- Karthic (1/5): UnWORTHY FOR THE MONEY CHARGED - I didn't like anything in this hotel. Neither the staff nor the room. They charged me extra by coercion. Everything. From the room, cleanliness not being maintained to staff behaviour. Knocking the room to ask about details they want.

- Joshy (5/5): Passable - The room was big, two double beds as in the advertisement, My stay at Hotel Citywalk Residency in Mangalore had some significant drawbacks. One of the main issues was the lack of an in-house restaurant. The hotel is tied up with outside restaurants for food delivery, but this arrangement was unreliable. We struggled to get through on the phone several times, having to ring multiple times before anyone answered. This was incredibly frustrating when we were tired and just wanted a quick meal. Another downside was the hotel's location. It's not ideal for families, as no family-friendly restaurants are nearby. This made it challenging to find suitable dining options, especially after a long day of travel. These issues made our stay less enjoyable, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel for families.

- Ebin (1/5): Bad - This is not a hotel setup. A commercial building 2nd and 3 rd floor converted as a hotel. So much noise.. Lift was not working in the morning.I took a premium AC room for rs 2300, in the toiletries kit they were given 2 small pieces of soap only... Kittle is provided without a tea bag and sugar 😁.. Room cleaning is only once in two days as told by reception. If it's bad weather outside, your T. V will not work. No value for money...

- Rammanohar (10/5): Value for money - Tea bags were there with milk powder and sugar and a kitchen with all facilities and utensils. Breakfast was not offered as part of the package. There was a living room and a bed room. Udupi Sri Krishna temple is at walking distance. It was not easy to get public transport without walking a bit. However it was possible to book taxi with the help of the receptionist. This should be kept in mind.

After a string of experiencing sub par services from several hotels, I didn't expect much from this establishment either. Hotel CityWalk Residency was a surprising change. Asked for a cleaning of small area in the room after a beach visit. Got a reply cleaning only once a day thT too in the morning. Not worth the money.
