• Marco (8/5): Borgo incantevole, ed accoglienza squisita - Il B&B è molto carino: semplice, ma ben tenuto e curato. La camera era spaziosa e comoda. Colazione con prodotti confezionati e non, comunque di qualità. I due plus che a noi sono piaciuti molto sono il giardino sul retro, con affaccio sul lago (e relativo "acquario" ... fatevi raccontare), e i dintorni di borgo Angeli: una chicca di paesino di pescatori, con lago, chiesa, casette tipiche, viuzze. Come posizione, per noi quella giusta: a pochi km dal centro, quindi lontana dal caos, ma con Mantova raggiungibile in 5 minuti di auto oppure, ancora meglio, in 15 minuti di bicicletta. Menzione speciale per la gentilezza, cortesia ed efficienza del signor Roberto e di sua figlia Marina. Osteria al Bolidè a pochi passi, molto valida

La possibilità di spostarsi in bici lungo le varie ciclabili per raggiungere Mantova poi, un plus ultra indimenticabile! Nulla

• Sergio (8/5): Magnifica e tranquilla location per visitare Mantova e le sue molteplici piste ciclabili. - La assoluta disponibilità e cortesia di Roberto che ha saputo accoglierci con gentilezza facendoci sentire a nostro agio rendendosi sempre disponibile a venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. Non ci sono aspetti negativi.
• Doretta (9/5): La disponibilità e la dolcezza del sig Roberto riescono a sopperire qualsiasi piccolo difetto. Una persona squisita - La casa è “casa”. Se possiamo permetterci l’unico piccolissimo appunto: i pur apprezzati libri nelle camere portano tanta polvere.

• Stefano (9/5): - Ottima posizione sul lago a pochi minuti di auto da Mantova. La struttura è gestita dal Sig Roberto e sua figlia. Il Sig. Roberto è un Host veramente speciale, ti accoglie come se fossi uno di famiglia, pronto a raccontare uno dei mille aneddoti di vita vissuta oltre che ad ascoltare i suoi ospiti. Ci si sente davvero a casa. Grazie Roberto per l'esperienza che ci hai donato. Camera pulita ed accogliente dove non manca nulla. Se poi il Sig Roberto facesse trovare una sua torta a colazione sarebbe da 10 e lode.

• Rosaria (9/5): - Colazione buona,i proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili alle richieste. Posizione tranquilla e vicina ai ristoranti e market. Camera grande.Giardino e vista panoramica.
• Brigitte (9/5): Ruhiges B&B am See nahe Mantua . - Das B&B liegt an einem der grossen Seen vor Mantua und in guter Fahrradentfernung von der Innenstadt.; es hat sogar einen kleinen Garten mit Strand. Roberto, der das Frühstück machte und mich auch sonst sehr fürsorglich betreute, war ein reizender Gesprächspartner, soweit das mit meinem rudimentären Italienisch möglich war. Die Lage ist ruhig ,mein Auto konnte ich bei der nahegelegenen Kirche parken. Das empfohlene Restaurant um die Ecke erwies sich als prima gute Auswahl, nette Betreiber ( und Gäste !) Eigentlich nichts, denn dass das Frühstück sehr italienisch ist ,wusste ich aus den Bewertungen der anderen Gäste. Ich hatte deshalb vorsorglich immer meinen Yoghurt dabei.

• Annalisa (10/5): Un soggiorno perfetto - Capita poche volte di soggiornare in un posto dove ci si sente davvero a casa. Il B&B è in un angolo delizioso di natura alle porte di Mantova (in pochi minuti si arriva in centro). La stanza era pulita, spaziosa e accogliente, con frigo, tavolo e tanti libri. Roberto ci ha accolti con calore e simpatia, preparando sempre delle ottime colazioni, chiedendo ogni giorno se avessimo richieste particolari e prestando un'attenzione speciale ai nostri figli. Chiacchierare con lui e ascoltarlo è stato un grande piacere. Così come è stato un piacere godere del bellissimo giardino sul Mincio e fare lezione di sup con Marina, a sua volta gentilissima, sorridente, preparata. Se dovessimo passare di nuovo da Mantova ci torneremmo subito!

• Helmut (9/5): ...dieses B&B ist sehr zu empfehlen......wir kommen noch mal wieder - Das Haus lag direkt am See und wir konnten beim Füttern der großen Karpfen zu sehen. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Wir hatten ein sehr sauberes, großes Zimmer, ruhige Lage, Parken in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Haus, die Stadtmitte mit Einkaufszentren und mehr war fußläufig bequem erreichbar. Restaurant in der Nachbarschaft. Das Frühstück war liebevoll angerichtet, mit allem was man so braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses B&B unbedingt weiterempfehlen....

• Melanie (9/5): Thank you to our host! We had a lovely stay at B&B Casanonni Borgo Angeli - We needed a location close to Grazie Di Cartone and this was perfect. We didn't really explore the area since it was a work related trip. Simple breakfast. We liked it. Room was spacious, clean and the AC worked amazing! No TV in the bedroom but this wasn't really a big deal. No other issues.

Like all best summers of your childhood. - The property is located right on the river, with a lovely view of the lotus fowers that bloom in July. It’s in a queit stree, a little outside of town but close enough that you can bike in if prefer not to wait for the bus.

• Tong (9/5): Superb - I had a great stay. Super kind and helpful father and daughter. I was completely out of Euro in cash, Marina drove me to the bank for exchanging money!!! I wasn't thinking she would help because it's way out of the ordinary thing for anyone would do, but she did. So appreciated her doing that. Father is also a super nice person. He lent me his bike to town!! We communicated through Google Translate, and everything worked well. They have a very homey place. It's a older home but super clean and the room is big with a good size bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept very well. I love their backyard so much. It's so beautiful. It had a stunning view that morning when the sun came out. There're two swans in their backyard, and one of them started to pose for pictures when I said, "You're so beautiful!" Nothing.

• Andrej (10/5): Warm homestay in a peaceful surburb - A nice stay in a cosy private house was like staying in an Italian family with a fantastic host Roberto who was more like a grandfather to his guests. The vintage room was spacious and convenient, beds very comfortable. The breakfast room was nicely furnished. Breakfast was served with much care.There is a guest kitchen if needed. A bus to Mantova centre takes 7-8 minutes.

• Smith (9/5): A Great Experience at a True Family B and B - A family-run bed and breakfast in the very best sense. It's a fairly big house on one of the lakes surrounding Mantova, and has a lovely, peaceful garden with a couple of fruit trees running down to the lake. The man who runs it with his daughter is the kindest, sweetest guy. I stayed the night of the Champions League final, and when I asked if there were any bars or cafes around, he immediately invited me to watch the game with him. The next morning, he made a fabulous breakfast. He was telling me about his garden, and when I mentioned that my daughter--who had stayed behind in Bologna--loved apricots, he immediately went out and picked a half dozen for me to take back to her. He doesn't speak English, but he was very indulgent towards and forgiving of my intermediate Italian. His daughter's English is good, but she wasn't around as often. If you want to stay at a traditional b and b in a fairly quiet and out of the way setting, this is the place for you. I was travelling light and I like to walk a lot, but the journey from the train station to the location was a bit long and seemed to stump google maps on a couple of occasions. If you arrive with a suitcase on wheels, you might want to consider taking a taxi. Also, I came mostly to see the museums and historical center of Mantova, and again it's a bit of a walk from the b&b into the historical center. Still, you can't have a setting like this one and expect it to be right by the train station and the historical center. If you have a car, then none of this will be a problem. As for the place itself, no complaints whatsoever.

• Abdullah (9/5): Best B&B on lake with amazing Italian guy (Roberto) ❤️ - safe place on the lake, you will live with Roberto (very nice, friendly, cooperative guy) although he doesn’t speak English but he will try to help for whatever you need nothing

• Pietro (9/5): Quiet house on the lake but not far from downtown - Pros: - friendly and organized staff - big roomy two-floor house with ample kitchen and facilities - extra perks in the fridge (fruits and water) - cleanliness - quiet location in front of the lake - free parking nearby - good value for money - position not very far from downtown (Minor) cons: - no small desk to work with a laptop in case of remote working - the bidet had no water jet, you could only use it by filling it up - no coat hanger in the hall - the single bed had a light mattress, and the small wool covers were insufficient when the night was chilly, luckily there was an extra cover which I added to the main one - no cup in the bathroom to hold your toothbrush or rinse

There was a lovely route into town along the waterfront, although I hadn’t realised how far it was from the station. The owner kindly picked me up from the station and lent me a bike, which was fabulous.
