• Jeanette (9/5): We had a great stay would would return if in London again - The location was excellent and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Beds great - shower small but ok, furniture could do with either a revamp or deep clean but generally we were very satisfied and pleased with our choice. Nespresso machine made it possible to have a good start to the day and being opposite the park was a bonus! Everything was fine

Quiet. Lots of room. The beds were great & very nice bedding. Paddington station is a short walk & Lancaster gate for bus & tube is just around the corner. So nice to have Hyde Park & all that it provides, right across the street. The kitchen was furnished a bit sparsely - could have used a tea pot, some proper coffee mugs, a new frying pan. There was a coffee maker that used pods but they didn’t supply the pods which seemed odd. Laundry detergent wasn’t supplied but the staff kindly gave us some which we really appreciated.

Not sure how this rating happened, booking usually doesn’t have misleading ratings. - Very good location if you can handle the lights from traffic and subway noise (ends around midnight I think and starts again at 6 am maybe). Noisy location, flashing lights from cars and street noise over the black out curtains. Not at all a 5 star as rated on here. While it’s clean and in a good location it doesn’t have things one expects for this rating like plug ins in the bathroom, functional normal size elevator, had to ask for extra TP, doors hard to close and lock, no luggage racks, rooms so small that bed was against the wall. One staff member was friendly, the others weren’t very. Not what I expected for the money, it was just ok. Also the washer dryer combo is hard to use, didn’t dry out load of laundry, had to hang on racks to dry overnight which was fine but not if you were in a hurry.

Very limited miss matched crockery in the kitchen and no dish towel supplied. Nowhere to hang coats in the hallway. Needs more clothes hangers in bedrooms. No hand soap in bathrooms. No mop or dustpan to clean any floor spillages.

Huge apartment with three bedrooms and three washrooms great for a group or family. Staff cleaned half way through stay which was a surprise and appreciated. 24/7 doorman felt safe lije a hotel but with ease of an apartment.

• Marguerite (8/5): A fabulous stay in an excellent central location. - Great location very central and next to tube station. Very clean and everything we needed. Staff very friendly. Communication prior to our stay good. Tea coffee and water provided. A few dishwasher tablets and toiletries. Would definitely return as a great base for exploring . Love having the park across the road for a lovely sunny afternoon walk. A shower cap would be a great addition plus milk in the fridge. To get milk it’s about a 7 min walk. There is great glazing which prevents noise from the busy road but the top windows are hard to close and need attention. One of the loo seats was loose. There is noise from the tube trains but it didn’t disturb us.

• Arndís Dögg (5/5): Not as good as we expected based on the description on Booking.com - Beds are good and the apartment was clean. The location is excellent. Lovely garden across the street and walking distance to main shopping center. Nice restaurants all around. Very lower ground. It was supposed to have kitchen utensils for four guests but only had cups, plates and cutlery for three guests. For example we could not have coffie at the same time as we were four guests but the cups were only three. We asked for more cups and utensils but to no avail. We had to ask for more toiletpaper even after the room service had been to the apartment. Also the lift was out of order the whole time we stayed there, not that it mattered much to us but more so for guests on higher floors.

• Hannelore (8/5): Very good and quiet appartment! - It is a super quiet appartment. For people who love to be on their own after a day of a lot of impressions. When you cross the street in 30 steps you enter the Hyde Park which is truly magical. Easy acces to underground. Very kind people at reception 24/7. Small amount of tableware.

We liked the space/size of the apartment. It looks like it was recently updated. They beds were comfortable. Linens and towels were clean. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived. The floors were sticky. The kitchen was not well appointed, as advertised. The coffee machine took special pods and none were provided nor were they available to purchase at nearby markets. There were only 2 pots to cook with. A frying pan would have been appreciated. We came back to the room 2 days in a row to find housekeeping had left our door open, allowing anyone to enter. Fortunately nothing was missing.

The apartment layout was nice, quality furniture and comfy beds. The kitchen items could be better. Limited pots, pans and utensils. Stating as a serviced apartment there is an expectation that there would be the basics. It would be useful if there was kitchen roll or a tea towel on arrival. Also spare rubbish bags would be useful to ensure the apartment cleanliness levels are maintained by guests.

• Nagy (7/5): - Jó az elhelyezkedés és a személyzet is kedves. Egy korszerűsítés ráférne a lakásra. A fotók nem frissek, azok feltételezem felújítás után készültek. A wi-fi nem működött hiába csatlakoztunk egyikünk sem tudta használni. Újra lett indítva telefon, router, de akkor sem. Az volt a benyomásunk ez nem új probléma. A hálószobában az éjjeli lámpa kapcsolója megrázott, ami teljességgel elfogadhatatlan. Egyik éjjel valamilyen riasztó kapcsolt be az emeleten, már elalvás után. Ár-érték arányban nem megfelelő a lakás.

Presence of front desk / front desk staff onsite was nice. Smart TVs throughout was nice for the kids. Across the way from beautiful Hyde Park. Apartment itself is tired. Needs new paint (marks on walls), new rugs (they are stained), new pillows (flat bricks). In general, the layout of the apartment felt very industrial vs welcoming / cozy. Our family was also approached by a homeless person on our first day immediately outside the front entrance. He was angry and fixated on us, making racist statements toward us. Not something that could be controlled, but it scared our kids, ages 8-12, for the remainder of the stay even though we did not encounter him again. Very unfortunate.

• Valeria (8/5): Hermoso y amplio departamento! - Muy lindo, es igual a las fotos, muy amplio camas cómodas y toallas blancas! Ubicación muy buena. El personal muy amable atención 24 horas. De los dos ascensores solamente funciona uno, pero como estábamos en el primer piso no era un problema. El baño del dormitorio principal tiene una bañera que filtra y se moja la alfombra del dormitorio eso es un problema que sería importante que solucionen. Estuvimos 4 noches solo en 1 ocasión tuvimos servicio de mucama y cambio de toallas. Sería un buen detalle que incluyan agua mineral, algunas servilletas o papel de cocina o trapo de cocina considerando el costo del departamento. Yo compré jabon para ropa y dejé allí para los próximos huéspedes.

• Jessica (8/5): Beautiful location, comfortable accommodations. - Excellent location, easy to find, everything you need plus additional space to make the stay more comfortable than a hotel. Loved that Hyde park was right there and you can walk to get a coffee, breakfast and dinner. It's definitely aged a bit. couches/couch pillows were a bit worn, and the ceiling in the bathroom had what looked like mold. one of the towels smelled. just aesthetic things like this.
• Anh (10/5): Would definitely come back! - The location was great! We bought a 48 hours hop on hop off bus from big bus tour and the bus stop ( number 42 ) was one minute away. Right across from Hyde Park as well. Lift is small but other than that nothing

• Arnestad (8/5): Godt fornøyde med dette oppholdet. - Det var enkelt å finne fram. Hyggelig personale. Romslig leilighet. Store gode senger. Vi bodde i leilighet nr 1. Veldig kaldt på kjøkkenet og på det ene badet. Tynne vinduer / nødutgang hvor det kom kald luft inn. Vanskelig å styre aircondition slik at det var varmt på morgenen . Virket som dette var styrt via timer.

• Petra (10/5): Wir werden sicher nächstes Jahr wiederkommen! - Die Lage war super, die Wohnung sehr schön und geschmackvoll möbliert. Die Herren an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich persönlich hätte lieber Parkett oder Fliesen statt Teppich in den Schlafzimmern, es war aber alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.

• Levi (8/5): Genieten op een toplocatie in Londen! - De locatie van deze accommodatie is top! Je stapt de deur uit en de bushalte of metro station zit om de hoek. Verder zijn de appartementen redelijk ruim en zijn ze voorzien van alle faciliteiten die je maar nodig hebt.
• Sherry (7/5): Other than the noise, I am still quite satisfied. - It is lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath room apartment with one individual living room with door. Kitchen is very new with all you need equipment. Bath room is very clean, towels are new. Bed sheets are new. Location is perfect, cross the street and we can enter Hyde Park. Bus and subway are both easy to access. But no washing towel no kitchen paper in the kitchen. No hair dryer , I had complained couple of time to staff and get a new one after 2nd day. The most annoying thing to me is the noise, I can hear the sound every few minutes when the underground subway train passed, it kept me awake hour by hour. But my son is perfectly fine with it
