• Sarah (5/5): Great location & clean, but if you are wanting something fancier, perhaps look somewhere else. - The location was great and it is moderately comfortable and clean and great value for money. The coffee was great. It is more like a hostel rather than a hotel in terms of basic facilities. There are smokers in the foyer, which left a stale smell in the hotel. The managers/owners are not as helpful as the other reviews mentioned, but the staff are pleasant enough. There was one lady who was lovely and helped with our washing (which was so quick and cheap); however, I would not say they are overly friendly or helpful.
• Allison (10/5): perfectly cozy place - this was the perfect place to stay on a perfect little island. the hotel has a fabulous location, 2 minute walk to a white sand beach and several restaurants close by. the room is cleaned daily, with water provided, fresh towels, and a very powerful AC.every encounter with the family who runs this place was extremely pleasant and helpful (they will help you book excursions or rent a bike :)). the lovely lady at the reception - Oanh (I’m so sorry if I spelt this wrong) was particularly amazing and made my stay extra special. when i come back to this island, i will absolutely come back to this hotel!

• Justine (10/5): Lovely stay in Con Dao - Amazing location, a few meters away from the pier and the beach The room was clean and very spacious, with a large and beautiful private terrace The staff was amazing: they helped us book a shuttle bus to the airport, did our laundry, and provided us with water daily. They even gave us a free coffee to take away while we got on the shuttle bus! Nothing, amazing vacation in Con Dao

On a du se promener en scooter pour trouver une belle MNM pas de déchet… Accès aux locations de vélo et scooter est très pratique. Propriétaire est très sympathique et il connaît des bonnes adresses de restaurant Chambre et Salle be Bain un peu vieux … mais correct pour environ 30 cad par nuit Pas de déjeuner sur place

• Patryk (10/5): Uśmiech właścicieli i uroczy pensjonat - Absolutnie wyjątkowy pensjonat. Wspaniała para, która prowadzi obiekt pomaga ze wszystkim: podpowiada wycieczki, organizuje tańszego busa na lotnisko, są cały czas uśmiechnięci. :) Ten pensjonat ma super klimat rodem z Hawajów. Piękna plaża znajduje się 100 metrów od obiektu. Pokoje są małe ale optymalne do odpoczynku: przecież nie jest to hotel pięciogwiazdkowy. Klimatyzacja działa sprawnie. Z okna nie ma zbytnio widoczku, ale przecież w pokoju tylko się spi, a czas spędza na zewnątrz :) Przed pensjonatem piękne patio z widoczkiem na sielską uliczkę, w recepcji znajduje się piękne akwarium a przed budynkiem malutkie oczko wodne. Polecam z całego serca, zwłaszcza za przemiłą obsługę właścicieli :) niestety nie ma możliwości wykupienia śniadanka co jest malutkim minusem, ale przecież niedaleko są sklepy i knajpki gdzie to sniadanie można za grosze zjeść ;) 10/10 ❤️🧡💛💚💙

Also, I felt really comfortable here as a solo female traveler. I also really appreciated the support from Binh for outdoor adventures - all the spots were lovely ✨ thank you!

• Marjory (9/5): Perfect location, comfy little family run hotel! - Binh the owner has been in Con Son all his life so he is the font of all knowledge and happy to share with guests. The hotel is not the fanciest but we loved our 4 night stay. The location is perfect and the room was comfortable, including fridge and air con, shower was great too with plenty of hot water.

I stayed 9 days because the island was so beautiful and welcoming and the hotel was nice. My room was cleaned everyday. My bed was soft. Not new rooms, but all the comfort you need.

• Valérie (10/5): Relaxing, friendly and comfortable - The location, 1 second away from the stunning beach, the owner, Binh, hilarious dude, lives there all his life so he knows his stuff and the fair prices. (And the only Guy we met who doesnt hold a gun to your head to write a positive review). And he’s ready to help with finding the best prices, activities, booking taxi’s and what not. We went on a snorkling trip and let baby turtles in the sea, which was truly wonderful, thanks to Binh who booked the activity. Overall, at the con Son island hotel, we felt at home, mostly due to the great service of the owner, the nice rooms and the relaxed, laidback atmosphere of the island. This hotel has everything you need for a great authentic stay in Con Dao! All good.
• John (4/5): Disappointing - Location & Staff very friendly and helpful. We ordered a room which stated it was for 3 people but we were shown a room with only a double bed .we had to say no to that as we are not a couple and then we got a bedroom with 2 beds.

The hotel was nice, especially for the price and there's a great bar next door which does nice authentic Vietnamese food. Very close to the beach. Binh was very friendly and helpful the whole time as well and was able to sort me out with my day trip on the boat and helped me with Ferry tickets and my connection to the ferry

The owner is really nice and helpful, helping organise airport taxis, day trips, bike hire - he also makes DELICIOUS coffee at the downstairs cafe! Very relaxed vibe, run by a local family - I felt at home straightaway. Great WiFi and aircon too. It's clean and comfortable, rather than new and shiny - but I like that better. And the lounge area is super nice to hang out when it's too hot to explore.

• Melissa (8/5): Very good - Location was perfect! The room was quite large and clean, and the staff were helpful in arranging transportation to the national park and airport. Laundry service is 5000 d per item. Beds were VERY hard. Although Booking says that they accept credit cards, they said their machine was down (like many hotels in my experience) and required a cash payment. Fine, just a bit annoying. Also, I messaged about an airport pickup shuttle a couple days in advance and never got a response. They did send a shuttle after I called upon landing but it meant I had to wait for about an hour at the airport. Kind of my fault too though since I didn’t follow up before arriving.

The hotel is well-located in the town center, within easy walking distance to the tourist pier. Highly recommended for your stay in Con Dao.

They also didn't charge me for the first night when I missed my flight and arrived the next morning.,which I was very grateful for. A kettle in the room would have been appreciated.
