It’s specious, comfortable, very clean (a great perk — the apartment was cleaned regularly during the weekdays), in a good location (well served by tubes and buses, within walking distance of Hyde Park, and alive with restaurants and shops), and the staff is friendly and extremely helpful (24 hour service at reception desk). We will definitely come back. Liked everything.

• MOHD (10/5): Everything was good except the point I stated about the stairs. - The location and the staff. The Stairs because the Elevator doesn’t stop at the same level of the apartment , and we must go down the stairs and then go up the stairs to get into the apartment.
• Shahab (1/5): Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing. - Nothing First, we were given a room directly next to the elevator, and for the entire duration of our stay there was constant noise—either from the elevator itself, guests passing by, or the reception staff speaking loudly nearby. The complete lack of consideration for guest comfort was unacceptable. Upon entering the apartment, it appeared that the unit had not been properly used or maintained for quite some time. The dishes were dirty, the bed linens were unclean, and the entire apartment felt unhygienic and poorly prepared. It gave the impression that cleanliness standards were simply not being taken seriously. The experience was so unpleasant that we decided to leave the property early and move elsewhere. Unfortunately, in the rush to leave, we accidentally left behind one of our belongings. We contacted the property immediately, but were told that the item was not there—even though we are certain it was left inside the apartment. Overall, this was a very poor experience from start to finish. I hope this review encourages management to improve their standards and also helps future guests avoid having the same experience.

A special mention goes to the Italian lady at reception, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable—her warmth and dedication did not go unnoticed.

Ended up extending the stay there and the staff were very helpful at finding me the best price to do so. Huge place which so much space, and nice to have a full sized fridge and large modern TV. Staff were also very attentive to my disability The modular sofa sucks, it comes apart when sitting or laying on it. And although reception is 24hr, because it's one staff to lots of apartments, often staff are not available. And weirdly one of the cupboards/wardrobe was blocked by the bedside table?

• MESHARI (9/5): مريحة - السلام عليكم ، اعجبني لباقة موظفين الإستقبال خصوصا عبدالله و الفتاة الشقراء (لم يحظرني اسمها) ، و تعاونهم و لباقتهم و اهتمامهم بالنزلاء ، جودة التكيف كانت ممتازة و يوجد موظف باللوبي ، و الدخول بكرت و تتوافر كمرات مراقبة في المداخل ، المكان بالنسبة إلي آمن بفضل الله ، خدمة التنظيف كانت طوال أيام الإسبوع عدا عطلة نهاية الأسبوع ، ويوجد مصعد كهربائي ، و شطافة ، و وجود 3حمامات بالشقة ، و السرير كان مريح ، موقع المبنى مقابل فندق هاري وقريب من شارع slone السعر مبالغ فيه جدًا حيث أن الشقة مقابل القيمة المدفوعة كان من المفروض وجود بلكونة (ترأس) لكل الشقق و جودة الأثاث بريطانية تقليدية مقابل القيمة المدفوعة ينبغي تحسين جودة الأثاث و وضع تيراس لكل شقة ، كما ينبغي أن يكون التنظيف يومي طوال الأسبوع بما فية نهاية الأسبوع و الحمام كان صغير بعض الشيء وعدم وجود بالوعة (فتحة تصريف ماء) اقترح تجديد الآثاث

• R (8/5): - موظفة الاستقبال صابرينا جداً متعاونة وقدمت لنا خدمة جداً رائعة. الشقة ممتازه وموقعها ممتاز جداً المطبخ متكامل وموفرين قهوه وسناكات باب الحمام الله يكرمكم كان القفل ثقيل وبصعوبه يتقفل واشوف انه يحتاج تغيير الشقه كانت في الدور الثاني فالوصول لها اول شي عن طريق المصعد لكن بعدها ننزل درج لين نوصل لباب الشقه وبعد ماندخل الشقة فيه درج ضيق ومرتفع يطلعك فوق للشقه وكان هذا الشي متعب مع الشنط خصوصاً انها شقق ولا عندهم خدمة مساعده بحمل الحقائب.
• Richard (10/5): Fabulous, clean, spacious, well appointed, warm and perfectly located. - Property location was perfect for my purpose, which was to visit a family member undergoing treatment at the Cleveland clinic. The property was spotlessly clean, very well appointed, really spacious, warm and generally a very comfy place to be. The staff were also very accommodating and helpful. The property is a short walk from Victoria Station in one direction, and Hyde Park Corner tube station (Piccadilly Line) in the other. There was also a Waitrose literally a five minute stroll away. Overall, this was home from home, which was perfect for my purpose. Yes, it may seem expensive, but in reality was cheaper than Premier Inn (Victoria) for the same two nights, and much cheaper than the majority of hotels in this location. Would definitely stay again. There was nothing I didn't like about this accommodation. It was way better than a hotel bedroom and is definitely on my stay again list when in London.

• mohamed (7/5): The apartment has an excellent location and helpful concierge service, but the cleanliness and maintenance were below ex - The concierge staff are very cooperative and always attentive to all needs, and the apartment’s location is exceptionally good. 1. The apartment was not properly clean, with dust found on the TV, shelves, and under the sofas, along with some food residues. 2. The shower head had significant bacteria and mold, and it was replaced on the second day after reporting it. 3. The cooking utensils had signs of rust. 4. The furniture in the apartment appeared worn out. 5. The bed sheet had stains and was not clean.

• Faiza (1/5): - Nothing I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the apartment I stayed in (Apartment No. 7). The property was completely misrepresented in your listing and did not meet even the most basic standards of hygiene, maintenance, or safety. Upon arrival, I found the apartment in a severely deteriorated condition. The bathroom was extremely small, with multiple areas covered in rust and mold. The heating unit was leaking water despite being switched off, causing me to slip and fall three times. The ceiling showed visible mold growth, and the sink was corroded. The bathroom door was damaged with a hole in it. Throughout the apartment, doors were punctured and worn out, the air conditioner was excessively used—making loud noises and having broken internal panels. The closet door was detached, and the ceiling had visible glue marks and holes. The bed sheets were dirty, discolored, and clearly reused. The flooring also appeared to have mold. The room phone was completely non-functional. I attempted to contact reception numerous times by pressing “0” and “Reception,” but it never worked. I had to physically go downstairs three separate times just to request slippers. When I asked for a cutting board to prepare food, no one ever provided it. Additionally, the apartment had interior stairs, forcing me to carry a 17 kg suitcase upstairs. This caused me significant physical discomfort and triggered severe pain during my menstrual cycle. The entire stay was unacceptable, unsafe, and unfit for occupancy. This experience caused me considerable physical distress and emotional frustration. I am therefore requesting a full refund for this booking due to the blatant misrepresentation of the property and the complete lack of proper maintenance and service. I expect an immediate response and resolution to this matter.

• Marie (8/5): Gem of an apartment in a sweet spot, will be back for sure. - For anyone sick of hotel rooms this place is a gem, with space to get work done while the fam chilled out. Location is perfect, we love the Chelsea area and all our top spots were a short walk away. The apartment had all the basics in the kitchen when we arrived which made life easier at check in to sit down for a tea and a snack, this happens so rarely it was a mark of how well managed the hotel is. Highly recommend. There is an elevator but you may have an internal staircase or two to navigate if you have heavy bags. We left our luggage in the hallway instead of taking it up ti the bedroom and it worked fine for us.
• Suzanne (10/5): Great hotel! - The hotel was exceptionally clean and very modern/updated. We had great space with a living area, kitchen (fully equipped), bedroom and 2 baths. The washer/dryer was also great to have access to during our stay. The whole property was very clean and very safe. Beds were also quite comfy. The staff was exceptional and helpful. Location is a little distance from public transportation but not more than a short walk. Great area. Convenient to have a grocery store and shops within 2 blocks. Would certainly stay here again. Was a little further from the metro accesses than I expected.

The reception staff are great - they are very friendly and always willing to help. Bathroom, you can hear in your bedroom the sound of water running in the upstairs flat. The carpets could be a little more clean.

Upon arrival very arogant reception. The stuff informed us that the elevator was not working, but our room is fortunately on 2nd floor. In fact it was the 4th floor. Upon checkout the stuff didn't want to give us an invoice saying, that I should contact Booking.com I received the invoice only after written intervention

• Verified traveler (10/5): Clean and Convenient - will visit again! - The apartment building was easy to find and not far from either Knighsbridge or Sloane Square underground stations. Was a nice clean and safe feeling area and convenient for shopping or sightseeing via tube. We had no3 apt for 5 nights on the ground floor. The 24 hr manned reception was excellent and staff were very courteous and helpful. The apt itself was very roomy, high ceilings and very clean. (Just don't look to closely at the chandelier in the bedroom). The kitchen had all full size applicances and large fridge/freezer. There was only 3 of each cutlery and crockery. Could have used more when cooking. Also the provision of oven gloves would be advisable because when I used the dish towel it melted onto the oven dish! A few more cooking pots / dishes / bowls would have helped me too. Overall I will definitley book again the next time I'm in the area.
