The apartment is large and comfortable, with all services available, and the price is reasonable considering its proximity to Hyde Park, the metro station, and most of the nearby restaurants are halal. Grocery stores are also readily available. The only negative is there are six steps from the street to the lobby. There may be a ramp some place that was not obvious to us.

- David (10/5): Spacious, peaceful, great appliances and very well located. - 1 bedroom apartment exceeded expectation. Room 302. Peaceful, large,very good quality appliances such as Nespresso coffee maker, Breville toaster and Breville kettle, Laufen bidet. Bathroom was large and modern, good shower. Chilworth Court branded toiletries. Easy access via lift from reception. When it rained there were nice hotel branded umbrellas in the lobby for guests. Several excellent cafes nearby. Staff very helpful. Wonderful stay. The bed was clean and well presented, but the mattress wasn't top quality. Or the pillows. They were satisfactory for sure, but with the hotel doing so well with everything else it would have been nice to have a premium mattress. There were some light spillage marks on the sofa and a dining chair, but with so many guests coming through the it must be difficult to keep the kitchen area furnishings immaculate.

- Leanne (8/5): Excellent apartment, value for money ( discounted) and exceptional staff - The staff were first class. Friendly, helpful, welcoming. The apartment was comfortable, spacious and clean. Excellent location to Paddington, quiet street, felt safe. Instant hot water, apartment heated up very quickly. Great amenities. We were in a basement flat, so the kitchen was very cold. The heating system worked very efficiently but there was no heating in the kitchen. On our last night the smart TV ( which was only option to watch TV) did not connect to the WiFi. Switching the router off at main source did not work either as tried by the night porter, so we were without means of watching TV all evening.

L’appartamento è pulito, ben disposto e dotato di tutti comfort, forse da rivedere solo il divano letto, pochino scomodo per gli adulti, ma per bambini nessun problema. Nulla da segnalare.

- Afnan (8/5): مكان رائع و جميل و شقة واسعه ونظيفه للعوائل و اكرر الزيارة - الموظفون لطيفين و متواجدين دائما و خدومين، الشقه واسعه و نظيفه ، الاسرة كانها اسرة فنادق و نظيفه طلبت فصل اسرة كينق الى توينز و لم يلبوا طلبي الا في غرفة واحدة، مع اني اشترطت اثناء الحجز ان يتم فصل جميع الاسرة قبل وصولي و كان مكتوب بإمكانية ذاك يوجد احيانا رائحة مجاري تدخل من الخارج الشبابيك يصعب فتحها
- Matei (9/5): - Everything was great since the moment we arrived. The receptionists were very nice and helpful, the room was very nice and clean. The heating system worked and the kitchen has everything you need. everything is easy to find or to make it work. The location is great, close to train/subway/park/places to eat/supermarkets. It has everything and it is not crowded like central places. Nothing to say. everything was great.

Appartamento molto curato, pulito e spazioso, con camere ampie e luminose. Letto comodo, più cuscini a disposizione e bagni sopra la media rispetto a Londra. Personale attento ad ogni esigenza. -

- Mohammed (10/5): Excellent Apartment size and Location ! - Best place to stay with family, 2 bedrooms apartment is very specious with bonus of sofa bed. location is excellent 5 mins walk to bus station, 5mins walk to Paddington station, approx 10mins walk to Hyde Park. Safe Neighborhood. Reception staff were very helpful and kind.

- Kevin (1/5): No heat! Hotel staff unable to resolve the issue. - Nothing My wife and I attempted to stay at this hotel a few days ago but there was no heat. This issue was documented by the attendant on duty. Here are some details: We arrived on schedule at the hotel on the evening of 10.24.25 to find the front door locked and no staff at the front desk. Another guest let us in, and the attendant returned a few minutes later, saying he was on break. It was pretty cold in London the night we arrived. Upon entering the room, we noticed that it was freezing, and the heater didn’t work. The attendant brought a small space heater, but it would have taken all night to warm the room. He said his manager wouldn’t be available until the morning and that there was nothing more he could do. He was a nice guy, but ultimately, he could not resolve the issue. We were told that no rooms were available, so we left your property after about 30 minutes. I notified Booking.com by text and phone before we left.

- Mansour (5/5): The worst ever. - Nothing. The whole time we stayed in no one ever came to clean our apartment. They say it’s every three days and we left without cleaning. The lady in the reception was completely rude. She shouted on us in front of other people who just arrived to the hotel. She was so racist. This was our worst hotel we ever stayed in and never again.

- Calvin (9/5): Le charme a l’anglaise - L’emplacement est excellent dans un beau quartier typique londonien à 5min à pied de la gare de Paddington avec plusieurs restaurants. Le personnel souriant et serviable. Les appartements sont magnifiques et bien agencés. Vraiment un superbe séjour !! Rien !

- Paul (5/5): Disappointing tired apartment. - The layout was ok, plenty of space. Needs updating, the carpets are frankly disgusting! Stains and so worn they don’t seem clean! This is the second stay and based on my first visit I decided to spend a little more than a hotel and stay again, but this time the apartment I stayed in almost had a student flat type vibe. Pretty disappointed to be honest!! All the carpets need changing desperately! Skirting needs painting, and just in general needs a little tidy up! Tiles in the bathroom etc. just doesn’t feel as nice as the other apartment I was in. Also don’t charge the same for a basement apartment as you do for the other floors. Pretty disappointed in this stay that I may not stay again as compared to my last visit this was vastly under whelming.
- j a (3/5): Lovely location, but the facilities were extremely lacking - The location was good close to the railway station so that we didn’t have to take our luggage long distance. When booking we like the fact that it said it had a lift however this wasn’t working and even if it was there were still stairs. We didn’t like that the property didn’t live up to what we booked. When we booked it was to have a double bed and a single bed however when we arrived, I had a double bed and a pull-out sofa which was extremely uncomfortable. It also said it was air-conditioned, but the fan wasn’t working in the air-conditioner although you could turn it on it didn’t call the room. That heating rail in the bathroom didn’t work and the tumble dryer in the washing machine didn’t work and there was no clothes rack to dry clothes so we had an apartment full of wet washing until we took it to a laundry mat. We chose it also because it had a washing machine however they don’t supply any detergent for the washing machine which kind of defeats the purpose because you have to go and buy an entire box and you’re travelling on to a new destination. It also said that clean the apartment after three days and yet we didn’t get a single service during our day which was in excess of three days. The staff were extremely nice and apologetic but not one issue was fixed or resolved and they asked us to put it in writing by email which we did several times and we just did not get a response at all. It was really disappointing. We understand that things go wrong and things don’t work but management should have responded to our concerns instead of Just leaving our email and responded to and not contacting us for any of our issues during our stay. This was extremely disappointing and it was a very expensive hotel which we paid for because we thought having a 24 hour reception would solve any problems that we had but unfortunately it did not
- Anthony (3/5): Expensive Stay in Damp, Noisy accommodation in Premises without Promised Amenities. - Location is excellent near toe Paddington Station. Apartment in a basement which smelt of damp so although weather was nice we had to leave aircon on to try to dispel the damp odour.. Washing machine, main motivator in booking as we come from Australia and need to carry minimal luggage which has t be kept clean, didn't work, even staff couldn't get it to work (we were told even their machine didn't work), eventually this machine started suddenly without warning the next day without any intervention from us. (Meanwhile the door remained shut leaving us no access to our clothes for 24 hours; this event was followed by a major electrical disruption (building had significant electrical problems whilst we were there and we were told a number of apartments couldn't even turn on their lights!) Due to our concerns we wasted half a day locating a reliable laundromat and attending our laundry which should have been able to be done in our apartment overnight! Room very very noisy due to proximity to ground floor staff utilities room and tenedency of staff to shout at one another! Office was overhead a chairs and other bits of furniture being moved around made this very apartment very noisy. Staff became hostile when complaints about washer brought to their attention.

- Premi (1/5): It is advisable to avoid this property. - There's very little to like about this property, except for the fairly decent location. During our 7-night stay, the property only serviced the room once. We were in a 2 bedroom apartment with five people, and every other day we had to request that the property at least empty the trash bins and provide fresh towels. The linens were changed only once throughout our entire stay.

- Shihori (8/5): 場所はいいけど、やや不潔 - 場所はパディントン駅から近いので便利。ハイドパークも近いのでとても便利だった。 受付のスタッフの方もとても親切で丁寧に説明してくれてよかった。 トイレや洗面台、特にキッチンが汚かった。 トイレは掃除不十分だったし、キッチンには冷蔵庫に食事の汚れがついていたりシンクの中も汚かった。 置いてある食器や特にグラスは汚れていて、自分で洗浄してからでないと使用できなくて不潔な印象、それがとても残念だった。
