'eau chaude. Bref c'est minimaliste, mais ok si vous cherchez un endroit pour dormir et repartir pour pas cher.

• letizia (7/5): Ottimo per comoditá rispetto alla stazione treni - Ottima posizione se si vuole usare treno dall’aeroporto e mezzi pubblici. Zona vivace. Stanza pulita (ma senza finestra) bagno ha però una piccola finestrella. Per una notte o due può essere una buona scelta. Il posto non ha molta personalità e non c’è modo di avere la colazione (ma intorno c’è di tutto).

• Abdo (1/5): I tell you that I will stop dealing with Booking as well because you are the mediator and I tried to contact you but I c - All they think about is money and there are no services. I lost about $500 Canadian and rented the room I wanted in the same hotel, but they refused to modify the reservation or pay any difference. I was tired after traveling for a whole day, and I regretted it. This is the last time I will be in this hotel. I went to another hotel. Even the manager was reading my messages and did not respond, and I deleted his number. My advice to you is not to lose your customers in this way, because I read your negative reviews. I have never felt exploited and sad except on this trip. I will change to another application other than Booking because you are the middleman and you are the reason for my loss. I sent you their reservation that they forced me to book from with the reservation confirmation, so I now have two rooms and I do not need another room. I know what the problem is, but I hope that one of your employees will talk to me. Thank you

• Muhammad Syukri (8/5): Value for money - Location quite strategic. Value for money. The environment outside is quite unpleasant but the room is totally different although a bit cramped.
• amit (7/5): This property is good if you are traveling alone and on a budget with limited time in Jakarta! - location is near the central landmarks and eating places. If you have less time and want not to waste time in traffic while touring maximum number of must to see places, then this site is good. Staff support is excellent and they will always receive you with smile on their faces. The room size, lighting and the cleanliness were poor. Lift is crampy if you are traveling with luggage. The AC inside the room is not good. Moreover all the rooms are similar so the upgrade is also not attractive.

The bed was too big, it was almost as big as the room. There was almost no room left to put my luggage. The room was dark as there was no window.
• Lidia (1/5): Lamentable - Llegamos y el chico nos obligó a pagar en efectivo cuando a través de la aplicación habíamos seleccionado el método de pago con tarjeta. Todo el rato se hacía el tonto para no ayudarnos diciendo que no sabía inglés y que no nos entendía, sin embargo, cuando nos dio las llaves de la habitación y una de las habitaciones tenía la ventana rota, sí que lo entendió rápidamente en inglés. No funcionaba la ducha y nos pusieron un cubo de fregona para que nos ducháramos con eso, lamentable.

Hotel ni utk mandi,tukar baju,dan tidur sahaja jangan fikirkan benda lain maka anda akan gembira. Hotel tidak menyediakan sarapan tapi sepanjang jalan depan hotel macam-macam local street food available untuk dinikmati ketika sarapan mahupun mimun petang. Tiada sabun mandi. Patutnya disediakan lah sabun mandi untuk setiap kamar.

• Lidia (1/5): Decepción - Tras 12horas de vuelo llegamos a este alojamiento y habíamos seleccionado el pago con tarjeta por lo que aún no habíamos sacado dinero del banco; sin embargo, nos obligaron a pagar a través de una aplicación que tenía pinta de ser poco fiable o en efectivo. Tuvimos que salir en busca de un cajero ya que no nos dejaban dejar las maletas y pagar luego. El hombre que nos atendió no hablaba inglés y se comunicaba con nosotras atraves de Google translate. Cuando por fin subimos a la habitación la ventana estaba abierta con la manivela arrancada por lo que no podíamos cerrarla y la ventana por fuera llena de cigarros. Tuvimos que perder otro rato más en que subieran a arreglarlo en lugar de cambiarnos de habitación. Para colmo cuando abrimos la puerta del baño nos encontramos un barreño grande con una palangana para que nos ducharáramos así, pues la ducha no funcionaba. Tampoco nos dieron ni cepillo de dientes, ni gel, ni papel higiénico que en la descripción pone que incluye.

• Luca Mitillo (4/5): - la posizione è sicuramente comoda, fermata della metro e del autobus vicine. prezzo basso che rispecchia la qualità! può andare bene per un viaggiatore singolo ma lo sconsiglio a coppie! l'ascensore non è stato funzionante per tutto il soggiorno di 3 notti ,la camera era sicuramente adatta da singola a doppia quindi rimaneva piccolissima, non c'era spazio per la valigia e per fortuna che ero da solo! senza finestra e non proprio pulitissimo !! la doccia allaga il bagno ogni volta per non parlare del ristorante del hotel che nessuno parlava inglese ed erano svogliati di stare lì , quasi che disturbavo, infatti sono andato via!

The internet very bad , I had to use my own internet from my mobile which is costing a lot of money . The staff are nice and friendly

• Johannes (6/5): Nur für kurzfristigen Aufenthalt - Die Lage ist sehr gut und das Personal höflich. Bettlaken waren nicht sauber sondern hatten Flecken. Dusche und Toilette sind nicht abgetrennt. Das Hotelzimmer war durch das große Bett sehr eng und insgesamt ziemlich abgewohnt. Es gab zweimal um 06:30 Uhr einen weckruf, obwohl ich keinen bestellt hatte

However, it's essential to manage expectations accordingly. In my opinion, the pictures and online ratings seemed a bit overestimated. As cores, a decoração, tudo tem um ar de precisar urgentemente de uma renovação. A roupa de cama tem uma cor branco cinza que deixa a dúvida sobre se foi lavado ou é mesmo assim. Está coçada e rasgada nalguns lugares. Tive a infelicidade de me baixar para apanhar as pilhas do comando do A/C: o chão, particularmente sob a cama, é repugnante. Sei que o quarto foi muito barato mas dado o produto que oferecem torna-se caro. Muito decepcionante.

• David (1/5): The worst hotel experience of my life - I don’t leave bad reviews, but you need to know about this place. Outside is dirty, with people hanging around all day and night. They have the most unfriendly and unhelpful receptionist Martina. She would not let me see the room until I paid in full for 3 nights. She didn’t help when I asked for the WiFi password. The hotel is right beside a very busy and noisy road, which actually gets louder as the night progresses with motorbike racers. I could not sleep before 4am. The pillowcases are old and smelly. They did not provide soap, bottled water or a kettle. There was no toilet paper! I left after 2 nights and I didn’t even bother to ask for a refund.

• Marc (1/5): - Rien J ai réservé et payé pour une chambre de luxe 25m2 et la réceptionniste me donne une chambre de 12m2, petite sans fenêtre, une tv avec tres tres peu de canaux disponibles, une connexion wifi minable, j ai manifester mon mécontentement, la réceptionniste dit que c est Booking com qui s est trompé. Bref, pas d autre chambre. Minable et cher. Du vol je demande le remboursement ma plainte est en cours

• Yoshimi (7/5): - BNIやMRT、トランスジャカルタも近い。BNIの北口でて真っ直ぐMRT通り過ぎ高架を通ってすぐ左の道みれば看板が見え難なく到着。プラザインドネシアも歩ける距離。コンビニも隣。立地は最高。部屋は清潔、シャワーもタンクの容量のお湯は出る。また泊まっても良い。 水はタンクのミネラルウォーターを瓶に詰めてある。廊下にタンクがあるのでお代わりできる。 トイレットペーパーはない。シャワーの排水は良くなく、２日目は洗面台までみずが流れてタオルで塞き止めたり手間がかかった。
• Hau-min (9/5): - 交通方便，搭機場快線到市區再轉一站慢車就到，離Sudirman火車站和Dukuh Atas BNI捷運站都很近。要到舊城區可以搭一站捷運到Bundaran Hl再轉公車。隔壁就是便利商店 說是有電熱水壺，其實沒有，要去樓上或樓下的飲水機。樓梯堆放雜物影響通行
