paolo (5/5): - la posizione e la tranquillità La colazione solo merendine confezionate, fette biscottate e yogurt, tutto li. la stanza non aveva la finestra abbiamo dovuto dormire con la porta aperta, non era segnalata nella prenotazione che abbiamo effettuato sei mesi prima.

Corinna (9/5): Super zentrale Lage und saubere Zimmer! - Es war sehr sauber und alles notwendige vorhanden. Wir haben aber auch nur übernachtet und nicht gekocht zB. Die Lage ist super, schnell am Strand und am kleinen Supermarkt, der alles notwendige hat. Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen.
Markus (8/5): - Der Besitzer der Unterkunft war super freundlich, wir haben sogar einen Sonnenschirm für den Strand ausgeliehen bekommen. Das Frühstück wurde für alle Tage schon gesammelt im Zimmer bereit gestellt und man konnte frühstücken, wann man möchte. Unser Zimmer wurde in unserer Aufenthaltszeit 1 mal gesäubert. Die Lage ist super, da man einen schönen Strand und 2 Supermärkte fußläufig erreichen kann.

Annalisa (10/5): - La struttura era davvero molto comoda dato che, a pochissimi minuti a piedi si potevano raggiungere le spiaggie e un minimarket. Inoltre c'é la possibilità di parcheggiare la macchina direttamente nel cortile interno della struttura. La camera era molto spaziosa, con cucina e il bagno era molto pulito.

Serena (10/5): - Piacevolissimo soggiorno . Struttura impeccabile, pulita e dotata di tutti i confort situata in una zona strategica e vicina ai punti turistici di maggior rilievo della zona. Parcheggio facilmente accessibile. Il signor Martino ha messo a disposizione acqua e abbondante cibo per la prima colazione. Un soggiorno veramente top.
Nemi (10/5): Great Room and the best Host (Martino) - The host Martino is absolutely amazing and made all efforts to make my stay really comfortable. On occassion when I was unable to get a cab, he even dropped me off and even lended me his personal parasol and chairs for the beach. He has been the best host in a really long time!!!

Melissa (7/5): Lovely quiet location with easy access to beautiful, local beach. - Spacious room, great proximity to the beach-walkable. Able to self cater, though only very basic equipment. Comfortable bed, lovely towels. Bathroom didn’t have any exhaust fan.

Not really an issue, but the breakfast is the real italian way. Some prepacked croissants and yoghurt. Not bad at all, but dont expect a ‘fresh’ breakfast.
Mateomojo (1/5): Beware the rude host - Nothing at all Worst experience I've ever had on booking.com. The host yelled at me in Italian every time I saw him. He was a very rude and angry man. Bed was not comfy and breakfast was a sad old crusty joke.

Buona la camera, fresca, essendo un piano ammezzato e non c'è stato bisogno di accendere il condizionatore nonostante il caldo esterno. Possibilità di fare colazione in giardino sotto il patio. Ottimo il parcheggio interno. Spiaggia Genn'e mari, con mare splendido, a poche centinaia di metri raggiungibile a piedi. Contesto residenziale, silenzioso e con possibilità di avere i comfort delle zone di mare, tipo ristoranti o supermercati, senza dover necessariamente usare l'auto.
