Guest Reviews
- Chelsea (8/5): - Small, simple, clean, and comfortable. Very easy check-in and friendly staff. Perfect location for Belfast city center.
- Robyn A (10/5): - Rooms were very clean, staff were friendly. The rooms are basic but in a great neighborhood and has lots to do.
- Donna (10/5): - Excellent central location. Basic hotel but location makes up for that
- Patrick (8/5): - Minimal space room in budget hotel in central location. Good for very short stay.
- Muhammad (10/5): - Very good
- Christopher (10/5): - Exceptional location with many options, close to bus/train and hop on hop off bus
- Oleg (8/5): - Great location but extremely tiny rooms, good for 1 but not nearly enough for 2. Otherwise staff is great and helpful. If you have an option of booking a bigger "superior double room" please pay that minor difference, as it is major. Would stay again if it was cheaper though.
- Rosanna (10/5): - Great for overnight stay, very clean, room was compact and bijou
- Shanna (10/5): - It was great, small but fantastic location and it was clean and quiet! Staff was happy and helpful. Would def. stay here again. If you require a lot of privacy with the bathroom, you would not like this tho as there really isn’t any. Perhaps the larger rooms have a more private option. We didn’t care tho!
- Sherilyn (and Robert) (8/5): Smallest Room Ever - It was the teeniest room we have ever stayed in. Could not spend any time there other than for sleeping.
- Fred (8/5): - We didn’t realize how small our room was going to be. Our fault for that! Also did not know there was no parking available onsite, again our fault!
Cleanliness and great staff made up for it.
- James (8/5): Aparthotel not a hotel - So stayed here for one night, tiny room. I wouldn't call this a hotel, more an aparthotel no services available. Not even a kettle in the room to make a tea/coffee. It's fine but I wont be staying there again.
- Holly (10/5): Perfect! - A nice, affordable place to stay. Great location, clean rooms, and lovely staff. Would definitely return!
- Joshua (6/5): Noisy - Very noisy. You can hear anything in hallway and above and below.
- Clare (8/5): - Very good for the price. The rooms are small but mine was very clean and exactly as described. The foldable table and chair was useful to have if needed. I found the bed was in the hard side but otherwise a good stay and value for money.
- Julia (8/5): - The rooms are incredibly small and do not have many surfaces so you end up living out of your suitcase on the floor. This was frustrating but tolerable for a short stay. Super convenient location, right in the middle of the city centre, lots of food, attractions, and shopping nearby. Happy with my stay experience!
- Douglas (10/5): Belfast made Easy - Great central location. Easy to walk to attractions and the busses. Room was quite small but had everything you would need. Only thing missing was a small fridge.
- kevin (10/5): - Nice clean hotel lovely staff
- Chad (10/5): - Tiny room but would stay again!
- Judy (10/5): - Great hotel in the center of the city. Just one block from my bus from Dublin. Just one block to catch the city bus to Belfast city airport.
Many coffee shops and sandwich shops within one block. Plus some seat down dining as well.
Room is small but has everything you need for the basics. No hairdryer or tissues. No coffee pot.
I was able to check in before noon as well. I’d certainly stay here again.
- JOHNNY (8/5): - Convenient location. Small but nice rooms.
- Matthew (10/5): - Awesome. Checking in and out was very quick and easy. Room was very clean with excellent AC on a hot day. Great location near everything in central Belfast. Would definitely stay again.
- Mohammad (8/5): - Had a very comfortable stay, clean beds and toilets. Toilets are a little small in size though.
- Aidan (10/5): - We liked our stay with you. The hotel was close to everything and we could go back their when we wanted. Qe liked that we could watch tv when we watched
- Christopher (10/5): - It is a very nice quaint hotel located perfectly in the heart of town!
- Chloe (4/5): - This is a budget hotel, but many things were tough to handle. The toilets hardly worked, the mattress was just resting on a stand so any movement would cause it to slide off, and the rooms couldn't have been less soundproof. Guests were closing doors and moving through the halls, and it genuinely sounded like they were in the same room, even causing the walls to shake with noise. The location is perfect, though, and when staff were around, they were very nice.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Decent - Basic but clean and excellent location - good option if on a budget and not intending to spend much time in the hotel itself.
- michael (6/5): - The price is right for city center Belfast, but, you get what you pay for & I'd put this place at an upmarket hostel level rather than hotel.
Convenient for city center, bars, shopping, cafe's & some restaurants as well as the airport bus service is a 3 minute walk.
l would NOT recommend these rooms for people with weight problems & obese people should definately look elsewhere!
- Catherine Elizabeth Mary (8/5): - Very central, modern and clean.
- Kaytlin (10/5): - The room was massive and so clean! Front desk staff was very helpful. Parking isn't on site but there's street parking available (just keep in mind busy hours). There was lots of food options and shoping nearby and the transit to and from airport was quick!
- kimberly (6/5): - Limited
- Laura (8/5): - Stead for one night. Hotel very central and easy to find. Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff at reception were very friendly on arrival and departure. The only negative is the size of the room but for the location and price all was good.
- Judy Mae (8/5): - I love the ambience of the place. Its located right at the middle of city accesible with stores/restaurants. The room is very modern. A little bit skeptic the floor is squeky. Upon entering the bathroom is dirty.
- Verified traveler (2/5): It does what it purports - a bed and a shower - Pictures always make a place look big. The bathroom was super clean but the size of a double wardrobe and the bedroom itself was the size of the bed with no room to actually move around (that is for a couple - okay for single occupancy).
- Craig (10/5): - Great place to stay with helpful staff. Close to everything you need in the city
- Carla (8/5): - All was good for a stay in Belfast
- Thomas (10/5): Good value for money low cost solo hotel - Won’t lie was a little nervous about this property as its no frills low cost but the room was clean comfortable and good AC great value for money for a solo stay where I just needed a place to sleep and freshen up
- Richard (10/5): - A very convenient location and super clean room with everything you need. Breakfast is also available.
- DOUGLAS (10/5): Football Trip - Good budget hotel. Town centre. Easy access. Good staff. Near pubs, shops, restaurants.
- Alana (10/5): Would recommend. Happy stay for us. - Hotel is basic but in a good way. Has everything u need for a few nights stay. Bedroom is air conditioned which is excellent. Bathroom is small but everything was really clean. If u spend a lot of time in your room mayb not for you. But if it is for somewhere to chill for an hour in between things and then have a decent nights sleep it is for u. We did have a family room for my daughter and I so we had a lot of room but if 4 was in the room it might have been tight going. But r all we loved it. The staff r lovely and really helpful. So easy to talk with.
The hotel is really close to the centre of town and train station so I will b using again in the future.
- Sally (10/5): - Very helpful staff made our stay enjoyable. Welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Felt safe with someone on the front desk 24/7. Good location for walking the city or taking the bus.
- Harley J (10/5): - Budget but good
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Not very welcoming. Hotel in need of an refresh. Need new mattress on the bed. 3rd floor and no lift
- Sumalya (10/5): - Good place to stay in the city center
- Richard (10/5): Compact rooms, clean & modern throughout - Very central location, clean and up to date with great bathrooms. Room is pretty teeny but for the price, it's a no-brainer if you're not staying too long
- Tara (8/5): Great location, reasonable prices, friendly staff - Great location and friendly staff at reception. Room was spotless, and the check in process went smoothly. The bed was comfortable and for the reasonable price I paid, I was very happy! Thank you, easyHotel!
- Francis (10/5): - Great stay. Reception guy was awesome and very welcoming!
- Tara (10/5): Lovely wee hotel - Loved it here. The staff was very nice, friendly and gave good recommendations.
It was easy to find, easy to check in and out. The room was great. The room could be a little tight for 2 people and luggage but I think it’s perfect for the price and location. The only con for me is the a/c turns off in the middle of the night and you have to get up and turn it back on.
- JBW (10/5): - Great location - very easy to get from Europa Bus Centre.
Overall, I had a great stay - small rooms, so be prepared, but that’s obvious from the description and pictures. I stayed just as the COVID crisis began, and the staff were incredibly helpful in asking questions and helping visitors. I was OK with the room being cleaned every 3 days, but I would be nice to have a central trash bin for food trash (so that it doesn’t stay in the room for 3 days). Was also able to request a hairdryer for my stay - thank you! Wifi worked great and was strong (I was on 3rd floor). I do wish, wish, wish there was a coffee machine or at least a water boiler. It’s amazing how much you miss that when it is not there!
Something that the hotel can’t help, however, is the incredible rudeness of the other people who stay. Several nights were full on screaming in the hallway - cheap travelers staying at an inexpensive hotel not caring about others in the building. Not unique to easyHotel, though.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great spot with wonderful staff - Really great location, everything we needed and staff very welcoming and helpful
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Loved everything about the place. Central to shops, pubs, bus station. Would derfinately go back.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Great location and good staff. Nice neighbourhood, close to airport , restaurant S and hop on hop off tourists bus.
- Cindy (6/5): Family visit - See through bathroom really not functional with 3 people in room.
Flooding of sink resulted in a replacement room very effectively.
Lovely comfy bed.
Very central location for walking city.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - it was good, but I think the room size could be a little bigger. Overall, it was fine. Perfect location, and comfy room.
- GaryR (8/5): - The hotel is well situated in the city centre and close to public transportation. The room was very small - just barely room to walk around the bed.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Good location near all facilities, the room was small, really only fit for one person. Bed clean and comfortable great sleep, shower room perfect, however there was no where to sit or table for personal use hair, makeup etc. Staff were very pleasant answered all my questions.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - What I like most about the property was how clean it was and how friendly the staff was. I would defiantly book there again if I ever go back to Belfast
- Dave (10/5): - Very clean and warm. Great staff. More information about extra pillows, towels etc would have been good.
- Sarang (10/5): - Nice location and nice specious rooms with well maintained and cleaned
- Ciaran (6/5): Disappointed but standard of decor good. - The hotel was clean and fashionable but they should describe the room as a pod. Not great value for money considering what you can get elsewhere probably wouldn’t rebook in fairness.
- DANIELLE (10/5): Friendly staff, great location and good value - Lovely stay at this hotel. So good value for money, the friendliest staff and super clean and quiet. The lovely young gentleman on reception, Kevin, was always asking how our day was and helping us with recommendations. The location was perfect too and easy to find. Overall couldn’t be happier with the stay.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Liked situated in centre. Wasn’t keen on frosted glass door for the toilet; otherwise was good . Would recommend.
- Emelye (10/5): Comfortable, stylish and friendly. Will return. - Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel looked fantastic and was in wonderful condition, especially considering it was a budget hotel. The room was very comfortable and well decorated. The only thing that would have been welcome was a kettle or some way of getting some hot water downstairs. Overall very satisfied with my stay, it was ideal for what I needed, at a great price. I will be staying here again.
- Shirley (10/5): - Great central location. Friendly helpful staff, who sorted out the one tiny issue I had very quickly. Room was slightly on the small side, but for me it was grand.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Convenience to train station and venue I needed to attend.
A noisy female at 3:00 in the morning woke me up and kept me awake for over an hour.
Better quality toilet paper would be more economically viable. At worst, it would balance out quality versus quantity required!
- Verified traveler (6/5): - I didn’t realise it when booking as I’m not from UK/Europe, but this is an EasyJet Hotel. It is no frills but was reasonable priced, centrally located and staff were helpful. You may find the floor more comfortable to sleep on than the bed and there was no privacy for the toilet/shower. No mini fridge seems standard in UK. Probably less likely to cancel on you than EasyJet.
- Richard (8/5): - Great location, ideal for a night or two in Belfast. Friendly staff and within 5 -10 minute walk of central bars, restaurants and attractions. Wouldn't stay here any longer than a night or two as the rooms are very basic – no kettle, wardrobe etc, not much space in the twin room with two people staying and the bathroom is quite "open" with a glass sliding door rather than a private room room, not ideal if it's just two friends staying. Overall I would stay again but more to do with the location and staff friendliness than anything else.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The Hotel is really nice and clean. The receptionists are really the best at their work. I optimally enjoyed my short stay their and anytime I will be in Belfast again, I will lodge at easyHotel.
Love you guys!
- Nardia (8/5): Get what you pay for - Great location in Belfast. Decent small room. Clean and comfortable.
- Jennifer (10/5): Brilliant little hotel - Lovely clean little room with everything u needed for a quick weekend stay. Very close to all the local tourist attractions and bus/train routes.
- Hamed (10/5): Recommended! - Perfect, wouldn't ask for more. Reasonably priced and very clean.
Would have been better if check in was earlier than 15:00 but understand it's difficult sometimes.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Didn’t realise the rooms were so small, really wouldn’t be user friendly for anyone who would be carrying a decent the shower smelt like a sewer, it of weight
- Steven (8/5): Voyeur loo - Good points:
Clean, tidy, cheap, good location
Bad points:
Shower flooded the whole bathroom when used it, bathroom/toilet was screened off by glass not a wall... so i got to watch ny friends bathe and dump... grim (if you saw them youdthink the same).
Would stay again but with hotter friends lol
- R (8/5): - Tiny room, but very clean and the hotel was very well situated near station, city hall, restaurants etc. Nice pub opposite.
- Kat (10/5): - The hotel was brilliant, very modern, clean and perfect for a short stay. Super location.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - All was fine. Small and basic, as was expected. Would stay there again.
- lorraine (10/5): EASY stay in Belfast town. - This was my first time to stay with EasyHotel. Check in was swift, I was assigned my room. The room was clean compact with TV. It had all the requirements for a one night stay.
I visited the coffee shop the next morning and had a satisfactory breakfast.
Yes I would stay in easyHotel again when I return to Belfast again for another visit.
- Aiesha (10/5): - I had a very good stay, kevin at reception deserves a 5 star rating as he was very kind and helpful and he helped me to get my phone back after I lost it
- Kathleen (10/5): Easyhotel - Great hotel, got it for amazing price, for me & my 6years location is fabulous right in the city centre, perfect as was 5ins away fro Christmas market. Room is small but very clean & quiet. Would definitely stay here again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good room with slow WiFi - Awesome hotel, good services, clean but the WiFi is so slow.
- Joanne (10/5): Last minute booking - Fantastic budget hotel, spotlessly clean. Loved the ensuite, private enough for me and my daughter. Very friendly, helpful staff. Woukd definitely book and stay again
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Convenient location, comfortable bed, clean and tidy
- Verified traveler (10/5): - BASIC, but very clean, with everything you need for an overnight stay or couple of days..All in Easy jet colours..
Front desk staff were very nice.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great place to stay close to the shops and train station. Has very clean rooms and friendly staff to help you with any problems
- Fiona (10/5): - this hotel was just ideal-perfect city centre base and amazing value
- Elizabeth (8/5): Great location, excellent staff - The hotel is in an amazing location. Just steps away from City Hall. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were on the small side but we didn't need much space and they were still very comfortable and clean. Hotel even provided discounted parking at a nearby car park.
- Anne (8/5): - Only needed a bed for one night after
- Jacqueline (8/5): - My husband and I stayed for 1 night on 2 seperate ocassions. This is a great priced hotel in the city centre and close to the bus station for a few nights any longer and space may be an issue. We had a basic double room, the bed was comfortable but it had limited space around it which we didnt mind as we weren't staying long. The check in was quick and the staff was chatty and pleasant. Overall we had a pleasant stay.
- John (8/5): - Friendly and helpful staff. Good location in central Belfast, ideal got a one night stop over.
- Helen (10/5): - Excellent value for money!
- ALAN (10/5): - The location was excellent, clean and friendly staff.
- Janet (8/5): Small but great location - Fantastic location. Very small room, but adequate.
Unfortunately one of thew main roads was closed so we had to drive around ofr an hour and a half to find a car park and then walk the 20 mins to the hotel. We were not aware of the Christmas lights being switched on.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Nothing unique.. but coffee would be great to have in room. No one likes to have to go out right away to get coffee..
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Was value for money, bed comfy. Room spotless. Just bring hair dryer and refreshments for evening as no kettle
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Would have like a kettle in the room for tea and coffee
The sheets had holes in them
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Excellent location, clean and comfortable room and lovely little cafe to have breakfast in the morning with discount for guests
- Roger (8/5): - Staff was great.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great location. Rooms are small but for the price are great value.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good for solo trips - Tiny tiny room (only enough space for the bed) but clean, good quality bed, good shower, welcoming people at the entrance.
I did not requested any service, that’s why my neutral opinion on that.
- Verified traveler (8/5): good stay, central location - The location is very central! Restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The team was very helpful as well! The room was small so we didn’t have much room to open our suitcases and the mattress wasn’t the most comfortable. But for a short stay in a central location - it was good.
